I needed two sympathy flower arrangements and I am so glad I went with Sylvart Floral Designs. I placed the first order online late on Sunday night. I had a hard time choosing an arrangement, as all of the choices are beautiful. I realized I needed another arrangement and called Monday morning. Both of the arrangements were delivered before 1 pm on Monday. I spoke with Sylvia and she was very kind and helpful with a custom arrangement for the second order. It is absolutely stunning, more than I imagined. It is obvious that Sylvia is a true artist and takes great care with her work. Very happy to have found this local florist and will be using again. Thank you! read more

I was visiting from out of town and got two bouquets from Sylvart delivered to my hotel. One for my mom on Mother's Day and the next day for my sister's graduation. I spoke with them on the phone several times and she was patient, kind and accommodating to my request for early morning delivery before we had to go. The flowers were beautiful and got a lot of comments and compliments. I wish they had in store pickup and didn't require a vase. read more

WOW. Sylvart went out of her way today to deliver my birthday flowers!! Tmobile had an outage today making myself unreachable to buzz her in but she called my mom (who is in FL) to try to find an alternative. Where other tele-flower companies would probably have given up, she was patient and kind to my boyfriend who was able to intercept the flowers for me. Because of her diligence, I am able to enjoy the most stunning arrangement on my birthday. Thank you so much Sylvart!! We live so close to you guys and will be using you again for all our floral needs! Meagan read more

I was looking for something that simple, elegant, and high quality. Sylvart had good reviews and was a local business, so I thought I'd give it a try. I looked online and then decided to call because I had questions about each one. The woman who answered the phone was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The next day my friend received her bouquet of flowers and called me right away to thank me. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. My friend said that the woman who delivered the flowers was like a ray of sunshine and made her day. I wish I would've tipped the delivery driver more when I had made the payment. Who knew a driver could so positively influence the person receiving the flowers. Thank you Sylvart Floral. I will definitely use this place again and will recommend to my friends. read more

Needed to cheer up a dear friend after she had surgery. I live across the country, so I called Sylvart based on online reviews. I'm so glad I did! Within an hour, they called me to confirm the order. They didn't have a flower available that was in the online photo I chose and asked if I was okay with them using other ones. I said yes, and they sent a gorgeous arrangement. read more

Solid 5-Star for the Owner, Sylvia, at Sylvart Floral Designs. I ordered an arrangement online of Lavender roses for delivery and it was very easy. Very nice website that's easy to navigate. They were out of fresh Lavender roses, so Sylvia substituted with fresh Pink roses in the same arrangement, which was great! Even better was that Sylvia texted me, called my cell and left a clear voice mail message, and also emailed me with the substitution all in a timely manner so I could have changed my order if necessary. Truly excellent, outstanding customer service! Thank you, Sylvia, for taking customer service very seriously! The arrangement was stunning and my Wife was thrilled with the beauty and quality of the Pink roses. read more

Fourth review! 10+ stars! So, I've used Sylvart to deliver to very special people and she's done amazing! But, last night, I received my very own special delivery for the first time. My husband knew I loved Sylvart and I was always liking and commenting on social media. So my wonderful husband placed an order for our 12th Wedding Anniversary! He said Sylvia was beyond helpful and caring. He was so impressed. Then, we got the delivery and we were both blown away. The most stunning and gorgeous flowers I've ever received! My only wish is I had used Sylvia for my own wedding 12 years ago lol She brought tears to my eyes with her special delivery and this stunning arrangement! Do not think twice - call if you want to leave a lifelong impression on someone! Photos added! **** So, this is my third review for Sylvart! I wouldn't usually leave a 3rd review for anyone. But the customer service is so awesome and personable, and the floral arrangements are artwork. I feel compelled to let everyone know how awesome this florist is and it's consistent!!! There is no need to even consider calling around. Sylvart is one of a kind and you will make someone very happy! Thank you for this gorgeous arrangement!!! ***** Second Review because I just love this florist! I just used Sylvart to deliver flowers to a friend who just delivered a baby girl. The customer service was outstanding and so easy to place an order. I wasn't even sure what I wanted and was too busy to look on website. I said I just want something nice, with pinks and within x budget. And just like that my friend got An amazing arrangement...prettier then I ever imagined. And sending a text with a picture and time of delivery...that's just above and beyond. Thank you!!! I will not be using any other florist ever again. Seriously! read more

I reached out to Sylvia for 7 arrangements to be delivered to some television executives at the studio as a 'thank you' for a current project I just sold. Therefore it was imperative that they be beautiful & breathtaking. Sylvia worked with me to create some fantastic & unique pieces. She delivered them on time and was in constant communication with me leading up to and following delivery. The emails immediately flooded in from the execs. RHS king me for the 'stunning' flowers. Even the highest up exec personally called me to say thank you for the flowers and introducing her to this florist bc now she plans in using her services in the future! Thank you Sylvia. It's taken me over a month to bring myself to write this review. Maybe because I've been having difficulty coming to terms with the fact that our wedding is over and Sylvart was such a big part of it. When I came across her work randomly browsing florists on Facebook, I immediately resonated with her style. The first time I met her, she was so personable, I felt like we had been friends for a while. She was really interested in my ideas and helped me focus my vision since I thought everything was so beautiful! I wanted centerpieces with fruit with orange, white, green, and grey. She came up with the most unique arrangement with kumquats and limes inside the vase. The day before the wedding, she texted me saying she had a surprise for me. At the end of the night of my wedding, when I realized at 3am that I hadn't eaten anything all night, I leaned on the podium of our sweetheart table while my husband shoveled rice into my mouth. That's when I saw it. She had made a print of my J. Crew shirt with bright oranges on it, an inspiration for our wedding colors, along with a picture of myself and my husband on a slice of wood. Basically, her customers are the lucky beneficiaries of Sylvart's love and passion for her job! Do yourself a favor and check her out! read more

I'm in love with my arrangement! I ordered flowers today (Mothers' Day) with short notice and Sylvart was so accommodating and so sweet over the phone. I tried explaining the look I was going for and she made it come to life, a hundredfold! She even delivered the flowers, and knowing how busy she was, that's a huge plus! Her work is exceptional and so is the customer service! So happy I found her shop! Definitely calling her for my next order! P.S. She sends you a text to let you know when the flowers get delivered and what they look like! First time I've seen this. Two thumbs up! read more

Do yourself a favor and call Sylvia of Sylvart Floral Design the next time you need flowers. I needed to order a condolence arrangement for my boss at the last minute. Sylvia, the owner, answered the phone and together we went through the steps of placing an order for same day delivery. We chose Sylvart due to the MANY positive Yelp reviews and I'm adding one more. She took our order with just this info- budget including delivery & tip, type of flowers (she went with roses, orchids, hydrangea, and greens in a lovely wooden box) occasion and message. We got a photo of such a beautiful and unique arrangement sent along with delivery confirmation to the site. So professional on EVERY level. Highly recommend. read more

I haven't left a Yelp review in God knows how long, but I just HAD to hop on here and sing praises with the great job that Sylvia did with the arrangement I ordered. Truly exceeded my expectations and this was the only time I've ever ordered flowers where the finished product looked better than the picture. I'm OBSESSED. Great local service! Sylvia was very communicative when I ordered long-distance. She even, at my request, sent a picture of the arrangement before delivering. Also, delivery was perfectly timed, and very cordial. You see, the flowers were for someone very special, to whom I've been sending flowers for around 30 years. ... And honestly, I don't think I've ever heard her so pleased by a bouquet of roses. Truly Beautiful. And truly amazing service. Oh yes, and easy to order online. Thanks so much Sylvia! read more

I ordered a custom bouquet for my best friend, who is a landscape designer. Flowers are literally her life, so I wanted this to be special. I specified what I hoped for. I wanted to send flowers to an unexpected celebration of life service, with only 1 day notice. Their website said it would not be available soon enough, so I called. The prompt, personal and most importantly, caring service that was provided was amazing. I can't say enough nice things about her! She truly went above and beyond. I was absolutely shocked and will definitely order from her again. Her arrangements hands down beat anything else I've seen from LA. After my CEO picked some designs (he was impressed and didn't even care about all the other florists I showed him), I tried to place an order online only to find out that she didn't deliver to that area! I took a chance and I called her. Right away, she said it wouldn't be a problem at all! She was so accommodating and told me the entire situation, that she may not have certain flowers and that she was going to find a suitable vase since she was out of stock. The one she found was even better! Not only that, she kept calling and giving me updates, sending pictures, etc. Then she said she would most likely deliver it by 6pm the next day since I had called her pretty late in the day. Well she ended up delivering it around noon and even called me to see if it was okay to leave it on the doorstep! How nice is she? I've dealt with awful florists before and she was like a breath of fresh air. Can't stop complimenting her and her amazing results. The flowers were stunning and I was in awe.
