I wanted to send a relative a birthday arrangement. Luckily this florist was open on a Sunday. I called at 1130am to have flowers ready by 2 pm for me to pick up. The lady florist was very nice and gave me a quote based on the flowers (white lilies and roses). I wanted it to be a fuller nice arrangement and gave her my budget of $100. It was easy and she delivered it to my car. Orders are via phone or online and either brought out to your car or delivery. I was very happy with the arrangement and loved the use of the orchids. I am very unhappy with this flower shop, I sent someone in to buy me a dozen yellow roses with wrapping because I was busy at work. Mind you I was recommended to this place because they have "good prices" but I get home and these dozen small yellow roses were $70, I called the shop and asked if I could go in and either get a refund or if they can make it right and maybe make the arrangement a little better and I was told there was nothing they can do even though he flowers were just bought 30 minutes ago. Absolutely horrible customer service and the price value for quality of service in this case, an arrangement of flowers is absolutely NOT worth what they are asking for.
