Today was special occasion with my wife, so as usual I called and placed an order through the phone, funds was charged from my card I left all contact information(phone and email) and was told to come at at 2 pm. I came at 3 to pick up my order. Girl at reception said that we cancelled your order because of something. I asked why you guys never reached me since there was a problem, of course she don't know why and shy was not the one who received the order, she called somewhere and someone from somewhere said that they called me, texted and emailed. In the past, i have ordered flowers from other companies and would end up needing to call customer service after the delivery and request an entire new bouquet because the delivery looked nothing like the order picture on the website, it became extremely disheartening every-time i wanted to send flowers to a loved one on a special occasion because in the back on my mind I would be worried if their flowers would be delivered as shown on the website or completely mediocre and sad looking. I understand ordering flowers is not something to worry about, however if I am spending over $100 for a flower arrangement and it comes out looking like I bought them from a grocery store for $25, it's a no for me! Beautiful flowers but they honestly do not last long, you would think for the price they would at least last 72hrs. I had previously posted a review and they called me to remove it in exchange for another flower arrangement that they would give me for free. I spoke to the owner personally and she said if I could please remove all reviews since I had also posted on Facebook.Which I agreed to so I went and picked up the free flower arrangement and these also didnt last hence why I'm posting my review. I've had flowers from trader Joe's that last longer than these. Flowers are simple maintenance so it doesnt make sense how such expensive flowers wont last. The arrangements are beautiful but sadly the quality of the flowers is not a good one. read more
