My mom and sister ordered an arrangement through teleflora to congratulate us on a new child. I'll simply show a picture of what they ordered via teleflora vs what we received from the florist. As you can see, the actual arrangement is nothing close to what was ordered. I understand florists have some liberties if they cant match the exact look, but the comparison clearly shows the actual arrangement contains way less flowers, is much smaller looking, etc. This is a prime reason why I never order through these online sites anymore, but it's a shame that florists would see what was ordered and think what they actually delivered is even a close comparison. read more

My mom and I ordered two floral bouquets for a funeral. One was ordered through tele flora, where it came on time and beautifully arranged. We were disappointed with the other arrangement we bought from another florist on tele flora, so we decided (one day ahead of the funeral since we didn't know the other florist was going to disappoint us) to ask enchanted florist if they were able to make what we needed. I have been using Enchanted Florist for years for business and personal, and they are always AWESOME! The arrangements are fresh and beautiful. I can say "something purple at a particular price range," and they always get it! It's easy to phone in orders, but going there is a pleasure. The shop smells so good, and it's like something out of Gilmore Girls. The people are friendly and, oftentimes, I have wandered in for a last minute bouquet. While they are putting it together, I'll pop into the shop next door "An Open Invitation" which is equally awesome. They specialize in invitations, but have curated an array of gifts, seasonal and all occasion. I had such a lovely experience with this florist! I ordered online to deliver to a local hospital. I had a few questions ahead of placing my order and they were so incredibly helpful in answering everything. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to the hospital, we found out the person was discharged. The florist called me to let me know, asked for a new address, and delivered the flowers the following day. Seamless! It was wonderful customer support. The most elegant, wonderful and unique florist. I've purchased flowers from Enchanted Florist since high school, which is many, many years ago...ahem, a while ago. They have always been the most top notch florist in Burbank. I am not one for standard flowers (AKA Baby's Breath, Carnations, etc.) which makes them stand out because what they do and how they do it is so special. They always apply a beautiful touch to all of their arrangements. Their current location has other goodies and gifts for special occasions. We had a family member pass recently and we received a few arrangements from them. I am so impressed with how long they last and how much they brighten our room. Kim was very accommodating for our wedding. We really didn't need too many flowers for our wedding, but I had a lot of trouble finding a florist that was willing to do our wedding for our budget. Kim worked within our budget and created beautiful arrangements. My bridal bouquet was everything that I wanted and center pieces were amazing as well. Kim does beautiful arrangements and I knew we were in good hands when I saw our center pieces. She showed us the center piece design a few weeks before the wedding so we could make any changes.
