This shop makes absolutely beautiful arrangements. A friend sent me a dry arrangement over 5 years ago that remains my favorite I've ever received. It's prominently displayed in my home still and made me fall in love with dry florals. This shop is now my go to for gifts as well as recommendations of the best in the valley! read more

They have absolutely stunning flowers! My wife has bought me bouquets from here and they have the most unique and beautiful flowers! Anyone that came over and saw them complimented the flowers. Finally a flower shop that doesn't sell the same old tacky bouquets you can find everywhere else. They have really good taste . read more

One star rating is generous. Horrible Customer Service on both order and pick up for a simple boutonniere and corsage combo for high school prom. I don't know why the three people working were so incredibly rude, entitled and unpleasant. Wow you work in a Florist shop isn't the whole point to bring joy to customers?!?! When I arrived seven minutes early for pick up of my ordered items, they practically bit my head off stating that my items were not going to be ready until 330 and then I proceeded to watch someone take three minutes to make my daughter's corsage. We ordered the same combo from Gelson's for homecoming and the Florist there had made such beautiful pieces. My items were not even put into a box or a container. They handed it to me in a paper bag. I could not be making this experience up. I highly recommend for you not to shop at this flower shop. They need proper customer service. This is really unacceptable. read more

I received a beautiful arrangement for my Birthday from here and I have to say I was in aweee at how gorgeous this arrangement was. The different color scheme and just the beautiful, delicate flowers and the colors were just stunning!!!!!!! You can tell they have unique flowers and they really take their time to arrange such beautiful arrangements. 4 stars why? Unfortunately already after day 2 the flowers wilted and probably lasted 4-5 days tops. I even changed the water and cut a few of the stems and added sugar to prolong the lifespan but didn't work. Unfortunately!!! For the price that the person paid for these I don't know if it's worth it. All in all I'm very pleased and I have videos and pictures of this arrangement when I first got it. I appreciate the florists time and effort for putting this gorgeous arrangement for me. I will never forget these beauties and the person who got them for me. read more

Horrible wilted flowers. Looking back, I regret purchasing these bouquets and accepting them as the florist didn't appear interested or helpful, but I still ended up buying it due to a time constraint. They have done a great job in the pa but today was not one of them. If you go there to purchase flowers, make sure you get what you want. read more

WildFlora - Florists Near Me - Studio City, California

My sweet husband ordered me an arrangement for my birthday and while beautiful, I couldn't help but notice that the flowers that they used weren't the freshest as they were already wilting and were a bit shriveled, so it was clear they weren't going to last long. By the next day, petals were falling off all over our kitchen counter and I had to pluck a few flowers out of the arrangement and throw them away because they were falling apart. By day 5, the arrangement looks like a dried flower bouquet. I get that these are fresh flowers and are not meant to last forever, but my hope would that they would last more than a day. Sadly, I couldn't enjoy these for very long before they had to go in the trash. read more

Have to update my Wildflora review to 5 stars! The overall comments about the shop have remained basically the same: it's a cute little plant shop with a "rustic hipster" (my term) vibe. They sell mostly houseplants and house plant containers. But they sell a couple of other items as well. So why the update? Well, they have expanded their shop into the next unit over effectively doubling their store space. This has led to a better selection and more items. Which has helped solve one of the two things that kept them from 5 stars in my previous review. It can still be difficult to find parking (although they potentially now have more spaces in the alley), but that's no longer enough to keep them from 5 stars. My wife and I love this shop and we stop by every chance we get. read more

I have wanted to visit this shop for quite some time now since moving down from NorCal. A very good friend of mine took photos for the business a few years ago and I always thought it looked so cute! The store front is aesthetically pleasing, so many beautiful flowers and plants as well as vases and specially items. It is hard not to fall in love and buy everything. The reason for the three stars? Service. I come from a hospitality background and 1000% understand when staff is busy especially putting together orders but service or lack of service always leaves a lasting impression and not once did a team member acknowledge myself or friend when we walked in, around or out of the store. Unfortunately my experience was not great. read more

I was getting married and this is the only place that crossed my mind for my bridal bouquet. Nobody does it like Wildflora. I sent two reference pictures with the style and color I wanted and they did it 20x better. I have no idea who put my bouquet together because I had a lot going on and completely forgot to pick it up so I had my sister pick it up for me, but a huge thank you to whoever put this gorgeous bouquet together for me. It was insanely beautiful and even more amazing than I could have ever imagined. I will update with more photos in a few weeks. read more

WildFlora - My daughter's corsage. - Florists Near Me - Studio City, California

The best "little" flower & plant shop in LA. Wildflora has done all the corsages for the various proms and dances my sons have attended the last few years - Emmy goes waaay above and beyond, sourcing special colors and flowers and generally making my boys look like superstars in the flower department. (And pricing is totally reasonable by any measure.) The shop itself is a treasure trove of delightful things, too. Gifts, plants, flowers, etc - ProTip: if you're looking for a hostess gift - or really, a gift for almost anyone any time - this is the only place you need to be. And of course the flowers themselves are fresh and gorgeous and beautifully arranged. It's a little magical in there. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and customer service is just *chef's kiss*. Once you've gone to Wildflora, you'll wonder how you ever settled for anything else. read more

Wildflora is a beautiful, unique and "pinterest" worthy, instagram photo-op storefront. Unfortunately, Real-life presence and customer service is paper thin, and arrangements aren't comparable to their online picture quality. I walked into their beautiful little shop in Studio City, the Wednesday before Valentines Day (2020) to get my wife some flowers. I was not disappointed to see that their studio is filled with all the beautiful assortments of exotic flowers, wooden gift-box sets and all the other earthly-charms you can think of. My first impressions were, true to their online persona, ("arrangements are crafted, and not just assorted.") Which was a solid and true first impression, imo. But that's sadly about where the charm ends with my experience with Wildflora. I arranged for their "You're My Person Arrangement" to be delivered to my valentines place of work. Right off the bat, they mentioned how far the destination is, (girl at the register legit called the valley "waaaay out there" lol). I'm completely understanding of how heavy traffic to and from the valley from Studio City is, (Studio City is still the valley though?!) So I wasn't caught off guard by the $50 delivery up-charge. I paid the extra fee, and felt good about my purchase and how happy it would make my girl come V-day. The delivery time was never really discussed at time of purchase, (fair enough, I didn't think to ask then). I called the next day and worked out a delivery window. Valentines Day. Day of delivery. My wife, the recipient gets two very specific voicemails detailing her "surprise" delivery, 3 hours before actually being delivered and supposedly after a delivery attempt. My thoughts, Why not just call me? I'm awkwardly trying to salvage the surprise lol (I was the only one in on it apparently). Worse, I, the sender, never received one call or update or anything for that matter, about their attempt to deliver. (They even went as far as claiming "no one was there" after I made the call ...its a place of business lol.) Surprised ruined. Even worse, the dreaded catfish... The arrangement is... not like the picture!... and definitely not worth: A. Its price-point. B. Having to awkwardly deal with the ruined surprise. C. Facilitate their lack of communication. D. The hype. Really disappointed with my experience here. I know I can't always expect picture perfect, But for its price, the hassle, and my willingness to pay for a damn good arrangement, I believed lol. Maybe they were flustered with the holiday? Maybe it was their "idk" vibes I got in-store, their real lack of customer service, or there half-handed solution to my experience (other than a "thanks for your feedback" or "send us an email"). Receiving an apology over the phone is always just a little bit...bitter. And there's no excuse for how bad it all went down. If it wasn't already clear...The arrangement is still beautifully put together. The colors are vibrant and unique, and there isn't a doubt in my mind that these could be poppin, but they were still delivered inexcusably wilted after all the hassle. Lesson learned here: Pretty pictures do not equate to quality service or end product. I feel if you're going to have such a vibrant online business presence, the experience should be matched in person, which is what I had hoped to get by walking in. As much as I fell for the pretty, earthy, aesthetic of Wildflora online, I'm especially disappointed by how bad the whole transaction went and more importantly, how lackluster the arrangement actually was. I had high hopes that this place would knock it out the park and keep me coming back for all occasions. Maybe picking up would have avoided the mess of this situation? Idk, but you can't fake nice. P.S If you're thinking about having Wildflora deliver your flowers? Make sure you're not more than a 5 mile radius or from the valley valley lol. read more

I'm really super surprised that I haven't had the opportunity to post a review about this amazing business. Most of the plants that I buy comes from this lovely spot. the decor for those plants comes from this amazing spot. All of my candles come from this post. Are we noticing a theme? This is an amazing local, thoughtfully crafted floral and design space to support any interior design dreams. All of the plants are in great condition and the staff are always helpful. The candles are heavenly and I love that they refill (reuse and not waste!) the glass containers (pre covid) making them soo soo sustainable. read more

Love this florist so much ! Found them on Yelp since I recently moved to the Studio City area and needed a specialty florist to send my best friend a condolences for the loss of her father. From start to finish, customer service was great ! I called to place the order and spoke to Dani on the phone. She guided me through the website and really took the time to make sure I was paying for something I really knew my Bestfriend would love and appreciate. Delivery was quick and efficient and they even sent me a photo of the arrangement per my request and it was absolutely stunning. My new go to florist from now on ! read more

When ordering flowers you are never too sure about what your person will receive and this one was special and I liked what I saw on the website so I ordered an arrangement with fall colors. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and assured me that I will be happy with the arrangement. On the day of the delivery the driver called my friend several times to make sure the delivery was received on time. The arrangement was out of this world!! The colors, the kind of flowers that the designer picked and the way the arrangement was made shows that this was done with passion. The professionalism of everyone that we interacted with, the ladies over the phone, the driver and the designer all super stars. I wished I lived in LA so I could use you often. Thank you again for creating a beautiful art! read more

I received the most amazing floral arrangement today. The flowers are so beautiful, a mix of soft autumn colors. The delivery service was great as I was at work. I will preface this review by saying the arrangement I purchased was GORGEOUS. It was seriously SO pretty and I loved it. So, I'll start with the good! The shop is so cute. It is a lovely ambience with the lighting and all the greenery and pottery! It's really easy to get to since it's just on Ventura Blvd, the arrangement was absolutely stunning and they were able to Make it in literally 20minutes, which was amazing. The not so good is the customer experience. This is the reason I'm only giving this place three stars. The product is amazing and the store is lovely, but the customer service was lack luster. The woman helping me was very nice, but wasn't terribly descriptive in what they could make or anything. She did bring me over their iPad to show me examples which was helpful. It was After I chose what I wanted that it kinda went down hill. Once I chose it was "OK it's $, you can swipe or tap your card" and then she literally walked away... Didn't ask my name or phone number or anything which I was kinda surprised about? While I'm using their iPad as a self "service checkout" She goes to ask one of the other women working if they wanted to make the arrangement I just purchased to which the woman replies "not really but what is it". Honestly, if I had, had time to go somewhere else I literally would've left at that point. Listen, literally say whatever you want, I don't care... but try not to say things like that when there are people in your shop that don't work there.. I kinda felt like ok cool I just purchased this for a special occasion and that's how much they care!, which was a bummer. I totally get it if it was a joke but like in my opinion you just don't say those things when there are customers within earshot! Anywho- I left to go run a couple errands and came back to pick it up! When I got there it was sitting on the counter and I assumed it was mine. I walked up and the original woman who helped me looked up and said "that's yours" and went back to what she was doing. Nobody else said anything or even smiled at me to be totally honest! It was a fairly large arrangement and I had things in my hands. So, I thought it would've been nice for someone to at least offer to help me out to the car with it.. I know it's the Covid era but it just felt like it would've been the right thing to at least offer! Also, the overall interaction could've been better. It just felt like an overall lack of common courtesy. Like I said, the arrangement was so pretty and I was seriously amazed that they made it in like 20minutes. Like I couldn't be happier with the actual product, which is why it's a bummer that I can't give them 5 stars! I could be acting over sensitive, but it's just the way I felt in the moment! I didn't have the best customer experience, but I liked the arrangement so much that maybe one day I'll give this place another try! I would imagine if you preorder it would be nothing but a lovely experience! read more

Absolutely my favorite florist, never been disappointed here. I buy flowers for every occasion, and my wife loves them.

This is for the landscape design services. We experienced poor communication and customer service throughout most of the year+ project we did with them to landscape our backyard and put in a pool. The most negligent was with the Kurapia that was installed in the backyard which is supposed to be a great drought resistant alternative to grass. Nine months after installation and the entire area is dead (see picture) and Wildflora is telling us we have to water it twice daily still for it to take. At this point it should be getting watered once a month (at most). We have been complaining since March about large sections being dead and have been mostly ignored, and now the company is not upholding their own warranty. Shameful, shameful business. read more
