Mr. Ara Your accusation that my review is false shows the kind of person you are. You never let us in, just because it was International Women's Day. We waited an hour. There were people there who had waited much longer because you were only letting them in one at a time. Just because you spoke two or three words in Spanish after I asked you to translate, because you only spoke in your language, doesn't justify the rude way you treated us. At no point did you go outside to let us know that you no longer had flowers or that you weren't going to make any more arrangements and that you were only going to let us choose from the ones you already had that weren't fresh, and when someone wanted to help, you abruptly took away a bouquet she was holding, and the whole time you were arguing in Arminian. I would have shown more respect if you had simply apologized through this method instead of justifying an attitude that was not correct. My review is completely valid because it reflects what happened and how you made me feel. I recommend that, since it's a family business, you treat everyone better without exception. Just because you speak two or three words of Spanish doesn't mean it's enough. Talk about price gouging! 100% increase for the occasion! My husband waited for almost an hour to place his order, I get it busy weekend! 15 minutes before the selected time of delivery for my bouquet I was called by the store telling me that the flowers I wanted are no longer available and that it would be replaced with similar flowers. When they arrived it looked barely the same color. I selected for my bouquet to be delivered between 5:00-6:00 and it was delivered an hour late. Horrible service. I contacted the North Hollywood store I ordered from and was told that it was sent to the Glendale to be created. After waiting for 20 minutes I called to see where my bouquet is and was told it would come in 10 minutes and I was lied to. Will not be a returning customer. read more

A while back, I placed an order for an arrangement about a week in advance. When I arrived for pickup, my order was nowhere to be found. They had all their pickups put out for anyone to grab and take. After asking an employee for help, she eventually returned to tell me they didn't have the flowers to make the arrangement--despite having a full week to prepare it. I was really upset. They completely neglected my order whether they failed to prepare it or someone else took it I am not sure. To their credit, they owned the mistake and offered a similar arrangement at the same price, which I accepted. Recently, they moved to a new location. I decided to give them another try. The new process is better--now a clerk brings your pickup from the back, instead of it put out in the blue for anyone to grab and take. From my recent experiences, the quality of service and high prices don't justify the hassle dealing with their--or rather lack-of--quality customer service. There are other flower shops in Glendale and while some may charge more, the quality and service are consistent and worth it. read more

I visited today for the first time and had an amazing experience. There was plenty of parking and the entrance is kind of right on the curve so you have to make sure you don't miss it. The customer service was great I was helped right away. They had beautiful selection of roses and they had some other bouquets made for other customers to pick up. You can call ahead and place an order and the price is really good for the product you are receiving. They had different colored ribbons and wrapping paper. I opted for a bow this time but I'll keep that in mind for the future. It was a very quick transaction and had I called ahead of time it would be even quicker. If you sign up with them every 4th or 5th bouquet you get a 25% discount which is a nice perk! I frequent the other warehouse that's a bit further out for me so it's nice to find a place that's a bit closer. Options are great to have! read more

I just walked out of this place , terrible service, the receptionist was very rude had no customer service. She did acknowledge us and said hello but she didn't let us know to have a seat while we thought that we can go look at the flowers, while she rudely said we can't and we have to wait for another worker came out and helped us. Another lady approached us and was very nice and sweet. At the exit while we were paying with the receptionist, we informed her how we felt about her customer service, she didn't even apologize instead she rudely accused us that we were in wrong and made it sound like that it was not her fault. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING WITH THIS STORE!!! My friend specifically called and spoke to a service representative and specified ALL the details she wanted. She ordered me the Apricot Delight which on the website looks more like an orangey peach. However when I received the flowers via delivery, they were completely light pink ( and also at least half of the roses were dead lol.) She also requested over the phone that the fillers include babies breath which were not included. My friend was very disappointed because she ordered something very specific for me and it turned out completely wrong. They're very nice and respond very quick when I message them through instagram. I don't live in Glendale so most of the time I do delivery and they're always on time and it always looks amazing. Got to the place at 6:40 pm on a Thursday and the shop was already closed, yet the schedule says open till 7pm. I'm super confused if you are gonna be closed atleast update your schedule so people know what is going on. Very disappointed. Not even sure what the flowers will look like, will recommend everyone to go get a flower from elsewhere. Absolutely not, not interested in any free product, or any product from you guys at all.
