I've ordered from this place 4x now and absolutely love them! Their bouquets are done so nicely and last for over a week if you take good care of them! Bella the manager is so sweet and accommodating with the best customer service and is always helpful whenever I call about my orders. They prices are reasonable and you pay for them with afterpay type plans. The best part is you get points with them and can apply them to your orders for money off! This review is so overdue! I remember the first time I ordered from Floral N°5, it was a last minute arrangement for my mom's birthday. I had ordered from another flower shop prior and was shocked and embarrassed with the arrangement my mom received. So I ended up calling Floral N°5 very near closing time and they were still able to deliver my mom a very beautiful bouquet before she left work. They texted me photos of the selections that they had ready and truly accommodated me. If you're looking for flowers just to buy the day of or pick up a bouquet. I wouldn't waste you're time because they were unsure of prices and not a lot of variety in store. Walked into the store to buy a bouquet of flowers and the store it self looked very unorganized and the service was also very unorganized. I asked how much a box of flowers was and it was roughly 170$ which is reasonable but then I asked how much was a bouquet of pink roses it took her a couple minutes to find on the computer and she didn't know she said roughly 100$ and then I asked for 2 dozen small tulips and she had to look in the computer again which takes a while just to tell me roughly 100$. I was like alright I don't know if she's making these prices up for a small bouquet of tulips for 100, so At the end inwas just confused and walked out. read more
