Dan the Flower Man, for this is what he must be called, will forever be my ultimate floral recommendation! This man is by far the sweetest, most caring, most incredibly personable florist I have ever met. Dan did the floral arrangement for my wedding this last weekend and I had to stop looking at the arrangments when I saw them because they were SO BEAUTIFUL that I would cry! Seriously Dan, how was I ever going to walk down that aisle and NOT look like I was Alice Cooper?? From the simple pedals down the aisle, to the epically gorgeoous hanging arrangements on the pergola, Dan and his team worked their mastery every step of the way! Dan even recommended to us the DELECTABLE Jaqki's Cake Creations and both she and Dan made our wedding cake utterly phenomanl with combining the florals on our cake as well! I was beside myself with how beautiful and perfect it all was! I was consistently moved to tears by Dan's choices, arrangements, and beautiful heart. My mother passed many years ago and Dan worked to not only put my mother's favorite flowers in the mix, but also worked with my sister to add a little special touch with a chain that my mom left us. Oh great, and now I'm crying again. What on EARTH DAN!?! This is YOUR REVIEW! Anyway, Dan is the best choice, his arrangements are incredible, 15/10, will totally make you cry (Happy Tears!) read more

His flowers are breathtaking -- tight and fresh -- arranged in a stunning green & white ceramic bowl. Six different kinds of flowers -- Six! He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. So happy that my family from back east found him and used him for this Mother's Day. He is caring and kind, and his heart and work ethic show in his work and business approach. Dan has done the floral arrangements for several special family occasions, including a bar mitzvah. He was the only florist we called when it came time for my husband and me to host a Rehearsal Dinner the night before our son's wedding. I was not too well-organized and contacted Dan with very little advance notice (I'm so sorry, Dan!), but he was patient, attentive and incredibly responsive. I had only a few suggestions for colors and types of flowers, and left it to Dan & his amazing creativity to do the rest. We would happily recommend Flowers by Dan for any occasion, and we look forward to more opportunities to use him in the future. FYI -- these beautiful flowers lasted a full week after our Rehearsal Dinner, and were a gorgeous sight for all who came to visit us during that time. I am pressing some of them so I can keep them as a memento. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I was the recipient of a beautiful bouquet of flowers by Dan yesterday. Not only was the arrangement exquisite but while I wasn't home, he called me because it was a hot day in July. I was driving home and told him I would be less then an hour and we agreed that where he left them was a perfect place. He was so kind to offer to bring them back at a better time or if I'd like to pick them up as well. What incredible customer Service! I got home and the arrangement was perfect. A few ice cubes in the water and I'm so happy! I reached out to thank him for being so kind and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dan for sending local arrangements. Dan is the absolute best! He did our wedding in September 2021 and went above and beyond our expectations. We just had our wedding reception on June 29 at Calamigos Equestrian where Dan does much of his wedding floral arrangements. When I walked into the room to set up some things, Dan had already set everything up and the room was even more beautiful than I could have imagined; all because of Flowers by Dan. He created exactly what I envisioned; I picked him over other florists because, during our meeting, we could feel the sheer passion he has for floral arrangements and weddings and we are so glad we made that choice! Beautiful, Dan. Thank you so much. read more

Dan was amazing! My daughter, Brooke has pictures below to show everyone how special he made her wedding last weekend. Starting with the wedding arch he made and then repurposed for the Sweetheart Table and buffet area, to the gorgeous centerpieces he designed as well as the beautiful dessert table...and every place in-between. Affordable, kind, wonderful service. We met with Dan at his office twice before our wedding day. He showed us tons of other arrangements and designs he's done, including other events at the same venue. The flowers turned out to be exactly we wanted and envisioned. Perfect. We truly could not have asked for a better florist for a wedding. Dan was so nice and helpful, he had a lot of options, and was able to meet our budget with an arrangement that was absolutely stunning. The level of customer service we received when he did the flowers for our wedding was unparalleled to anything I could have imagined. Dan showed up early to set up the arch, provided our boutonnieres, and even included petals for the flower girls. After the ceremony, he moved the arrangement inside to our sweetheart table because we couldn't afford to have flowers in both places. Would absolutely recommend him to anybody with floral needs, even if you have a tight budget. Dan will work with you! read more

My partner and I just threw a 90th Birthday party for my mother. Usually, there's a fair amount of stress involved in arranging an event, but Dan and Debi made everything as easy possible. We live in another state, so we weren't able to simply drop by to discuss. Instead, I described to Dan the general idea of what we were looking for and an approximate budget. Within minutes, he emailed me some sample photos of a few arrangements that he and Debi had made for other clients. The first image was exactly what we were looking for and on top of that, it was under budget! A couple of hours before the event, I went to check on the banquet layout and met Dan and Debi who were setting up the flowers at each table. Forget, for the moment, that the flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and exactly the type of thing my mother loves, Dan and Debi couldn't have been any nicer. They are warm and caring people who are not only genuinely concerned with the success of the event, but they also wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. They helped make my mother's special day colorful and memorable. If you are looking for a team to elevate a special event, look no further than Flowers By Dan. Thanks again Dan & Debi. Dan was a 10/10 experience for me, even calling from out of town!! I'm a big fan of the 90's cartoon Hey Arnold and one of their head writers passed away recently. The memorial was going to be held in Burbank and I wanted to send something along so I looked up flower shops nearby. I called Dan first because of his great ratings here. I told him I'd like to send something to a memorial and he immediately started describing white and yellow flowers in a 6 inch vase.. I was nervous when he got into it so quickly, worried he was going to try to take me for a ride like some flower shops can, but then he said he could do it for $55 + $15 delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. We upped it to $60 so he could really fill the arrangement out. He let me take my time and email him what the card should say, and I asked if he would have a chance to send me a photo so I could see what I sent. The arrangement was beautiful!! Exactly as he described! And he even let me know that some of the memorial guests were there to receive the flowers and placed them by the door to the service. A+ service and an A+ product for a reasonable price! Can't get any better than that! This is now my go-to flower shop in the LA area. Thanks, Dan! read more
