The florist who helped me was the most compassionate, helpful, initiative-taking, and talented florist I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I needed to put in a special order for a patient in a COVID ward nearby and the hospital had many restrictions on what could be brought in, and it was extremely difficult coordinating with the hospital to arrange the delivery. Bardwell's was so helpful with explaining gift ideas, calling the hospital (daily!) to help coordinate delivery, and keeping me updated. Their hand made stuffed animals are unique and adorable and their flower arrangement was stunning. They really went above and beyond. So thankful for them! read more

I received a beautiful arrangement thru mail-order from them. They attempted to drop it off at my apartment but I wasn't near home, so they kept it safe and alive at the store for me to come by and pick up. They were extremely flexible with time- stayed open a little late for me, and gave me a beautiful long-stemmed res rose as a little apology for not being able to drop off at home and having me come to the store. I love this place, on 05/31/18 they did the nicest thing for me. I have a cousin who is temporarily staying in the area that this florist is located in and i was trying to find a florist that would do a same day delivery for me. I contacted them at 12ish to see if they can do a same day delivery and they said yes! I told them to just make it a colorful arrangement and look cute.
