It is a very beautiful shop and curates all types of flowers from birthday, to wedding, to baptism, funerals, baby & bridal showers, Valentines day and everything else in between. This is a one stop shop for all your needs. They also take orders over the phone, deliver in person, & take on-line orders. Accepts major credit cards and other method of payments. They also make beautiful, elegant, vibrant, colorful arrangements from baskets, fruit baskets, to small bouquets. Earlier this morning my son had surprised me with 2 nice arrangements from this shop. He knows what kind of flowers that I like and that's exactly what he got. 12 beautiful red roses, 2 small balloons, 6 chocolate covered strawberries and last but not least 5 pink/white Stargazers. I was so surprised and he made my Mother's Day feel very nice and special. This is NOT the first time that he has done this. First time from this La Fleurel flower shop. They have street parking and the value of each flower/arrangement is different. Prices vary. Yelp shows that you're open until 7 pm, so I'm a bit confused. I called at 4:30 pm to ask if I could walk in to place a flower arrangement order for the next day. The person I spoke with sounded hesitant and said it would only be possible if I arrived by 5 pm. I explained that I could leave right away and be there by 4:45 pm, but was then told that would be too late. That felt contradictory, especially given the stated hours. Beautiful arrangement. Kindly and patiently accommodating. Will definitely order again. Selected La Fleurel based on past reviews, proximity to delivery destination, and long business hours (9am-7pm). Needed sympathy flowers ASAP so ordered over the phone the "Harmony in Bloom" with modifications in Premium size. Now the way I describe floral arrangements is probably a vendor's nightmare, but Gil was able to decipher what I wanted. For the sympathy arrangement, I requested the following (toned down version from my jumbled request): - "Harmony in Bloom" was the arrangement closest to what I wanted. I liked also the "Crème Brûlée" with its softer colors but not the cardboard bucket-type vase. Vase from "Coffee Sky" was fine but didn't like the dark chocolate-colored flowers. Note I shared this to give her a sense of the arrangements, vases, and color scheme I wanted, so she can create based on what she had on hand since it was a last minute, urgent request. - White and soft colors (such as pastels, light pink) or a pop of color but not depressing or overly muted. No baby breaths. - In a simple ceramic vase (brown, gray, or white), not the cardboard bucket type with logo on it or any unique vases (head-shaped). When complete, she asked (maybe because she sensed I was particular?! ) if I liked the arrangement. It initially had more of a heart-shaped outline, so I requested it to be rounded out, and she kindly did so. Recipient stated "OMG. The arrangement was SO BEAUTIFUL!" and wants to use this florist in the future too. Note that I called a few times before finalizing the order: (1) A couple days prior to placing the order to get a sense of how long an arrangement would take, knowing I had a narrow window when the flowers can be delivered. (2) The morning of order to check feasibility that an arrangement can made that morning and to explain the look of the arrangement I wanted and (3) To finalize order when all was confirmed that friend would be home to accept delivery. Gil was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Tip: Orders can be placed online. I called due to urgency of request. If they don't pick up when calling during business hours, try again 10-15 min later. Also, I was able to text to finalize the message for the card. read more

FINALLY!! A florist that I can trust. After trying a number of flower shops in the Beverly Hills area and having them fail to deliver on their promise, I struck upon a winner. La Fluerel came through. You'd assume that a Beverly Hills address would hold expectations of Beverly Hills quality. Well, I can attest to it that that notion is a farce. The internet can hide incompetence in many forms. In the case of florists, wrong product, wrong delivery, and less than desired blooms. All of which I've experienced at other Beverly Hills florists. But not La Fluerel. They came through with flying colors, and those colors came in all shades of pink. I ordered a huge bouquet of pink roses, my girlfriends favorite color, and boy did La Fluerel ever deliver! And on time, too! Believe me, my girl is hard to please. Sometimes, she expects more than I can manage. Some of you know what I mean. No, not that way, quite the opposite. So when I do for her, I want it to be right. La Fluerel did it right. Have them do right for you. They know what they're doing. The price can be up there a bit, but it'll be worth it when you're showered with affection or whatever you like to be showered with..... You rich folk have your quirks. LoL. Quick Tip: Be aware that a vase isn't included with your flowers. This could be a good thing if you're having them delivered to a loved one at their work. I'm located in San Diego but needed an exceptional florist in Los Angeles but didn't know of any so I looked on Yelp. Found La Fleurel the night before (placed order around 9:00pm night before) needed them delivered by noon the next day. The selection was beyond stunning but still praying that was what would be delivered. I even forgot to actually write "happy birthday" on the card called first thing when they opened. I was greeted by a young man that was so helpful and nice, he may of been the owner. Changed and added the verbiage to the card and then I explained that I would need the delivery to be before I think 2pm, he reassured me and then got it there by noon. Even called me while the delivery driver was on route to the location just to make sure the location (I guess there were two different neighborhoods this could be in) but I so appreciated the confirmation. Couldn't have made my son's girlfriend happier when she received this beautiful bouquet. Presentation was beyond expectation. I chose 50 red roses in a box with the white orchid with delivery and tip it came out to be the best $238.00 I've spent to make someone over the top happy in a while.
