I've been getting these gorgeous flowers for pretty much every occasion I have in my life. And it's always a hit! Quality is unbelievably great and you can always trust Margo's taste and intuition if you are not sure what to go for. She treats every order with a lot of attention and professionalism. Flowers are always fresh and stay this way for a long time after you purchase them.She has a great eye and talent when it comes to putting flowers together! Every flower box or bouquet I purchased from Margo was unique and never the same but always beautiful!

I want to start my review off with I was actually going to let this go UNTIL I received a text message from David who set up the picnic suggest this was my fault. This is my review of what I received for $510!!! The setting is we are in new port beach 5/26/24 7-9pm for a VERY special/important day for me and my girlfriend. This is very expensive for 2 hours and there ARE better options. we arrive to find that the set up was very close to the parking lot which also was surrounded by MANY beach goers. Rather than find a more secluded location he chose what was convenient for him which was closest to the parking lot to make it easy to unload/load. The area was also surrounded by sea weed which should have clued him in on the later problem. Next the remaining balance of $255 was hounded for me which took several minutes to facilitate because service was horrible. Rather than allow me to pay him as my gf and I sit together. He stands there 7-10 minutes until I could finally get the payment to go through (wasted time). Next, if you see the image multiple lights are out for the string light set up. Next, $510 you really providing first street water bottles from smart and final? Next, around 8pm the water has gotten too close to the set up as the tide is coming in and I'm forced to waste time trying to move their equipment to salvage the evening missing the sunset. 9pm comes and we leave. Next, This is the text I received AFTER literally walking past him a few minutes prior and attempting to speak to him and he apparently didn't recognize me and walked past. Never said how was your evening or ANYTHING. I was actually SHOCKED he wasn't standing over me at 9pm to start collecting. As I was loading up my car I could see him gathering the equipment but he text me acting like it's my fault and everything was in the ocean(See image). To conclude I'll just say this I DO NOT recommend them and if you are going to spend this kind of money just know you will be receiving the bare minimum in the way of effort.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Stunning Arrangements! I can't say enough good things about Margo's Flowers! I called on a Sunday--when most places are closed or unavailable--and Margo herself picked up the phone. Even though it was her day off, she was incredibly kind, listened attentively to what I was looking for, and happily agreed to design and create a beautiful custom flower arrangement just for my occasion. Margo and her team really went above and beyond! They created 45 centerpieces with only 2 weeks notice for our 500+ person event. It was a luau theme, and Margo knew exactly what we wanted. She created gorgeous arrangements inside actual pineapple vases. They were perfect and we received so many compliments. Margo and her team arrived early, set up all the pieces, and then stayed to help set up! We will absolutely be using Margo for all of our future events. read more
