First, I would like to mention, I rarely leave bad reviews, so this would be my first one. One, when you walk in you get greeted by the dirtiest stares & the horrible oder of cigarettes. They are lacking basic needs of customer service & are extremely unprofessional. Not only was it hard for me to understand their english but they had an attitude as well which made the communication impossible. Last but not least, they are definitely overcharging because the prices are not reasonable for their quality. Here is a picture of them you can find on maps, smoking, instead of working on bettering their business. (Also that blonde lady really needs a reality check.)

By far the best flower shop in glendale. I went in there in a rush last minute to get two dozen roses for my girlfriends birthday and they were more than accommodating. Had trouble finding parking the lady who i forgot her name actually came outside and showed me where to park. The flowers were perfect unlike other shops as soon as i purchase them within hours they look old. Also to top it off when i left the lady that was so nice and accommodating called me and told me they charged me $20 extra and she zelled me the $20 back within minutes. I doubt any other place would of done that. I highly recommend this flower shop. read more

I will highly recommend people to stay away from this place the owner is un organized and not qualified to be a florist, my wedding flowers that she did was horrible, sloppy work done for the price she charges it was so bad that I was very disappointed, the center pieces that she worked on had empty spots with no flowers, plus the flowers did not look fresh. I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I'm very impressed the customer service that I got today . Zara was a wonderful person , positive , lovely and etc........ she made me so comfortable . I went another place to order they denied services saying that it was already late for the day that they don't delivery after 4. I was nervous So I went to Mi Amore flowers and I was glad that i met Zara she said no problem no worries you are good and we deliver the time that is convenient to you even though she was busy . My first time and definitely not last time going there and I'm recommending everyone just go ones you guys are not gonna regretted . Service was great however the quality of the flowers was horrible. I have no idea why but my roses that my boyfriend bought me from here developed mold within 3 days of having them. They molded from inside the peddles. I have NEVER had this happen to me and I take great care of my flowers & always will. This just comes down to quality because 3 days of receiving my flowers having full on mold developed within the flowers is just unacceptable. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business but my boyfriend paid good money for these. Not for them to mold from within but to last. They originally had a funky smell but i never mentioned it. I believe there really was something going on prior to receiving them. read more

I've requested their service for last minute arrangements twice and they both came out soo beautiful...both of the recipients were very pleased with their arrangements. I absolutely appreciate how they can accommodate me in such short notice and still manage to make a beautiful arrangement. I have bought flowers from this place near me, and they were fine if not special. My biggest issue with them is how dirty they are. The lady dumps the used flower water right into the gutter in front of the store on Brand, where a bunch of filthy water now sits filled with other trash and cigarettes. It is totally gross and makes me not want to get flowers here anymore. read more

This flower shop needs to be avoided at all costs. They are very unprofessional, sloppy and unorganised. They were late to deliver the flower arrangements because they misspelled most of the worda and names that were properly provided in adv at their office. They went back to fix it and came 20 minutes lates after the service started. All the money we paid them was for having no flower flowers for the ceremony. That was very humili and embarrassing experience. read more

Tried calling today to order flowers to be delivered to my colleague for her birthday. The telephone number listed has an outgoing message that states that the voicemail hasn't been set up so I was unable to leave a message. Additionally, the link to the webpage doesn't work. I am unsure if this business is still open, but since I am unable to reach you, for now I will have to move on and find another florist in Glendale. read more

I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I received the flowers almost 1 month ago and I can honestly say they're still sitting in my dining room since they're too beautiful to throw away and lasted SO LONG! I arrived to the store prolly 45 mins before my pick-up time. The staff in there didn't have any clue about my order. I wished they have just forgotten to make it, but I don't think they are notified at all about my order I placed 2 days before because she doesn't know how the bouquet looks like. What's more disappointing was that they didn't have the flowers needed to create the bouquet I wanted. She made a good one but it could have been better. I had to wait there for about 45 mins. The staff didn't even apologize for what happened. I even asked for a discount for the inconvenience but none was offered.

I'm rating higher since they did do a same day delivery and the arrangement was nice. Also she put me 3 way with someone who had to translate, who was a little aggressive. read more
