Adita (spelling?) helped me initially decide on the good color and then I completed my order online. She called after the order was placed to verify the color because I had selected rose gold by accident. Then she called back to double check the address. The delivery driver also called to make sure it was ok to deliver to the recipient's front door. I placed an order online for their "Athena" arrangement. I was absolutely stunned by the colors and flowers when I saw it. Truly just GORGEOUS! And it helped that the arrangement shared my name, like a sign from God that it was meant to be. But I'm getting side tracked here. Some of the flowers were not in season when I placed my order. However, the team at J'Adore Les Fleurs went above and beyond to make this beautiful arrangement come to life. I received a call notifying me of the issue and when I called back we went to work on which flowers were available and what we could change. They sent me photos of the arrangement so I could explain what I wanted to change until it was to my liking. I immediately told them that I was unsatisfied with the order and they offered me 20% off my next order? I mean come on?! I don't even think I will be ordering from here again. Total cost for me was $215 to have it delivered and it came out wrong. I proceeded to dm them on social media and they had promise me a 25% refund and I never even got that refund two weeks later. Excellent service and extra mention goes to Angelina for making things work. Ordered the 200 Red Roses in JLF Vase and requested pick-up to better control the time. Two hiccups came up though. First, the original vase as pictured on the website was sold out. Angelina promptly called to inform me and substituted something taller, but very similar. Definitely did not detract from the overall appearance and quality of the product. Second...after the roses were made, Angelina realizing how heavy they were, worried I would have a mishap picking them up myself and offered me complimentary delivery. I think the biggest problem you run into is choosing which arrangement to order--it really is difficult, there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from--but I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that it's all taken care of online. Ordering is definitely made easy and efficient. One slight issue I had was with the communication from the establishment after the order was placed. You are basically told to wait for an email that indicates your item was delivered. And they don't give an approximate time of delivery, which makes it a little confusing when you call hours later and are told the arrangement hasn't been made yet. But luckily, the flowers were delivered the day of and the recipient was elated. So, I'd definitely recommend J'Adore Les Fleurs because their arrangements are topnotch, but just be aware that delivery times are sort of up in the air. read more
