And I can say she was absolutely thrilled with her birthday flowers. Everything from the colors to the arrangement exceeded my expectations. Victoria is absolutely amazing. I don't live in the area. I needed some flowers delivered. I told her the amount I would like to spend and the occasion. She put together the perfect arrangement. She was kind, attentive and fun to speak to over the phone. She followed up with me to show me what the arrangement looked like before delivering. If I could give more stars, I would. Bella Rosa - I couldn't have imagined better. What a delight!! Victoria is truly a master of her craft. - Florists Near Me - Valley Village, California

I'd like to start off my review by thanking Izabella over at Bella Rosa. She was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond with her customer service. Any other flower shop I've ever visited will no longer receive any business from me because nothing has compared to the level of professionalism, punctuality, and dedication I received from Izabella at Bella Rosa. The quality of the flowers and price point were very fair compared to other places. I will for surely be stopping by again for my next arrangement. Thanks again to the lovely staff for my pleasant experience. read more

I ordered flowers for a friend who had an operation and is home recovering yesterday. She woke up to Her husband holding the incredibly beautiful bouquet at her bedside. She was blown away by it and honestly when she sent me the picture of them, so was I. I sent a picture to my husband, we were both so happy to see such a gorgeous arrangement of flowers. You really went beyond my expectations of what I thought was going to be sent. Yesterday was our first time using "the flower girl" but definitely not the last. I love a local business that delivers quality. Thank you so much for making everyone's day. read more

The Flower Girl did my wedding flowers (Mark's Garden was awful and Victoria got my business.) Victoria did a wonderful job. The flowers were amazing! She was reasonable, offered great advice and when my cake baker went crazy and put purple polka dots on my wedding cake - she fixed it! THE FLORIST FIXED MY CAKE! Vicky at The Flower Girl shop was the perfect choice, attentive to what I wanted and delivered more then I expected. My sister loved the arrangement, it was exactly what she needed. awesome flowers & service you will not regret it!! Exactly what I was looking for She will love them!!

I'm someone who sends flowers for key occasions and have primarily used "Mark's Garden" for probably 20 years. I felt like mixing it up a bit and based on other Yelp reviews called "The Flower Girl" and spoke with Victoria who could not have been nicer. After explaining budget, pricing, delivery I let Victoria "do her thing" creatively and the reaction on her arrangement was exactly what I had wanted. In fact I even called Victoria later in the day to let her know how pleased the recipient was on the delivery and her reaction was so generous and pleasing I felt motivated to send positive vibes (and business!) her way via Yelp. Definitely a place I will call in the future for flower delivery and arrangements! Thanks Victoria! read more

I have been going to Victoria (The Flower Girl) for around 7 or 8 years now. I think it's time that I review her business. My wife teaches down the street from this flower shop. It's location is very convenient for my spur of the moment romantic impulse purchases. But this shop is anything but an impulsive-buy in it's quality. The flowers are always stellar; beautiful, lush, full, fragrant. Victoria is a true artist. I'll go into the shop, tell her my budget and the occasion, and she'll whip together something lovely every time! She knows my name, she remembers things I've told her about special occasions, and she always makes me feel like family. One time back before they had a delivery service, her husband used to make the deliveries. I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered to the hospital for my wife after one of my sons was born. Her husband showed up (on time) bruised and a bit disheveled. I asked him if he was alright...apparently he had been attacked in a parking lot just a short while before heading to us. AND HE STILL BROUGHT THE FLOWERS!!! What?!? If he had missed the delivery, that would have been an acceptable excuse!!! Right? You see, they put the customer FIRST! Wow! I'm their customer (and fan) for life. The ONLY downside to this business, is the parking lot. They are located on a fairly busy intersection (Whitsett and Riverside) and the parking lot is tiny and ALWAYS busy. Street parking is usually full. Just plan ahead and know that it might take you a few extra minutes to find a spot. read more

Regrettably, I did not post earlier. Excellent customer service! A nice place, too. Thankfully, they put together a gorgeous and impressive flower bouquet, a very last minute birthday gift...long story. Would recommend. read more

I came here on a recommendation of a friend for some floral needs for my wedding last Thanksgiving. I was having two ceremonies as well as two receptions and I just wanted some extra flowers to compliment what I had already purchased. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I just wanted some extra flowers and they were able to incorporate the theme color into their creations without problems. Best of all, they worked with my wedding budget which was great. They are very creative and you can see examples of this in their shop. They were working on adorable Winnie the Pooh theme center pieces when I walked in. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go to florist. You won't regret coming here! read more

I was referred to Vicky by my cousin, and to be honest, after seeing the wonderful 5th birthday party arrangement she had set up for my cousin's daughter, I definitely wanted to meet her. I met with Vicky for my husband's birthday/our first anniversary party. She stayed after hours for our consultation to accommodate my work schedule. I basically gave her the my price range and the number of centerpieces I needed, and got various color, theme and arrangement ideas. Right up until 2 days before the party, Vicky was calling me to tell me what new ideas she had to make my arrangements look fancier for the price I was paying. I'm very happy with Vicky and she has earned my continuous business! Thank you very much!!! read more

I can't say enough about The Flower Girl and the tremendous service I received. Here are just a few of the reasons I will be coming back: -I know nothing about flowers, but based on the few details I gave Victoria regarding what flowers my girlfriend prefers, she responded with "I have a vision of what it is you're looking for." That creative energy was very reassuring. -Everyone in the store was so kind to me, making me feel like my order mattered. I'm very grateful for the way the staff treated me. -The value. I set a price range, and Victoria went above and beyond to make an AMAZING custom arrangement that was within my budget. I'm convinced I got more value than advertised. I will never use another florist while I'm in California. read more

I called last week to schedule a flower consultation for my upcoming wedding next July. The girl I talked to told me to come in on Saturday at 11AM. They didn't ask for my number, just my name. I showed up today at 11 and the front door reads " we will be back at 11:20, sorry!" Really?! In this economy and being in the wedding business, not a wise move. Thanks, I don't need any sorrys on the day of my wedding. Bad first impression. read more
