They were so great! We needed the Corsage and Bountoniere for Friday before Mother's Day. All the florists were too busy to take any orders. We found "Boite De Fleurs" on Yelp with great reviews that they already had! I called and they took my order without any hassle. It was super easy to text Marianna my son's date's dress to match the ribbon colors. They are very speedy and confident! Mariana has a beautiful sense of flowers and arrangements! The flowers were just perfect, and they definitely made the couple look outrageously gorgeous! Thank you so much, Marianna !!!
Hands down the best, most generous, most beautiful florist in Burbank. Marianna has been creating the most gorgeous floral arrangements for me for the last three years. She's so professional, kind and always fast on taking and making my order. She's always available and willing to work with your budget. She uses the freshest flowers and has impeccable taste. All of the recipients of her flowers are in awe of her creations and so appreciative of their gift. Boite De Fleurs creates such happiness because the arrangements are top quality. More than that, Marianna is a very caring business owner who wants to spread joy with her talent. I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs or if you want to wow people with a beautiful gift!
This process was so easy! It made getting Valentine's Day flowers an absolute breeze. Best shop in Burbank. I found their website through yelp and looked through their different bouquets available. So many gorgeous bouquets to choose from. The best part is... the bouquet I chose ACTUALLY looked exactly like the picture. I've had sop many bad experiences with other flower shops. This was the first one that did not disappoint. The bouquet was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. They use the best and freshest flowers. The color combination is breathtaking and the way they lay out the flowers is so creative. AND they deliver for only $5. They will be my go-to flower shop forever.
I've purchased flowers from here for my mom's birthday many times and as always they created big, beautiful arrangements. My mom is always so impressed! They even were able to accommodate me for a pick up a few hours before a lunch date so I am so extremely thankful!

So disappointed with my purchase of a corsage and a boutonnière that I purchased from here. I came here to support the local flower shop but will never return. Terrible customer service, not welcoming or helpful when taking or picking up the order. I received a glob of sweetheart roses with a crappy bows !!I it was the weirdest corsage I have ever seen. I had to toss them and make my own that turned out 100 times better! I paid $60 for this crap. I'm attaching a picture of the boutonnière so the owner can't "claim" that I am crazy. The corsage was even worse !!!
My usual go to flower shop was closed so I thought I would give this company a try as they seemed highly rated and there were glowing reviews. First I tried to call and they told me that I should order from the online selections. Usually I like to pick an arrangement and have it custom made but I found a bouquet that I really liked on their site so I ordered it. When I picked the arrangement up it did not look anything like what I saw online. The flowers were old and wilted and they were literally stuffed into the box. It did not look anything even remotely close to the online bouquet that I thought I ordered. They literally stuffed extra wilted flowers and some of the pink roses had green rims around their edges as they were poorly refrigerated. I am so disappointed. I spent nearly $200 and received a terrible arrangement that is embarrassing to offer as a gift. Do not make the same mistake and fall under the illusion that this place delivers any quality whatsoever based on a bunch of glowing reviews.

Hands down my favorite flower shop and my go to now. Ive tried online purchase from big flower companies but nothing beats a local florist, I've got to say Marianna is great! I'm normally able to chat with her through text and my orders are always spot on. Very quick and responsive. She's friendly and very helpful. The flowers according to my wife are beautiful, professionally done arrangements and fresh. I will definitely be back.

We're from the SF Bay Area, My daughter celebrated her 18th Birthday down at Universal. I wanted to surprise her by having an arrangement delivered & waiting for her when she got to her hotel. Through Yelp, I picked Boite De Fleurs. Called them a couple days early and they were very helpful and professional. I believe it was Marianne that took my call originally. I must've called a little bit early but she still pulled over on the side of the road on her way to work and took all my information. The day before the flowers were to be delivered Marianne called me back and asked if I wanted to include a personalized note to my daughter from her loving Father. Yes!! Almost forgot The flowers that were sent to my daughter's hotel Looked even better than the picture we saw on the website which is rarely the case. I called to see if they had ready made arrangements to purchase. After telling Mariana what kind of arrangement I was looking for for my mom's birthday, she assured me no problem to make one on the spot. When I arrived, there was the arrangement she had prepared looking pretty as ever. I was extremely pleased. I will come again. read more

I was trying to order flower same date as last year 2/3, and I couldn't believe they were already pricing roses for Valentine Day... I was going to order 65 roses and they said it would be $7.50 per rose (v-day pricing) Unfortunately they have lost my business. I was able to find a different florist who charged me $165 for 65 Red Roses. I guess I have found a new florist. The picture in the gold box, is the one for $165 from my new florist, shop around I just felt they were being kinda greedy. I wish i could give them negative five stars for customers service! I'm writing this review to let everyone know how irresponsible and INCONSIDERATE people they are! I order flowers on Friday for my best friend birthday to deliver on Sunday. Everything seemed fine till Saturday when they called me to asked about the instructions I left them on how to get in the building ( to deliver my friend flowers). The lady that called me was super annoyed when i tried to explain to her the instructions, she even made me feel bad for something that wasn't my fault. I should known that was a red flag but i ignored it. Sunday 8/8/21 comes around and the same lady calls me that she couldn't open the gate. I tried calling my friends mom and she wasn't home. I texted the lady saying "sorry, she's not home can i pick them up tomorrow from the shop?" She said "I'm not working tomorrow" and proceeds to call me. On the phone call she starts to YELL AT ME AND said she tested POSITIVE FOR COVID. Ummmm... ok then why are you making my flowers and delivering them in that condition????? You're putting my friend and her family in danger!! HUGE RED FLAG. She had TWO DAYS to email me or give me a call that she was in no good condition to do it i would've canceled my ordered and looked elsewhere. Obviously she didn't care for the safety of others. How selfish , horrible person you have to be. I kept texting her to refund me my money because the flowers were no good to be delivered. she said in her own words " ok do whatever you want at this point i don't care." What kind of customer service is this???! 1. She doesn't care that my friend catches COVID 2. She has no sympathy 3. All she cares is making money while having COVID THATS AGAINST THE LAW. Surprise surprise she blocked my number and won't refund me my money! I told my friend to throw the flowers away and not bring them in her house. This is my first and last time ordering from them! I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK !!! read more

Beautiful arrangements, affordable prices, and friendly environment! Florist (owner) is a Mother of 4 I believe, who spends most of her time at the store to meet her customers' expectations. Her daughters, by her side, work at the shop as well, to make sure their customers are always satisfied with their orders and that the orders are met in a timely matter. I always believe that families who are united and respectfully work together: will always have an amazing outcome. Oh yes, when you do decide to visit the shop, you have to meet with their little one (girl), she is way too adorable! In the past, I have probably placed couple of last minute orders through them and although we know how time is the biggest concern these days, they just never seem to disappoint you. One thing that I really liked a lot is when the Florist gets you involved with pick/choosing the flowers, the colors, and the boxed you like, then creates your order using your own taste. If you are ordering flowers for someone, by now that person is very special to you, so imagine when arrangements are created with your favorite flowers and colors, how special will the person feel knowing that you put you're thought to it.
