If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active community member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

    Cashiers gossiping around the corner

Upon waking in I did not see any workers in the front ready to greet and the young workers were around the corner laughing and joking around. When the cashier came up to help he seemed to have an attitude and was being passive aggressive with any questions I have, I get he's a teenager but needs to be more respectful in a customer service field. Half my time there was unenjoyable because I had to watch out for the big kids jumping in the little kids area since the workers were to busy gossiping and the part that really got me upset was that there was a worker smoking a vape trying to be discreet in-front of kids! Like the other reviews state place is worn out tears on a lot of the cushioning. The manager seemed to be friends with all the teenagers working so felt it'd be pointless to even address the situations. Will not be returning unfortunately.

    Dirt and trash

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves a serious warning to other families. This trampoline park was filthy from the moment we walked in. The floors were sticky, trash was overflowing in several areas, and don't even get me started on the restrooms -- completely unacceptable for a business that caters to children. Even worse than the conditions was the staff. Not only were they completely disengaged, but when I tried to voice a concern about safety (people slipping, kids nearly colliding, and lack of supervision), I was brushed off. The staff clearly didn't care and went right back to laughing and gossiping about the party they went to the night before. So unprofessional. This place is not only dirty and chaotic, but it's also unsafe for both kids and parents. Walking around felt like an obstacle course of hazards, and no one seemed to be in charge or even remotely concerned. Save yourself the frustration. There are much better and safer places to take your kids for fun. This one is a hard no.

What can I say? It's a jumping playground for kids of all ages. Hosted a party here and it went well. The facility is clean and given its teens managing the facility, it does run smoothly. The prices for kids parties are reasonable and they communicate with you to ensure all is ready for your special day. The only down side is the pizza. The pizza they offer is actually the worst I have ever had. Literally. The other food offered is good, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks fruit tray all average but the pizza is horrible. Fortunately the kids didn't care because they were starving after the jumping but I literally could not stomach it. Beside the horrible pizza it is a good facility for the kiddos.

Hosted a birthday party here this past weekend and it was great! Maybe they have taken comments into consideration. It was organized with confirmed details before hand and even the day of. The food offering was great, one less thing to think about, and the package and amount of food provided I was shocked. Our party host Denaz (sorry if misspelled) was kind, served kiddos, boxed up the leftovers, and coordinated the clean up. She made it easy and convenient (I gave her a tip- I hope others tip there party hosts too). We booked two hours of jumping which was worth it. Would highly recommend. Also, the pizza provided was great, the dough was soft and a few parents commented how they liked it.

I brought my family for a private event that was in one of their party areas. The service, attentiveness, from the server in the private area was great. My only complaint is that there is no alcohol and not well ventilated. I recommend this place for sure.

    Natalya D.

The kiddos always have fun going to Big Air! We love that there's a toddler time and a smaller play ground for the little ones. It's always clean and there's something for everyone from play to snacks, to sit down areas!

What's their best tasting food on the menu? Pizza? Wings? Meatballs?

Bro eat somewhere else it's too expensive you can buy good pizza and wings and it'll be cheaper than getting food here and food is mid but wings are alright. Pizza is sometimes good just depends who's in the back making them

    Are they dog friendly?

While we love dogs, unfortunately since we serve food the health department will not allow us to have dogs in the park.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

During our visit, there were multiple incidents where older children were acting aggressively toward younger kids. While the child's parent addressed her own child, I never saw any staff member monitoring the area or stepping in to help de-escalate the situation. I don't expect employees to babysit children, but in a busy indoor play facility there should be some level of active oversight to help ensure younger children can play safely. The environment felt more like a free-for-all than a supervised family play space. Our son recovered quickly, but the experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable. We likely won't be returning unless there is a greater staff presence in the play areas.

We came prepared with shoes and socks (highly recommend!) so we didn't have to purchase socks when we arrived. Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. I really miss Kips Gymnastics. My 4-year-old daughter has been to a total of 3 gyms, and I think…read moreshe grew the MOST at Kips. I started her there right around the time she turned 3. The class was honestly kind of hard/advanced for her because she was still so little. I think that class had kids from 3-5yo. We only had a couple lessons before the gym shut down because of covid. They reopened August 2020 (I think?), and I took my daughter back and she stayed there until the end of 2020. She made tremendous progress during those 4 months at Kips. I think the class she was in (led by Coach Candace) was really good for her. Candace was great with young kids and knew how to support them well. The obstacle courses were also a good challenge; they had beams, bars, and lots of tumbling activities. I also liked that it was an hour long. I didn't give 5 stars though because they changed coaches often. My daughter had 3 coaches during the time she was there. There was one coach before covid whom we didn't see again when we returned post-covid shutdown. When we returned, we had Coach Whitney. Whitney, I think, had a hard time with the littler ones. Preschoolers need visual and hands-on learning. She relied too much on verbal multi-step directions, which are really hard for young kids to follow. She also didn't physically demonstrate a majority of the things the kids were asked to do in the obstacle courses. Older kids would be fine with verbal instructions only, but the young ones need visual cues and they need to see things shown to them. Then Coach Candace replaced Whitney. Candace had a lot of energy and SHOWED the kids what to do rather than just telling them what to do. She was a better fit for the 3-5yo class. We moved after 2020 and have been to 2 other gyms. Neither of them provides the same kind of rigor that Kips has. I would definitely return to Kips if we lived closer. I'm thankful for the time we spent there.

The kids LOVED it! And it was great for the adults because the kids never left the bubble stations. There were so many different wands and ways to make bubbles. The lady who came did such a nice job. She was very friendly and so sweet to the kids. Any time someone had trouble, she would patiently show them how to make the bubbles. As the activity went on, she introduced other bubble making tools like a rope. Each new item captivated the kids. In particular, a few of the kids were timid at first. I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. It was a very effortless way to have an outdoor activity for kids. Highly recommend!

From the start, scheduling and putting down the deposit was very simple and straightforward. Nat reached out ahead of time to confirm timing, location, and all the details, which made everything feel easy and well organized. During the party, Nat did an amazing job showing the kids how everything worked, demonstrating some seriously impressive bubble skills, and most importantly were incredibly thoughtful about how to engage with each child. Some kids wanted hands-on support, others preferred to jump right in on their own, and Nat handled that balance perfectly. Nat also did a great job keeping the space tidy and ready for the next kid, which made the whole experience feel calm and well run. We received so many compliments from other parents. My 67-year-old dad said it was the best birthday party he's ever been to. Honestly, I don't know how we could have another party at a local park without Bubblemania. Truly incredible and worth every bit.
