I had to call multiple times and send emails before anyone finally answered, a full day after the delivery was supposed to happen. When someone finally picked up, I was first told there had been a family emergency. Later, when I called from a different number, I was told the driver supposedly dropped off the flowers -- yet there was no photo, no delivery confirmation, and no apology. If you want peace of mind that your order will actually be delivered -- or even basic communication -- I would not recommend this business.
