I'm not sure what they are or if they're a strange looking spore. Either way so gross to look at. First was a sympathy bouquet and the ones I received yesterday for my birthday. I called and the woman I spoke to wasn't helpful and didn't understand me saying that the leaves darken when pressed on.... I told her I'd email her later photos and haven't heard back. Please see the photos for yourself. Also the flowers both times arrived wilted and old and aren't even cut or arranged in a thoughtful way. I feel terrible my friends spent a lot of money trusting that they're buying a beautiful, healthy and quality bouquet as pictured online. This floral shop sending arrangements like these are bordering on scamming folks. Rather than bringing joy and comfort they're disgusting to look at and I've had to toss them.

I found Honey Bee Flowers and came by metro and bus. Mary made two huge beautiful baskets for me with a discount. When she found out I didn't have a car, she told me I couldn't carry two big baskets to Forest Lawn in the heat and offered to drive me there herself. She drove me there, came inside with me, even help took photos of me, and then offered to take me back to the metro. I tried so many times to give her money as a thank-you, but she refused. She was truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. That was the best memory I have from America! Thank you so much, Mary! I'm just sad you weren't there this year.

Unfortunately, yesterday was completely different. My husband bought me 50 flowers for my birthday, and the bouquet cost $500. For $500, I expected a beautiful, fresh, high-quality bouquet. Instead, many of the flowers were already falling apart. Just looking at the buds, it is very clear that either the flowers were not fresh or they were prepared very poorly by the florists. Several flowers were also broken. Before the store tries to blame transportation, I want to make it clear that my husband was extremely careful with the bouquet. The broken flowers were actually inside the bouquet, not on the outside. And if you look at the photos, you can see how thick the stems are. These are not flowers that simply break from being carried carefully. This is simply unacceptable for a $500 bouquet. When you pay this much money for flowers, you expect quality, attention to detail, and professional service. We received none of that. A birthday bouquet should make someone happy, not leave them disappointed and wondering why they paid $500 for something that looks like this. After buying from this store multiple times, this experience completely changed our opinion. We are extremely disappointed and will never buy flowers from this company again.
