There was a discussion between a natural smile (our pick) versus one with a clearer eyes (but a slight frown - their pick). They convinced us to choose the latter/their pick promising us to fix the frown via photoshop. When we picked up the photos, the picture didn't even look like our child. Then we asked for the original version since they butchered it and they asked for $30 extra for the files. So you're not going to have a discussion then you're going to do something against the customers wishes and then have them pay extra on top of that? There are so many photo studios in Ktown. I wanted pictures, they gave us stress. We now need to start this process all over again.

The studio is also dog friendly, so we were able to bring our two pups for the photos, which was a huge plus. We booked the 25-minute session with two featured photos. Within 24 hours, we got all of our shots and were able to pick a few favorites for edits and prints. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the photos was excellent. I decided to find a proper photography studio that specialized in passports. There was no one else in the studio that day, and I just walked in. The photographer had me sit against the white backdrop and posed me. I asked whether I had to move my hair behind my shoulders or out of my face for a passport photo, and he laughed and said he didn't know. After he took 4 pictures, we sat down at the computer to look at them. I hated all of them. The colors were flat and unflattering, and my lips were slightly parted so he colored my teeth in as opposed to retaking the shot. When he asked which photo I liked, I told him "none of them, really" and suggested taking another. He laughed and said no. I paid $30 for awful photos, and they didn't seem to know anything about passport photo regulations. Really disappointed that I came here. If I were a passport photographer and I didn't have any other clients waiting, I would take as many photos I had to until the client was happy! It's a digital camera and the rest can just be deleted! I ended up going to a mailbox store and paying $17 for a much better photo. Maybe this studio is good for family photos or other sessions, but not passports.

We first came here for my baby's 100-day photoshoot (full set), and we were extremely pleased with the results. The photos were beautifully done, timeless, and very high quality, which is why we didn't hesitate to come back again. We recently returned for my daughter's 2-year-old photoshoot, and this session was particularly challenging because she's currently in a strong stranger-danger phase. Other studios actually turned us away, but White Photo Studio was the complete opposite. The photographer was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding, and allowed us to take over two hours so my daughter could slowly get comfortable. There was absolutely no rushing. The photographer tried different approaches--introducing multiple toys, giving my daughter space and time, and eventually using bubbles, which finally helped her relax and open up. That level of patience and experience with young children truly made all the difference, and we ended up with photos we absolutely love. The studio itself is very spacious, with a wide variety of beautiful scene setups and props. They also have an amazing selection of high-quality baby dresses and accessories, which made styling effortless and elevated the final photos even more.
