My mom and sister ordered an arrangement through teleflora to congratulate us on a new child. I'll simply show a picture of what they ordered via teleflora vs what we received from the florist. As you can see, the actual arrangement is nothing close to what was ordered. I understand florists have some liberties if they cant match the exact look, but the comparison clearly shows the actual arrangement contains way less flowers, is much smaller looking, etc. This is a prime reason why I never order through these online sites anymore, but it's a shame that florists would see what was ordered and think what they actually delivered is even a close comparison. read more

THIS GEM!!! My husband has worked in animation for years and I just found The Enchanted Florist today! I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and wanted to surprise a dear friend with flowers who is enduring some hardship... From the moment I saw the outside I knew that I had found a gem. Everyone was SO kind and I was gushing over every detail like the big dork that I am. The smell of fresh flowers is next level and I didn't want to leave. I will be back soon & often. My friend absolutely loved her flowers they made her smile and I know they will bring her joy during this tough moment in her life. Thank you so much! read more

My mom and I ordered two floral bouquets for a funeral. One was ordered through tele flora, where it came on time and beautifully arranged. We were disappointed with the other arrangement we bought from another florist on tele flora, so we decided (one day ahead of the funeral since we didn't know the other florist was going to disappoint us) to ask enchanted florist if they were able to make what we needed. They took our order one hour before closing and did a very beautiful big arrangement (exactly what we asked for) for $150, which we found to be reasonable! My family will continue to order enchanted florist directly from them and will recommend them to other family and friends. Thank you! read more

OUTSTANDING product and delivery service! The floral delivery for my birthday had to be made before 11:00 a.m. because I wouldn't be home to receive it otherwise, so they made sure it was delivered before then. TERRIFIC service! And the floral arrangement was gorgeous -- fresh, varied flowers, beautiful greenery and foliage. All in a clear glass vase. Just beautiful! Thank you to the woman who delivered the arrangement -- so upbeat. And thank you to the person on the phone letting me know delivery was on its way. These folks are very good at their business -- balancing great product with efficiency and kindness. THANK YOU!! read more

I order the Deluxe Prehistoric Water Garden with Succulent Plant arrangement for a post-surgery friend. She sent me a picture of the delivered (on time) arrangement. The arrangement was gorgeous!! They added more roses and orchids to make it fuller. The online purchase was easy to order, to pay, and have it delivered. Highly recommend this florist! read more

My Yelping friends know I don't like to write negative reviews as long as they don't put my life or my family's or other people's lives in danger. Starting and owning a business is hard enough but there is a point where you cross the line. If you're supporting and patronizing this business please let them know that their driver has no respect for human life. I just witnessed their driver almost running over kids on crosswalk and cutting other drivers off on the surface streets. Another driver pulled up to say something and got flipped off. Road rage?! If you're driving this business' car you're representing this business. So whether I like their flowers or not it's not relevant anymore as long as you're putting other people's lives in danger. We have been buying flowers from Kim at Enchanted florist for years. Every arrangement is always beautiful and fresh. We asked Kim to be the florist for our daughter's wedding in February. The Enchanted Florist team created the most gorgeous arrangements and centerpieces - the wedding and reception rooms looked magical! The team came and set up and took care of everything. We highly recommend Enchanted Florist! read more

Received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers on September 15 2025 from the enchanted florist for my post surgery. Unfortunately only 2 days even though I have the AC RUNNING at 77-78% constantly the flowers wilted. I tried to revive it. It made it worse. I am embarrassed to tell the fiend who sent it. This biz gets good reviews. Is this a fluke? I will call them Monday for awareness. read more

Beautiful location, great customer service. If they don't have what you need they will find it for you. As you walk in, you are welcomed by the amazing scent of beautiful, well taken care of flowers... All new and healthy. You will be greeted by smiling workers, ready to help... who wouldn't smile when you work in such a lovely, scented place? I keep hoping they will start a cafe, or have afternoon tea service. I will be the first in line for that! read more

I passed by this cute store a couple of years ago and their beautiful decor and displays got my attention. Didn't order from them till recently, but I bookmarked them in my head. Cute store and the nicest arrangaments, good service as well, prices are a tad high, but the quality is really good and the vases ar beautiful as well, could be reused in the future when gifted. Too bad I was in a rush and didn't take photos! Next time! Great location, on Hollywood way, street parking. Good florist! read more

Nice and friendly staff that helped me out when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully.

I have been using Enchanted Florist for years for business and personal, and they are always AWESOME! The arrangements are fresh and beautiful. I can say "something purple at a particular price range," and they always get it! It's easy to phone in orders, but going there is a pleasure. The shop smells so good, and it's like something out of Gilmore Girls. The people are friendly and, oftentimes, I have wandered in for a last minute bouquet. While they are putting it together, I'll pop into the shop next door "An Open Invitation" which is equally awesome. They specialize in invitations, but have curated an array of gifts, seasonal and all occasion. I usually leave with a set of high-quality notecards and envelopes at a great price with my stunning flowers that were carefully and thoughfully designed. read more

I had such a lovely experience with this florist! I ordered online to deliver to a local hospital. I had a few questions ahead of placing my order and they were so incredibly helpful in answering everything. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to the hospital, we found out the person was discharged. The florist called me to let me know, asked for a new address, and delivered the flowers the following day. Seamless! It was wonderful customer support. We did get charged for a second delivery but that made sense since the first delivery wasn't successful. The arrangement of flowers as absolutely beautiful. read more

I've passed by a few times and have always wanted to go in and purchase a flower arrangement. I went in today and was just so blown away. It smelled lovely in there. They had a wonderful collection of flowers and plants. They even have a shop next door where I found the rainbow vase! Which I absolutely loved and after looking at all the wonderful vases they had I had to get this one. It's so fun. Something for everyone. The service was very welcoming and accommodating. A gentleman asked me what I was looking for and I told him I had called earlier for yellow flowers. He showed me what they had, I was so mesmerized by their selection. They even have purple and black roses!!!! I'm definitely coming back for those. I chose my flowers, I felt they were priced fairly. The service was very fast, he arranged a beautiful bouquet and they placed them in the vase for me as well as in a box with cellophane to protect it. I'm so so very happy with what I received for the amount I paid. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is overpriced and a total scam. We paid what I thought was a good amount for arrangements for our event, but the main lady was so judgemental of our choices- suggesting we were cheap. I'm 100% positive she we rude because we are a biracial couple. So many dirty looks when we came to the showroom - it was too late to back out though. When we finally got the flowers they were old, damaged and just ugly. AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

Beautiful arrangement!!! Excellent service and delivered on time . The arrangement was better that the pictures I saw from their options.

Kim did an amazing job for our wedding. Great customer service and beautiful work. Very reasonable prices!

They were so kind and nice to us, even as an online order. We do not live in the area and just used Yelp!, which can be hit or miss. She called me immediately after I sent my order to confirm and tell me she would expedite this 2days sooner, even during the holiday season, due to the sad circumstances of a sudden death in the family. I can see why she has such high stars with reasonable pricing and great customer service! Thank you so much for your care during this painful time. It has sent us some comfort. read more

There really is nowhere else to purchase flowers in Burbank, because you are going to get quality flowers, and beautiful containers and arrangements, delivered with love. I travel a lot, and when I need flowers, I call, explain what I'm looking for, and leave it to them! Like recently had a neighbor whose son passed away. I am up in Oregon on vacation, I make a phone call, they delivered the next day I called just before they closed at 5 o'clock spoke to a lovely person on the other end of the phone. Said I wanted a very cheery arrangement of flowers delivered to my neighbor, gave the price that I wanted to pay and the next day I get a phone call from my neighbor who is crying because the flowers were so beautiful and cheerful! I would give them a 10 if I could! I have never been disappointed by this Florist. read more

I needed flowers at the last minute. They did a wonderful job in very little time. I ordered it from about an hour away and was on my way to the church. Yet another place I've wanted to check out for sometime! My friend needed a nice bouquet so we stopped here. Located walking distance just south of Porto's next to AN OPEN INVITATION, in which they share a common, side by side store front. The outside facade is inviting and once you are drawn in, you are transported into a fairy like atmosphere. The wonderful fresh floral scent permeates your senses and the bright greens and pops of color just make you smile! The staff is uber friendly and accommodating. We just picked out a pre-made bouquet and had a few extra flowers added. Beautiful! If you have time, you can ask for them to design an arrangement to your liking. They have a small design team that can turn your special event into a spectacular one! So if you have an event that requires flowers.. Get yourself in here and start making the magic happen! So many ideas, I can see myself around in here more often! read more

We were married on 10/05/19 and worked with The Enchanted Florist for all of our ceremony and receptions flowers. From the first meeting until the actual day of the wedding, Kim was amazing! When I first met Kim I immediately knew that I wanted to work with her. Not only is she incredibly skilled and talented, she is also warm and caring. She took the time to get to know me and help me bring my vision to life. With all that being said, I was BLOWN AWAY by the flowers, especially my bouquet, the day of the wedding. I could not have been happier. I gave Kim a few random photos from the internet and Kim created a masterpiece! Thank you for everything! You are amazing Kim! The most elegant, wonderful and unique florist. I've purchased flowers from Enchanted Florist since high school, which is many, many years ago...ahem, a while ago. They have always been the most top notch florist in Burbank. I am not one for standard flowers (AKA Baby's Breath, Carnations, etc.) which makes them stand out because what they do and how they do it is so special. They always apply a beautiful touch to all of their arrangements. Their current location has other goodies and gifts for special occasions. We had a family member pass recently and we received a few arrangements from them. I am so impressed with how long they last and how much they brighten our room. We'll continue having this florist as our go to! read more

Kim was very accommodating for our wedding. We really didn't need too many flowers for our wedding, but I had a lot of trouble finding a florist that was willing to do our wedding for our budget. Kim worked within our budget and created beautiful arrangements. My bridal bouquet was everything that I wanted and center pieces were amazing as well. Kim does beautiful arrangements and I knew we were in good hands when I saw our center pieces. She showed us the center piece design a few weeks before the wedding so we could make any changes. I hope to use Kim in the future anytime we need a special floral arrangement or bouquet. You should look more on instagram as well as she has amazing pieces from her past projects. read more
