I walked into the shop and you would think it's a flower shop so it would colorful. It was completely the opposite. The flower shop was like a scene from the tv show Wednesday gloomy and dark. Ok so I went ahead and gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked the worker that im shopping for some red roses and sunflowers for my wife. The worker said I don't have any (what kind of flower does not have any red roses) smh. I this point I'm over it and I told her thank you for your time and walked out. I understand there is increased demand at this time which can justify increased prices, however it is on the company to display accurate pricing information online and in store. Its not like i was exploiting an obvious computer glitch where the flowets were 10 cents, $300 came across as a fair and premium price for flowers. It seems Ecoroses cancelled my order in bad faith and is bait and switching. On the phone she mentioned the system automatically cancelled numerous other peoples orders for the same thing. Its only 3 days until valentines day so now i need to rush and find a new vendor that isnt fully booked which will likely not be possible. Very dissatisfied with the business practices of Ecoroses and will not be returning as a customer ever

Today I remembered that they've asked me to tell them the business I am with before making my choices and I did just that. After my purchase, I compared the costs to past reciepts and sure enough, they were not discounted. I checked the cost sheet they have posted in the floral room and it confirmed that I have been charged the same as any walk in client. When I KINDLY confronted the owner about it, he got defensive and told me he will be closing my account and will not be honoring a discount. What a joke of a human being and business man. Any business that makes sleasy moves like this should not be supported. For those of you still giving them business, BE SMART and don't get taken advantage of. For those of you who choose not to support a business that does this, you can purchase from So Cal Wholesale Flowers. They are nice, helpful and will even replace your choice if florals that are not in perfect condition with a new bunch without asking you for the one you picked back.
