Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh. Everything is very unique. Something that I love so much about this place is that they make bouquets that match up with each season and holiday. The workers are extremely hard working and kind. I can not understand why this flower shop has multiple bad reviews, it's literally the best flower shop in LA. There has been times where I have made special requests and they always work hard to make it happen. Everything is priced extremely reasonably. I just found out that they have an instagram account (willow.floral), and it is still a growing account so you should definitely check it out if your looking for some beautiful flowers. read more

We just order 3 flower arrangements for funeral when I saw the flowers was with white ribbon and writing was with pink ink. When I called to them and asked very nicely why was pink the guy was so rude he told me you have to open your eyes and then order it. We ordered flower funerals for a 100 dollars and when we went to the funeral we were so embarrassed. It's was cheaply and ugly made. Of all the flowers there ours was the most cheapest looking one. Flowers are synonymous to love and beauty. So, it's pretty popular any time of the year. I went into Willow for carnations or peonies (very fragrant tulip hybrid only available 2-3 months annually). Neither were available at this flower shoppe. However, they had plenty others like lilies, roses, tulips, asters and more.... I ended up getting a white hydrangea pom for small vase. You don't have to get flowers for yourself. Get some flowers for someone else. Giving flowers just because has always been a nice thing to do. They make arrangements to whatever the likens. Very poorly made. We ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day, the arrangement was delivered with a hole in the box and leaked all over, and the next day the paper box just got ruined and we ended up taking the flowers out and put it in a vase. When I called them to explain what happened they tried to blame it on us. I would never order from them, and on top of that they were not cheap either. read more

I called them at 7:30pm for 7 arrangements I would need at 10am the next day. I had already gone through their assortments and I told the person what I was visualizing. She asked me how much I was looking to spend and she said she would put a call to the owner. I was called by the owner and he was able to have them ready for me to pick up the next morning. DO NOT SHOP HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a corsage 2 days before I needed it, I showed up the day it was supposed to be ready, but the woman that took the order incorrectly noted the order for completion the following day. The woman that took the order was apologetic for that error, BUT THE ISSUE WAS THE FEMALE FLORIST. They had me wait while they made the corsage, which I had no issue with, BUT they were in such a rush that they didn't make the corsage to the specifications that we ordered, which was chosen out of one of their own catalogues. The florist making the corsage actually YELLED at me several times at me for picking the corsage that we picked saying that it was too big! Well, if what we picked was too big then the sales person that we placed our order with should have made that known when she took our order in person and I paid the $38 for a corsage. In my opinion, the issue wasn't that the corsage ordered was too big, the issue was that this florist couldn't create the item they sold us so she took her frustrations out on me in the worst way possible. In the end, the corsage was HIDEOUS, unacceptable! The woman quickly put it together without care just to push me out of her store. Let me emphasize that instead of being apologetic for their mistake I was treated very poorly. I was yelled at, and the two women were bad mouthing me in their language so that I wouldn't understand, but the fact that they were talking trash about me while I stood there was clear. I've never been yelled at like that by anyone ever much less someone in customer service. There are plenty of florists in this neighborhood do not spend your money here. I should've taken warning from the other reviews on here, but I figured I'd be nice and give them a shot...well...that was a mistake. In the end they did give me a partial refund after I mad a fuss, but I would have rather received the corsage that I paid for and good customer service. The partial refund was not worth the mistreatment that I received. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. read more

Not sure why this place has a low rating but i have been coming here for almost 10 years and i finally decided to leave a comment. Every time i come to this flower shop they always have what i am looking for and if they don't they can make it for me. The prices are on the average side but that is not why i am writing his today. There have been times when i have spent very little for an arrangement that looked like it cost way more and that's what sets this place apart. They give you quality and i appreciate that whether i am spending $20 or $200 the arrangement speaks for itself. Also the staff is very helpful and they know their stuff. One time on Valentines the evening before they stayed open for me 15 mins longer because i got off of work at the same time they closed but because i told them i worked down the street and would get there right after they waited. That shows quality in their business and of course as owners of an establishment. Thank you and i will continue to buy my needed flowers from here! read more

just wanted to blow some regular latex balloons that i bought in a pack. She blew them half the size (she claims its small and will deflate soon even though i went somewhere else after and they blew them regular standard size) and then asked me why i did not want to purchase bigger balloons from her. Every time I go there I am done within 10 minutes . Their prices are fair and their customer service is very good. we had a horrible experiance! we went there to order centerpicese for my son's birthday, the Armenian lady there was soooooo rude to us! I don't even know what to name it. She had a customer ahead of us, but they were just chating, when I told her why we are there, she said " I have a customer, I don't have time ! go and come back!" I was like "" WHAT?"" I told her we can wait, but she said , " NO No NO , go and come back!!!!" ANyway I took my order to ViValde shop, and I'm so happy with that!
