This is our 3rd or 4th time coming here. My tween and her friends love it. We even had her birthday party here last year. Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. My son got punched in the face about two weeks ago, I have left several messages for their senior manager who was not on site the day of the incident. Scott Caranza has yet to call me to check on my child and to apologize for the incident that happened at his place of business. This place is low budget, and there is no security whatsoever. All they care about is your money , not your children's safety. I have never experienced anything like this before. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Upon waking in I did not see any workers in the front ready to greet and the young workers were around the corner laughing and joking around. When the cashier came up to help he seemed to have an attitude and was being passive aggressive with any questions I have, I get he's a teenager but needs to be more respectful in a customer service field. Half my time there was unenjoyable because I had to watch out for the big kids jumping in the little kids area since the workers were to busy gossiping and the part that really got me upset was that there was a worker smoking a vape trying to be discreet in-front of kids! Seems it's very hard for the employees to in force the rules, when your the same age as most of the participants. Kids running around and into other people. This was our first time visiting Big Air and we had such a blast. We are a family of 4 and our girls love how there were so many different things to do. they had a "ninja" style course where they can work on getting from obstacle to another, they had the spinning orbit where they had to jump over the arm that was going around. They loved the battle beam where they could joust and push each other into the foam pit. There are many places for kids to bounce around and test their skills, they even had a dodgeball area where they could play with the other kids which was a lot of fun. i loved that they have a snack bar with many different items like pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips. Many different drink options as well. This was nice since we didnt have to leave to go eat somewhere and come back. The girls were right back to playing as soon as were done. We will definitely be coming back here as there is so much to do and the girls did not get tired of it. What can I say? It's a jumping playground for kids of all ages. Hosted a party here and it went well. The facility is clean and given its teens managing the facility, it does run smoothly. The prices for kids parties are reasonable and they communicate with you to ensure all is ready for your special day. The only down side is the pizza. The pizza they offer is actually the worst I have ever had. Literally. The other food offered is good, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks fruit tray all average but the pizza is horrible. Hey Scott! Thanks for the tip on the pricing. Went back yesterday (Thursday) and it was much cheaper ($42 = $40 plus tax/credit charge). I didn't realize Toddler Time was 10-12 that day, but luckily we came at 11:56 AM and didn't have to wait long. The employees were friendly and helpful at check in and we were off to jump. The one employee who was in the main trampoline area was a little crazy, telling every kid something they were doing wrong, but it's his job so I get it. Kids got to jump for four hours! Hosted a birthday party here this past weekend and it was great! Maybe they have taken comments into consideration. It was organized with confirmed details before hand and even the day of. The food offering was great, one less thing to think about, and the package and amount of food provided I was shocked. Our party host Denaz (sorry if misspelled) was kind, served kiddos, boxed up the leftovers, and coordinated the clean up. Since we had an accident, my girlfriend's phone fell under a trampoline and we asked for help to recover it and they told us that the person who has the key arrived on Wednesdays, then we called Wednesday and they told us that on Saturday, then they changed the date and to this day they have not given us information about the phone. I purchased my tickets on Groupon for my five children. I've read the tickets thoroughly. They never stated no specific date or time. I just had to use it before March 18. Well, I chose to come to Big area in Corona today and I was helped by a young lady who informed me that on Friday and Saturday I would not be able to use my Groupon tickets. Then I asked for a manager and she decided to let me go ahead and stay. I just had to leave by seven and at that time it was 623 being that I drove 45 miles to come I went ahead and agreed after I did that I sat near the register. I could hear her telling one young man to tell another young man who would let my kids know at seven they had to get off he referred to them as black kids. Because the gentleman didn't hear him clearly the first three times he said it. I thought it was not only unfair but humiliating. I will never go to their place again. It's not private, it's open to the public during the parties. It is more for 5 and older kids. Teenagers and young adults also come here. A fun afternoon for kids of all ages. I took my 15, 13, 11, and 8 year old. There's a playstructure for 6 and under. There is a small jumping trampoline section. There are other activities. Some are included, like the bull riding, but others cost extra. The best deal is on Fridays where you can jump for 2 hours for the price of 1. Bare in mind, everything is priced for cash only. If you show up with a card, be prepared to pay more. This was not clear on the website. They have a Gauntlet obstacle course but some parts were broken. Also, you must wear grip socks. If you don't provide your own, you have to buy them. They are an additional cost. Free water cups are provided if asked. You can bring in a reusable water bottle as well. I hosted a party here and nothing went as planned. It's ran by young adults, so although they were polite and tried to be accommodating, they were constantly putting out fires. Part of having a party outside the home is to be stress free, and I found myself constantly asking why we we're behind only to be that there was a party host assigned to us that was also at another scheduled party too (they double booked her). My guest were disgusted at the food left under the play area in the toddler zone, and the lack of supervision in the area for the older kids. It was chaos. However, kids being kids they did have a good time overall. Safe to say neither adult there planned on booking a future party in the future after their visit. Tons of fun! We came here for my nephew. He wanted the family to go and jump together. This place is a workout! You'll be sweating in no time. They have waters for purchase and food available as well. The whole trampoline park was clean and appeared sanitized. No foul smells or odors. There's different areas where you can do obstacles and play games. This place is so much fun. We started on the trampoline area and then moved over to the pits. The obstacles in the pits were super hard! Made me realize how weak my upper strength is, and well how weak I am in general. Lol The mechanical bull is a lot of fun but hold on!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! We were shopping around for trampoline parks to host my 6th year old son's party. We put a deposit of $100 & was told it was refundable verbally. Our party was going to be for March 16, we put the deposit in around February 27 or 28th, then we canceled exactly the following or 2 days after. We thought this is a reasonable time to cancel considering it's more than 2 weeks notice before the party and about 24-48hrs after making the deposit. The lady called & said deposit was nonrefundable. My husband said "there's no where on your website that says that." He asked her to go on the website with him & walk him through it to state the nonrefundable policy; she said, "i have no time for that". Ummm...but you have the time to call him to discuss this further about your non refundable deposit... So the whole party situation is very bizarre, because you're only allowed 1hr to use the room, we didn't think it made any sense thus we looked elsewhere. That 1hr is literally for you to eat, do the whole cake celebration, then you have to leave the room. Strange, right? We didn't want this because we wanted a 2-3 hours of privacy & for some of the adults like grandparents or other people who may not be able to jump but want to be there to celebrate too. We opted for a different trampoline park. Anyway, the conclusion was my husband called the credit card company to dispute it & we didn't have to pay. Mind you, we did try to resolve this issue ourselves. Then unbeknownst to me, he went back to this trampoline park with some of our friends & their kids; he found out he got blacklisted. First of all, after that policy, I wouldn't want to go back to a dishonest, shady business place. I don't know why he would even go back. But to him, it's just business. So yea...they blacklisted my husband & I've already blacklisted them after that whole nonrefundable deposit incident. I have to say "Thank You" to the company for that because i know my husband would have still gone there many times to take our son & his friends because he liked this place better than the one we chose for my son's Party. He would have wasted money onto this place over & over, an underserving place may I add. I'm giving you guys 2 stars for this. I've taken my kids to a lot of trampoline parks in the last few years. This is by far the worst we've visited. Very crowded. Lots of staff on hand but they enforce some rules I've never heard of at any other trampoline park. No back flips??? Only one at a time in their large foam pit??? Hard to enjoy the time with the kids when there's a line for every small section because they're overly cautious. Look, I get it. They want a safe environment but trampolines are inherently dangerous and even my 10ur old got bored when they weren't allowed to flip. It gets 3 stars because they do have some cool apparatus - basketball hoops (low and high), a mechanical bull, a couple of small rock walls, a "high" dive, and a ninja course. Would be great if the rules were a little looser so the kids could use their creativity. Really should be up to the parents to monitor their kids and help them understand their limitations, not a bunch of teenagers who have to enforce the rules. Some pieces of the ninja course seemed a bit damaged or loose, nothing a little maintenance couldn't fix but it wasn't tight and tidy on our visit. We attended a birthday party and the pizza was terrible. To be expected since I'm sure they're frozen but the y were bland, dry, almost powdery. Very strange. The party staff was GREAT though. Very attentive and on top of helping for whatever needed. The front office staff was awesome as well in getting everyone checked in. Parking was no trouble since the lot of huge. At the food court I was told Icees were out. 10 minutes later other parents were being sold icees. I then ordered fruit cups. The cashiers said they were not selling fruit cups. I then asked what foos are you serving, they said everything else but the wait is 40+ minutes. I asked why and the reply is party food needs to go out first. There is a service gap here. The next issue is the place is becoming dilapidated. The equipment and padding is missing or coming up. The teens at the jump sections are complaining about working, have attitude with the kids, or standing with blank stares. Lastly, the foam in the pits needs to be recycled. I went to Big Air for the first time this past Friday with my three kids and two nephews. I really wanted to get the kids out of the house. We are new to Corona area and always love exploring new play areas. Everywhere we have gone our kids are happy and healthy. We thought we would have the same experience at Big Air. Upon entering the prices were pretty high. My children are 1 and 6 and it was like 80 for just them to play. Still was willing to give it a chance. Our kids seemed to be having fun. My two younger children played in the small maze area with their cousin. It was definitely not sanitized as now all three of my children and their cousin have Hand Foot Mouth Disease. My family has never had this illness and it is such a terrible illness. My daughters rashes are so terrible I've never seen this before. It is terrible watching my children suffer from something that could have been prevented with sanitizing or closing the place to do a deep clean. We are new to Corona and wanted something fun to do on this hot day. I found a very reasonable Groupon for Big Air and surprised my girls and their friend. Filling out the waiver online was super easy. I'm honestly shocked to read the other negative reviews. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The young man helping with the rock climbing area was helping the girls to the top and encouraging them. When my youngest climbed up something and got scared, another young man climbed up the trampoline and slid down with her. At the end of their time, another person working the rock climbing area allowed them to go once more even though their time was out. Yes, a few things were blocked off, but nothing that hindered their fun time! Maybe my experience was out of the ordinary, but my kids had a great time and we will definitely be back! read more

The staff needs a better attitude. They have teenagers working here with poor customer service. I was here for my nephew's birthday party yesterday and I felt like I was getting kicked out of this place from the moment I sat down. The guest table I was sitting at was supposedly needed to put the pizzas & drinks. My sis in law told the female worker that one of the main tables is not in use and they could put the food there. I don't know what the worker's excuse was, but I had to move. She was not friendly and I never saw her smile. I ended up standing there for a while along with other family members because all the other tables were already taken. How is this possible? Fast forward to the end, here comes another worker (with his pants sagging) looking all annoyed while cleaning. He almost ran one of the guests over with his mop. The kid comes up to me with an attitude and said that I basically needed to leave the room along with the other guests because it was past the reserved time.
