Ordered from a second time, and, while the bouquet looked beautiful to begin with, the delivery was a mess. The delivery was left on top of a running AC unit in peak LA heat, at the side of the house - so my recipient never saw the flowers and by the time we figured out where the bouquet was left, it was ruined. Shop refused to reimburse or replace. No text or call to recipient to tell her the flowers were delivered. (EDIT: the delivery driver apparently did call to say there was a delivery. But apparently the call was so rushed they couldn't be bothered to say what exactly was being delivered. So my recipient assumed the delivery was for something else she had ordered and did not check around her house when she got home. It would have been great if they could have said FLOWERS were being delivered. and not hidden them around the side of the house). read more

Very disappointing experience. I specifically requested a 5:30 to 7 p.m. delivery window, but the flowers were dropped off around 3:30 when I was not home. They were left outside and were stolen before I even arrived. I reached out, explained what happened, but the shop refused to take responsibility, offer a replacement, or provide any refund. I ordered funeral flowers from Mariam's Flowers for a very special service -- our final goodbye to my dear aunt. When I arrived and saw the arrangement, my heart sank. The flowers looked old, wilted, and incomplete, with missing roses and a tired appearance as if they had already been used elsewhere. It was incredibly embarrassing in front of my family, especially since we had hoped to honor our aunt with something beautiful and respectful. What made this experience even worse was how I was treated afterward. Despite calling many times, the florist avoided my calls for almost a week. When she finally responded, instead of listening to my concerns, she belittled me, saying I "didn't know much about flowers" and suggested that I should "use another florist next time." She even said she would "make sure to remember my phone number." After 25 years in business, I would expect professionalism and compassion -- not arrogance and disrespect. I paid $150 plus tax via Venmo for an arrangement that looked like it didn't even cost a fraction of that. More than the money, it was the way she made me feel -- dismissed and disrespected -- during an already painful time that I'll never forget. When I called, I was very emotional, but Armine who was helping me was very professional, she listened what I want which was the bible, with a pink and purple flower arrangement. I also asked if it's possible to include butterflies on the arrangement pink or purple, Armine said she will tell Mariam so Mariam can arrange that. I wanted to order online arrangement lavender basket that said sold out .I decided to send IG messag first one was ignored with no response and second time i send DM on IG owner decided to respond back very rude ,no hi or sorry getting back to your message late, just said we dont take orders IG and how i should call the office. I responded to her that my DM/ IG message to flower business was asking her the price and not placing order and if arrangement can be done or not and to look at the question before answering. Her response was" Box arrangements start at $200. Please call the store to check if the second arrangement can be made. And you don't need to be so rude". She told me I was rude lol really? When I start any conversations i am always saying" hello " please and not like her hostile and extremely overly confident and rude. Yes we will take our business elsewhere. One advise learn how to appriciate customers, because we are your business and how you speak to us speaks high volumes about YOU, be humble and I am glad you blocked me after i told you i will be posting our conversation and let the viewers decide who is rude.. I kept my promise that I will be sharing my experience on Yelp. I did order once online and it was pleasant experience,even though colors and arrangement was not same what i ordered online but it was still nice basket $250 and my sister loved it and I am happy I didn't have to interact with unpleasant individual like you.
