I highly recommend this florist and will certainly use them again. 100% We were in need of something special for a memorial service in NoHo and I found this florist on Yelp. I compared it to another florist but their website gave me the impression they had experience. The owner, Yung was so helpful. I provided a picture of what I thought I needed to place the Urn within it and she went above and beyond my expectations. The white flower arrangement was exactly what I thought I envisioned. She also took a personal interest and really created something beautiful. Yung also gave me suggestions on where to bury the ashes in a permitted garden. Thank you Yung!!! read more

Horrible horrible service. I paid for a bouquet that was supposed to be with blue irises. When I got there to pick it up. They did not have anything ready! They did not refund me or gave some money back! Don't go there. Stay away!! I would have put 0 stars off I could! read more

I wanted to send a relative a birthday arrangement. Luckily this florist was open on a Sunday. I called at 1130am to have flowers ready by 2 pm for me to pick up. The lady florist was very nice and gave me a quote based on the flowers (white lilies and roses). I wanted it to be a fuller nice arrangement and gave her my budget of $100. It was easy and she delivered it to my car. Orders are via phone or online and either brought out to your car or delivery. I was very happy with the arrangement and loved the use of the orchids. It smelled wonderful. Thank you ! read more

Very very pleased with my purchase! I have never ordered flowers for a funeral and turned to yelp for some help! Found this florist in the area of the memorial and decided to compare prices and designs. Loved what I saw on their website and gave them a call. Yung Lee/Elizabeth was superrr helpful on the phone. She was able to do exactly what I asked with the desired colors I had asked for. She also stayed in contact with me and sent me pictures of the arrangement when it was complete. Overall, very pleased with the service and arrangement! Thanks again! read more

They truly came to the rescue for my family and I when we had to find a florist to do flower arrangements for my grandmothers funeral in one day. She was so understanding and helpful! They worked within my budget to design everything to our liking. They even delivered it for us so we didn't have to worry about it the day of. I have used them in the past when they did my engagement party which was just as perfect but this time with such a short turn around time they truly impressed me! read more

We have been going through them since 1995. Each time we sent an order they completely blew us away. They provided us the most beautiful arrangements we've ever seen. Elizabeth knew exactly what we looking for and she took it from there and she added little touches that add that showed her personal care for our order. At the funeral mass and at graveside, everyone I spoke with said it was the best. Forget about the other florists, Sun Valley Florist is the best!!! read more

I am very unhappy with this flower shop, I sent someone in to buy me a dozen yellow roses with wrapping because I was busy at work. Mind you I was recommended to this place because they have "good prices" but I get home and these dozen small yellow roses were $70, I called the shop and asked if I could go in and either get a refund or if they can make it right and maybe make the arrangement a little better and I was told there was nothing they can do even though he flowers were just bought 30 minutes ago. Absolutely horrible customer service and the price value for quality of service in this case, an arrangement of flowers is absolutely NOT worth what they are asking for. I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I highly recommend Sun Valley Florist. I asked them to make a custom arrangement for my daughters birthday event with my favorite flowers but had no idea what I wanted it to look like or what colors. They worked with me and got pictures of the room, table measurement, color scheme, decor, and her dress.... And came up with a show stopping moveable arrangement (part of why I didn't know what I wanted). Thank you so much Sun Valley Florist!!! You are amazing and I will be using you again and again! read more

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for prom and I asked for a light or baby blue ribbon with a white flower to match my suit but they ended up giving me a dark blue ribbon which didn't match the color on my suit and I even showed them a photo to color match as close as possible but it was really off. read more

Every time my family or I need flowers we always come to this shop. The owner of the shop is a very sweet and kind older women. I unfortunately can't celebrate Christmas because of COVID and she was able to deliver my roses. My boyfriend only asked her for a dozen roses but she added more to the arrangement to make it more Christmasy. I truly appreciate this small business and I will continue to support them. Amazing! I saw the arrangements on their website and called them. Then I asked if there was any way we could do a video call to see what they actually had instead. She agreed! We did a Facetime, I saw the flowers and I picked the one I loved! Easy transaction, then I texted her all the info she needed for the delivery and my friend whom the flowers were for was soo HAPPY! Will definitely shop here again and recommend!! Thank you. read more

Worst service ever! My husband send me flowers and the lady drop them off in a different house. She calls and told me that she delivered some flowers and to look for them. Horrible flowers. The guy tells me he's giving me a good deal so I agree but when I get home the stems are black and the roses are wilting, not even an hour later. Roses should smell like roses, well these didn't. Should have gone to Costco. Never going there again. read more

I bought flowers for my mom for mother's day this year and my mom LOVED the flowers! I found that the flowers were economical for how beautiful they were. The arrangement and color coordination was on point with what I requested (I requested a rough pink, purple and red scheme and they did a great job of working that together). They also delivered when they said they would, which I appreciated. They were more accessible via phone than via email, but that worked well for me. Thanks so much, Sun Valley Florist! read more

The best florist shop ever. I have been going there for years and they have always been the best. The times I have been there, sad to say, have been at times of great losses, when I had to purchase floral arrangements for the funerals of family members and friends. I have never been disappointed, their floral arrangements are beautiful and very detailed and the prices can't be beat. They have had and will continue to have my business as long as they and I remain in the neighborhood. read more
