    Color Images Copy & Print

A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. The initial…read morecontact was promptly replied to and they made it easy to send them what we needed to print in short order. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would without hesitation…read more Our company was referred to the Good Touch by a mutual contact who had a positive experience with them in the past. We were tasked with implementing the growth and marketing strategy for one of our larger enterprise clients (their branding, CRM, ERP, marketing, web site, which all tied in to a complex inbound lead generation program, along with an email campaign program) - it was a big project, and we planned to use multiple vendors: engineers, software developers, and graphic designers to stand up these complex systems. We interviewed several software development and branding firms, and were nearing decisions on who to partner with, but no one really stood out. By the time we got to the Good Touch to interview for the graphic design piece, we were completely blown away in the discovery process. The owner (Guy Cusson) was very professional and curious. He asked us what we were trying to accomplish from a high level, we briefly told him what he needed, and in response he gave us comprehensive and valuable insights beyond what we had expected. He told us his team had experience and positive references in all areas of engineering, marketing and branding that we required. Of course, all of the firms we were interviewing told us that in hopes to get as much business and upsell wherever they could.. but Guy's approach was completely different. They told us where we could save money, instead of spending it, they gave us honest feedback and managed our expectations on cost and results. They were experienced in all areas of our needs which allowed them to tie everything together in one cohesive strategy. They were experts on color palettes (something we didn't even know we needed with branding), and experts all the way over to the engineering side of the web site and CRM systems, and everything in between. Above all else, we were very impressed in their ability to tie everything together in one cohesive branding and marketing strategy. Honestly if we had gone somewhere else this would have been several projects - but with tying in the branding, and web site, along with the marketing and sales campaigns, to this one experienced vendor - it saved us heaps of money, and headache. During the project, The Good Touch was very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. They were very attentive in making sure we were satisfied with each piece of the project, and while doing so they helped manage our expectations and tweak the each stage of the project to ensure each phase tied into the next seamlessly, while focusing on the end result and success of our client. They made recommendations beyond what we had expected, which provided us with additional insights and ideas to provide our client. When it came to the sales campaign, we decided to partner with the Good Touch here and they enabled us to exceed our performance criteria with our own client. Now our clients keep recommending us buinsess, thanks to the Good Touch augmenting our team and services. We received the best engineering, systems, marketing, branding, and web development services... our needs were complex, and our results were comprehensive. It was great to work with a boutique firm that can shoot us straight and really give us the professional touch we needed. We found not a web developer, not an engineer, but a trusted partner. We will definitely work with them again. Thanks Guy and team! We can't thank you enough!

He did such a good job I then hired him to design a personal logo for my birthday party. We turned the logo into a huge decal for the dance floor as well as printing it on cocktail napkins. I got SO many complements! It was an absolute party hit! I will definitely be hiring him again for my anniversary party coming up!!!

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.
