We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday last September and everyone loved this hidden gem. Everything is clean and up and running. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to time, we have the monthly membership and it's a total deal $39 a month for 3 months minimum (M-F 1hr) and we usually get 15 mins extra in each visit. Today we came in and noticed this gentleman,Suro, cleaning and making sure all the equipment is up and running, I've seen him multiple times, checking for safety and maintenance. I feel really comfortable leaving my kids in this playground. I am a fan of this place! Tip: You can bring your own grip socks or pay $5 for a pair. There is plenty of FREE parking.

While there, I observed a couple near the bungalows kissing and groping each other in a children's play area while their kids played nearby. What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.

They have two sections and Jumanji is on the bottom floor. They have more upstairs. Check-in process was fairly simple. Just like all the other escape rooms, you will need to complete a waiver. If you havent fully paid for the room, they will collect the balance there. The price is a little high for a one hour experience and tip is optional at the end via cash or a cashapp payment. For 8 people, on a Saturday, it was over $400. I read somewhere in the comments/questions section, there is a yelp check-in discount. I didnt see any on the website, so maybe check with them? Also, there is a code for $15 off your room in the photos section something. I didnt take a photo of it, but I do recall seeing a similar image at the check-in desk. Ive done about 12 escape rooms so far and this experience may have been the best teamwork me and my friends have participated in. We enjoyed ourselves and had a fun time with the theme! We were able to finish will 11 minutes left and had 0 hints! We appreciated the GMs comments when a puzzle was completed so we could move on to another puzzle or area!

If I could give half a star, I would! I was super excited to do a Jumanji-themed escape room…read morebecause I loved watching the movie and playing the board game. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Several pieces of equipment were faulty, and our game master, Sam, was the worst I've ever had. I've done over 20 escape rooms, including ones in California, Oregon, Washington, Guam, Japan, and Korea. He was incredibly sassy and honestly made us feel dumb. He was not encouraging, and his overall attitude was off-putting. His hints were also unhelpful--they were vague, overly general, and did not guide us in the right direction. My team and I were extremely disappointed with his attitude. In addition, there was no timer. This was the first escape room I've ever done that didn't have one. It made it difficult to pace ourselves and determine whether we actually needed hints. Our game master made no exceptions by offering extra time or additional hints, even though there were technical difficulties. He simply told us to move on to another puzzle, but we couldn't because we needed to complete the malfunctioning puzzle to receive an item required for the next one. I highly encourage management to ensure that all game masters are enthusiastic, professional, and willing to help guests in a positive and encouraging manner. In addition, some of the equipment needs to be inspected and repaired, as several pieces were faulty during our experience. Overall, I would never come back. I highly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere! Do better!

If you are prone to motion sickness, the last part of this VR experience will make you sick. I became nauseous and dizzy from the rocking motion of the boat in several scenes, and a scene where it appeared I was descending down into the ship through layers of deck via a huge hole. I also think my headset was on a bit too tight, had a headache afterwards. Other than that, I enjoyed it very much. Take motion sickness meds before you go and do not let them tighten the headset too tight for you, the strap across the top of my head was too tight.

These immersive exhibits keep getting better, and this one felt so real it was almost surreal. You get to experience the Titanic from every angle -- from being underwater looking at the shipwreck to walking inside the ship itself. Walking down the Grand Staircase, seeing the dining area, and standing in the wheelhouse truly made it feel like you were there. At one point we watched each other climb a ladder -- even though we were standing in a big open room. The illusion and technology are amazing. It's educational, emotional, and fascinating all at once. We loved it so much that we've already told several people about it and are even thinking about going back again with our group of yachting friends. We're docked near each other in Channel Islands and call ourselves the Pirate Crew, so anything involving ships and the ocean is right up our alley. Definitely take advantage of immersive experiences like this when they come around -- totally worth it. Booking through Fever makes it easy so you don't miss out.
