I had a wonderful customer experience with this flower shop last week. I received a beautiful floral arrangement from my mother via Princess Flowers through 1-800-Flowers. Sadly, 3 days after delivery all of the roses were wilting and hanging over and by day 4 they had all died, I called and spoke to the florist and she was so lovely and kind and offered to replace the roses immediately. Not only did she replace the roses, she went above and beyond with the replacement flowers and it exceeded any expectations I had when I called. The customer service was top notice. This is one shady flower store. I ordered birthday flowers via 1800 Flowers for my mother and what was advertised on the site vs what was delivered didn't event look similar. What ultimately was delivered was much smaller than the picture despite my ordering the largest size. I complained to 1800 Flowers and they reordered the same flowers as a replacement. Unfortunately the delivery date of the replacement was past the birthday date. But what's more infuriating was that I got a notification that the replacement flowers were delivered but in fact they weren't delivered at all. However the email was saying that my mom signed for the flowers when in fact the flowers were never delivered. She even has a ring camera and recording that proves no delivery took place at the time stated. Highly unethical business. Do not use them! read more

Rita (the new owner) is amazing! The last owner had bad reviews but Rita and her team know what they are doing. Every time I walk into their shop, they are working on something. Most of the time its a wedding. I have seen some amazing designs! I need to post some of the photos of work she has done for us.
