Had a HORRIBLE experience with JLF. We ordered flowers for my friends upcoming proposal and they messed up the delivery date and ruined my best friends proposal. My friend cried the entire day and the surprise got completely ruined. We tried to get in touch with someone and it took a couple of days and they didn't want to admit fault to messing up this bad so they are not sending her new flowers for the major inconvenience they caused. I placed an order for the Daydream arrangement and received a text from J'Adore Les Fleurs the next day with a picture of the finished product. They advised me that they had run out of the dahlia flower that's normally included and had replaced it with a different flower instead. I expressed that while the arrangement was beautiful it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Staff were so responsive and quickly offered to replace the missing dahlias with premium orchids instead - I was so grateful! They sent me a final picture of the arrangement and I was overjoyed. First off, I'd like to acknowledge that they even reached out to me before delivering the flowers to make sure I was satisfied. Secondly, they kindly advised me that they have a disclaimer that states that flowers may vary from time to time based on availability but regardless, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Today they called and provided exceptional customer service. They upgraded my arrangement, refunded my husbands money, sent a second arrangement of their everlasting roses as well as included a personalized apology note from the owners. 1 Star for service between 2/14-2/16 when they failed to deliver twice after confirming and no follow up 5 stars for customer service on 2/17 10 stars for the flower arrangements I received today. The flowers are stunning. The arrangement my husband originally ordered includes over 100 roses and they are all so fresh! Also love the everlasting roses. I'm so disgusted not only by what I received but also their customer service. I called a day before the delivery to ask for an eta on time and she said, "I don't know, call back tomorrow." So I do just that and called at 10 AM and I'm told, "Sorry, we don't know because we're so behind." And then I ask if any flowers had been sent for delivery and she said no. I get these flowers around 2:30 pm today and this is the laziest work I've ever seen. I'm currently visiting another florist to make up for these nasty blue flowers that are leaking on to the white.
