It's not bad, but don't expect anything spectacular in this small package. iPlay gets props for its cleanliness and ample parking. I've taken a special needs young adult client there twice now. At $20 for a minimum card load, the value is... eh considering the selection of games. I've been only on Wednesdays, so we're literally the only customers there. I'm really not interested in going on the weekends because I wouldn't care for crowds of youngsters in a tiny place like that. Basically, it seems to me that the purpose of iPlay is to elevate dominoes pizza next door into a Chuck E. Cheese. The female attendant there kind of hawk eyed my client and I, and it felt a bit uncomfortable. With the dinky selection of games in the limited space, iPlay as a hole is a bit underwhelming. But for all your parents doing birthday parties or just wanting to kill some time, it serves its purpose. read more

So. We get there and there's one staff person who helped us get our play card. She felt the need to walk us through something you typically see at Dave and Buster's but it was fine. But then, she continued to watch us like a hawk, as if we were going to walk out the door with a video game, as me and my son played the underwhelming games they offered. She would not let us out her site, in a super creepy way. Im not sure what staff is trained to do, but it's clear that keeping an eye on a mom and a middle school child is in the HR playbook. I love this place, i would come here when my nephew would have his birthday and it was very clean, but when I had my own son and threw him a party here that's when I truly fell in love with this place. Not only is it clean, but it's very inviting. The arcade itself is fun for all ages, the party area is the perfect size especially for small children since it's easy to keep an eye on them, and the Staff!!!! I can go on and on about what an amazing team runs this place, I spoke with the manager and she was just so pleasant and was even there on the day of our even she made everything such a smooth process for my family and me. This place is definitely not worth it. Most of the games were unenjoyable and some didn't even work. The prizes offered are cheap and undesirable. The lady working there followed me and my gf the WHOLE TIME and made us super uncomfortable. Sometimes she was only a few feet away from us while we played the games. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just based off of the weird environment that the worker created. read more

We came here with our toddler to escape the heat wave and it was such a great find. IPlay is the cutest arcade that is great for kids (and adults) of all ages. There are plenty of machines specifically designed for little kids, (e.g. mini air hockey table, basketball hoop, racing game, etc.) which is rare to see at an arcade. It's clean inside and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also reasonably priced as you can get unlimited play for 1 hour for $30. Overall - I highly recommend IPlay. read more

Also, there was one worker who followed my 24 year-old nephew and nine-year-old grandson everywhere the entire hour they were there. I'm reading another reviews and this seems to be a common theme. This is probably something you should address because they're being treated as if they're going to do something wrong. We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday at iPlay Arcades last night, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! I booked everything just one week in advance, and from the very beginning, Tigran made the entire process feel easy and stress free. As a parent, you usually spend the whole party worrying about details, but not here! All I had to do was walk in with the cake. The team handled everything from A to Z. Tigran and Arno were incredibly attentive and genuinely so kind, which allowed me to actually enjoy the night and spend quality time with my daughter and our guests. The unlimited play cards were honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience. Not having to worry about refilling cards or parents having to pay for additional games made everything so seamless. The kids could just play freely and hop from game to game. We had guest kids ranging from 4 to 16 years old, plus a room full of adults, and EVERYONE had an absolute blast. The catering option offered was also delicious and beautifully set up, which made hosting even easier. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS TAKEN CARE OF. Most importantly, my daughter felt so special and had the biggest smile on her face the entire time. That alone made it worth it. Not only will we host another party here, but we will definitely be regulars since they offer open play on days when there are no events. So we'll definitely be seeing you again very soon and often! The entire event was private, so we had the whole place to ourselves--no crowds, just our guests having a blast. The kids had a blast with the wide variety of games, from claw machines and basketball hoops to racing games. They also set up a cool photo booth with a custom backdrop for our event, which the kids loved and had a great time using! Saved us a parking spot, helped us unload everything, assisted us in preparing the food, being attentive to every guest. I would say this place is pretty decent. It's small so it's perfect for little ones I would have given it a five if it had more options but you do get an hours worth of play for $28 per person. They do offer free coffee and you get 10 tokens if you pay for the one hour play. We were able to use the one hour and it's good for a night where you want to do something, that's easy-going and not busy like Dave & Buster's. read more

I rented this place for a private event on a Friday for my birthday and it's been the GREATEST experience. The owner, Tigran, was super helpful in preparing and organizing the entire place to make it fun for my friends. This was an adult party with a size of 20 people. He was so accommodating with my requests and was helpful on setting every additional thing I brought to make the place feel more comfortable for my birthday. The package I had paid for came with pizzas, utensils, sodas/waters/coffee, and a helper who was amazing as well! Overall, the staff were vigilant and super helpful in laying out the entire space as well as helping us take pictures, clean up, and attend to all my guests to make sure they're comfortable as well. It definitely made hosting sooooo much easier for me and I was also able to enjoy the games,food, and festivities. Definitely 100000000/10 would recommend.
