I called Divine Fleurs flower shop about 10 minutes before they were closing on a Friday night because I needed 3 bouquets for Saturday morning and they stayed open for me and we went over 1 hour of their closing time to make these incredible bouquets for me... The owner did SUCH a great job on these, truly gorgeous. Her and her husband were so kind and just really felt the amazing customer service + quality of these flowers. If you're in the area, don't look anywhere else! This is the spot!!!

The Taylor Swift of Florists! Bold claim, hear me out. My boss has a birthday just before Halloween. She's a major Swiftie fan. I had heard of Ann and her outstanding shop from word of mouth. Why not call her up with an abstract idea, and see what she comes up with. I said "My boss like Taylor swift, what can you do with that?" and OH MY GOD! This pastille rainbow resembling "Speak Now" NAILED IT! I sware, I'll have a charismas bonus that's double just because of how she felt that day. Ann is thoughtful in her craft, takes every consideration into mind when creating something for your special day, and is very communicative before taking any liberties. Avert your eyes from disappointment and shop here. I say 10/10 would recommend

Right away she understood the type of arrangement I was looking for and the final product exceeded my expectation. Specifically, I loved how the arrangement is full, filled with fresh roses, and the cost was nearly two-thirds of what I used to pay at other "luxury" flower shops. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHADY AND GREEDY BUSINESS. The new ownership is terrible. Our family and friends had all been purchasing flowers from this business for years, and this year alone I personally made multiple purchases from this place under the current ownership. Then yesterday, I decided to use a $150 gift card to this place that I had purchased (it was part of a school fundraiser). They refused to honor it because they weren't the ones who issued it. I sent them the California law that protects innocent consumers like me (California Civil Code Section 1749.6 in case anyone is interested), and even asked if they would try to find a middle ground and give a discount on flowers, even though I'd be losing money. They still refused. They would rather lose loyal customers over their greed. It's mind boggling, and you best believe that our family and friends will be taking our business to other local florists. read more

Wow, just above and beyond! My cousin's family dog of many years passed away and I was so desperate to send some flowers as soon as possible to ease their pain. I called and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful and sincere. We were able to get a beautiful arrangement sent to my family and eased their pain a little bit today. Huge thank you to this company especially working with me all the way in Tucson Arizona. What a cute flower shop!! When you walk it pink, red, and golden flowers surround you all around the shop with large white sofas sit in. Ann in the shop is just wonderful. She's always so willing to have a conversation, talk shop, and is always so hilariously funny. The flowers themselves are something truly beautiful and I could not get over the beautiful hatbox flower creation this shop seems to be known for. It's a little bit on the costly side so for most people this place is probably just best for special occasions. I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

I was so glad that I connected with Ann and exceptionally happy with the brilliant arrangements for my beloved friend's memorial. Talk about customer service!! This place is allll about customer service of course besides their amazing flower arrangements. My husband bought me Blue Orchids however some of them weren't fresh. I called spoke to Elizabeth who was super kind & friendly. She reached out to Ann and guess what??!! Ann said she will make another orchid arrangement and deliver it to my house. Wowww! This is what customer service is about which unfortunately we don't see or get nowadays. Definitely will do business with them in the future. Thank you guys. read more

My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I googled "Flowers in Glendale" trying to find a quality florist who would deliver a beautiful/very special birthday bouquet within a few hours of my call. I scrolled through a few but none caught my attention. So I clicked on the "10 best florists in Glendale area" and after reviewing a few there, I settled on "Divine Fleurs" as they had excellent reviews and I like the name too. I spoke with a lovely woman named Ailin and explained that I needed something very special for a dear friend who's birthday it was and that I needed a delivery the same day. She was so kind and helpful and I felt that I had made the right decision and that it would be special. Well, special was an understatement! The arrangement was spectacular. My friend said that it was the most beautiful arrangement she had seen in her life. Ailin texted me a photo of it and then my friend also sent some photos from every angle. Just stunning! And reasonably priced too. But also very important was the fact that Ailin was warm and kind. I felt like I was taken care of and that I can expect the same kindness and amazing service next time. Elizabeth is an asset to this company, she was amazing with her service! I called from London to order a bouquet she was really helpful on whatsapp.. sent me a variety of options to choose from.
