They accommodated my last minute same day order and it was my first time ordering from them, PLUS they had a large event they were preparing for. I was so grateful and two hours later they delivered the arrangement.... I was sooo delighted that not only they took care of a new customer last second, the arrangement was just perfect. I'll let pics speak for themselves, my mother in law was so happy and it lasted for over a week. She then picked out the half of the flowers that were still super fresh and made another smaller arrangement out of it. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and gorgeous flowers. If I could rate Alina's work 50 stars, I'd do that! First and foremost, whoever is going through this - wedding/event preparation, already knows how stressful this can get: after certain flowershops, all flowers start looking the same and all dialogues sound the same... Alina was so easy to work with. She is super-professional, takes notes and communicates via texts. We spent not more 15 minuts explaining what we wanted, next thing we knew - she made a sample with exact colors and idea we were talking about! I shall add that we gave her only 3 weeks notice (yup, last minute wedding), but it was as beautiful and matching with what we had in our minds as it could get. Also, get this: our flowers were alive and blooming after a week of them standing on our countertops! I got so many amazed texts of our flowers just being everlasting! Thank you Alina jan so very much, you rock!

I just want to say Alina I am so grateful for you and for doing all my floral arrangements for my two kids christening. You not only did the most perfect job with my florals but you helped me with everything else and with the most beautiful ideas for the rest of my event. I literally cried when I walked in and saw the floral arrangements and my cake area flowers. I was speechless and words cannot describe the feeling I felt once I entered the room. She worked so hard on my event and dealt with my crazy picky self lol. I love you and the passion you have for your job it was a dream come true for me and my guests. Honestly, I don't know how this place has 5 stars. I will start with the fact that I ordered flowers 4 days in advance (for Mother's Day) and EVERYTHING was confirmed. Day come for me to pick up my order and apparently, "it was not confirmed". They had my name, number, order details, and the cost of my order. I honestly don't know what else they needed through a phone order. I spent that day driving around trying to find decent flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Fast forward to the anniversary flowers purchased a day before the 4th of July that were delivered yesterday, most of the flowers are literally dead today. My mom knows how to take care of her flowers and they sent old flowers because I'm pretty sure they didn't want to lose the business. Anyways, they will never have my business again, nor will the rest of my family. Don't trick people and take their hard earned money. Also, their prices are completely unreasonable. Scroll down to the older comments and you will see the same problem has occurred before for a different occasion. Don't waste your money or time here. Take your business elsewhere, otherwise your events will be ruined because of this place. read more

Yelp once again has been my best friend. I had to find a florist and I was specific to the type of flower design I wanted. I thought I would use yelp to help me out. I came across the reviews and pictures and decided to give Alina Fiore a call. The owner, Alina made it extremely easy for me. I told her which flower and color tone I was looking for and she very patiently went into her Yelp album and was very resourceful and flexible in giving me various options for my order. She told me that she would have it ready within one hour. Surely, in less than one hour she texted me a photo of the arrangement. Being a perfectionist, I had a minor tweak request and she was very accommodating and within minutes gave me another picture to make sure I was fully satisfied. I can't be happier with the service and the arrangement is just stunning and elegant! She followed through and let me know that my friend received the arrangement. Best of all, she is VERY reasonably priced. She has made it to the top of my go-to florist as I know I'll be calling Alina soon for all future flower arrangements. My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

Her prices are totally reasonable and thousands of dollars less than the other so called wedding florists are asking for! We knew exactly what we wanted for our event. We didn't know what flowers it was made out of but we had seen a photo on the internet. We asked Alina Fiore and she reproduced to our request perfectly. She created the most beautiful center pieces for us. Alina will learn exactly what you have in mind and what your wedding colors are and design the best bridal bouquet, and create the most lovely centerpieces and bridesmaid's bouquets so uniquely for your wedding. She keeps the colorscheme and the flower type theme true throughout, even giving the flower girl rose petals of the appropriate color. All the flowers are perfectly fresh and fragrant. Alina gives great attention to the smallest details. You can take your flowers home and they will still look fresh and lovely days after your event. My first experience with her was my son's firs birthday centerpieces done by Alina Fiore and I couldn't be more satisfied by it. She did an awesome job on them. She really knows what she does and she does the best job. When I entered the hall and saw the decorations I was overjoyed. All the beautiful pieces made such great memories for me and my family that we will never forget that wonderful day. She is an expert in color combinations and the mediums that she uses are very interesting and unique. I have been her loyal customer since then and she is my best choice designer and florist. Alina did such a great job decorating the church and banquet hall at my wedding! She listened to my ideas and what I wanted and came up with such a creative way to implement my style and thoughts. I had complete trust in her. She had everything planned perfectly. The centerpieces and bouquets looked incredible and there were many compliments on the design of the church also. It was nice knowing that I didn't have to worry about following up with her to make sure she didn't miss or forget anything. She checked in with me every couple of days for a few weeks before the wedding to make sure we were on track for everything. Alina is someone you can count on and to me that was a great relief.
