I found LA Reels by way of a referral from my talent management team. Since this was my first time…read moreseeking out custom demo reel services, (and my reel essentially is my calling card of my work) despite the referral, I did do my research by looking into other companies. I was happy to discover that LA Reels was the best option in the LA area for many reasons. The customer service is top notch. The day I called, Brett immediately answered the phone. He answered all my questions, and promptly followed up with an email with their rates and information on how to move forward. Brett is polite, professional, detail oriented, not to mention a great film maker. Also, their rates are reasonable, and their payment options are easy. The scheduling was effortless. I hired Brett and his team to custom write two scenes for me. I was able to get an appointment for a brainstorming session the next day. Brett was able to conceptualize what it was I was seeking in both a comedic and dramatic scene. His writer Amanda, took the breakdown from our session and wrote two very appropriate scenes that would showcase not only my type, but my range and abilities as an actor. Film day was fun and ran efficiently. Brett's crew was hard-working, friendly. They made the entire experience on set feel high budget, while also maintaining a relaxed and supportive environment for everyone involved. The best part is, I was able to get my clips very soon after our shoot. The results of this entire process was two exceptionally produced custom demo reels to strengthen my body of work! At the end of the day, when I sought custom demo reel services I wanted a company that would be able to produce scenes that would reflect my work in the best possible way. Not only did LA Reels exceed this expectation, but I had a wonderful experience working with these people. Hands-down, the best custom demo reel film company out there!

Well Ladies and Gentleman I have worked with LA REELS as a returning client for about 3 reel scenes…read moreand a Short film...I will say this about the company. GREAT PEOPLE AND WORK that help and showcase you. The scenes of which were just normal scenes that were written for me by them were like a short story you would see in a fully produced independent feature film at any major film festival and then my very first SHORT FILM called "Love and Promotions"...Noah Edwards as a director has the vision he wants to execute when he is planning the shoot with his creative team and helps guide the actor in a short amount of time. Brett Newton and Clint Riffo and Tada Yoshida round out the team along with Amanda Glassman and they get the job done as the core group at LA REELS. Great look for a great price and These folks are in my opinion bringing their A-game to each new task. I look forward to them someday making there feature film and seeing what pops off the screen. They have the talent and the knowledge to make you feel great about your product. GO LA REELS.

I am the owner of Avenue Communications in Los Angeles California. I started with Local Business…read morePromotion, LLC in September 2014 as a beta customer. They offered everything I needed as a small business looking for a digital presence on the web. Their digital marketing package was the only affordable solution I could find. They do all the work for me, which allows me to focus on what I do best, running my business. Before I purchased their system I had a Facebook page that was rarely updated and nothing else. It's great to have all the online tools in place which allows me to receive a continuous flow of fresh prospects each month. Its so important to get your "brand", your company name in front of your customers. I provide the details for each monthly special and their team does all the work, creating a custom email ad campaign they launch for us. Most of the digital marketing companies I found charged thousands of dollars a month. Local Business Promotion, LLC provides so much more for a fraction of the cost, I'm very happy with their professionalism, technical knowledge and results! I recommend them to any small to medium sized businesses that can't afford to hire a full time in-house digital marketing strategist, their program pays for itself very quickly!

An Absolute Nightmare - Avoid This Company at All Costs…read more If there were ever a case study for how NOT to run a business, this company would be it. Hiring them for publicity for my shop has been, without question, the single worst business decision I've ever made. They dangled the promise of media coverage and influencer partnerships in front of us for the staggering price of $4,000 per month, but what we got in return was a fiasco of epic proportions. First, let's talk about their so-called "influencer partnerships." They managed to bring in **TWO influencers**--and I use that term generously--who were completely unprepared and lacked even the basic competency to create their own content. Not only did these individuals fail to produce any user-generated content (UGC), but my team had to step in and provide them with footage from **our own production resources** just to get them to post. Where was the Rogers partnership team during all of this? Nowhere. They didn't bother to show up for the shoots, didn't supervise the process, and certainly didn't ensure that anything was being executed correctly. The result? A chaotic mess that reflected poorly on our brand. Then, there was the media coverage--or rather, the complete lack of it. After we signed up, they conveniently started making excuses about why they couldn't deliver. Reporters were "lazy," the holidays were a "bad time for media coverage," and so on. Let me be clear: if this company knew the holidays were a problematic time for PR, **that is something they should have disclosed upfront.** Instead, they prioritized padding their own pockets over being honest and transparent about their capabilities and timing. This wasn't just incompetence--it was deliberate deceit. But the absolute **lowest point** came when we disputed the money we had wasted on their useless services. The managing partner had the audacity to **threaten us with blackmail.** Yes, you read that correctly--this so-called PR firm threatened to launch a campaign of negative PR against us unless we dropped our dispute. This isn't just unethical; it's downright unhinged. How can anyone trust a PR company that openly threatens to ruin your reputation in retaliation for holding them accountable? Their behavior is not just bad business--it's borderline criminal. To summarize, this company is the epitome of financial and reputational disaster. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then resort to bullying tactics when confronted with their failures. If you value your money, your sanity, and your business, **stay far, far away.** This company will not only drain you financially but leave you scrambling to repair the damage they've caused. Consider this your warning: hiring this firm is a catastrophic mistake you cannot afford to make.
