This is SUCH a great spot for those rainy days when you need to get the kids out of the house and let them burn off some energy! We came prepared with shoes and socks (highly recommend!) so we didn't have to purchase socks when we arrived. Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. We made sure to thank them because they absolutely deserved it! Overall, this is a fantastic place for kids to play and have a blast -- and Torri deserves major recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and grace under pressure. Took us one and a half hours to get here and totally worth it! The place is super clean and staff was constantly cleaning. There is loads of fun for every age group. And not just one kind of fun, there is multiple things for every age group to do. The bathrooms were very clean, which me and the kids definitely appreciated. My twins are the kind of kids that will hold their pee the entire day if all that that's available is a dirty toilet. IYKYK! The pizza was good. The arcade games were fun and the basketball area was a hit. We were stuck there for a good hour when we walked in. The staff was really friendly and the twins made loads of friends! It's very spacious inside the A/C was not on so it got pretty hot within the first hour of being here. They do have industrial fans located throughout the play areas but considering we're in the summer months A/C would be nice lol Overall nice place. Not deal breakers, but everything either in working order or have a maintenence sticker acknowledgement that you know it's in need. Check in is very easy, socks are available, lots of seating and area to eat with the available Cafe. Pizza's popcorn your typical junk food for a good time. Ticket redemption games, prizes are knick knacks, not worth or easy to get especially higher priced ones. It's baby, toddler and big kid. Feel like there needs to be an adjustment in prizes and ticket worth. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to play for an hour, burn off energy. There's a limit to help with crowds and they match kids with wrist bands with parents. No escaping children. I recommend with the pros and cons. Luv 2 play is one of our favorite indoor playgrounds in the inland Empire. It is really big and I especially like the pizza lol I really like how they have a crawling area for the babies but a lot of bigger kids do go in there too because some of the parents don't really watch them. what I don't like about indoor playgrounds I think in general is one older kids kind of bully our kids or they just don't know how to play with younger kids and other parents are just on their phone and not really watching their kids so that's just a pet peeve of mine The indoor playground itself is not as clean as I thought it would be, but they do try to keep it clean The hours of the indoor playground goes from 11 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 7 PM to depending on which day you go. I would recommend going early in the morning on a weekday because after 3 PM it seems to get busy because school ends and a lot of bigger kids come around that time for prices, it's kids 12 and under is $19.95 and crawler 0 to 12 months is free. you also have to bring or wear your socks or they sell it there for a low price as well. overall, we had an OK experience. It's just really hard dealing with other kids behaviors and when I went last time, there was three little boys throwing balls at me and the parent just said oh they're just being boys so that kind of made me not really want to come back to another indoor playground for a while maybe it will be better when the kids are a little older read more

Review update! Sadly it's not a good update. I went to this place recently with my little guy and the cleanliness really tanked over the year. We entered the lobby and it smelt really bad, like stinky feet bad. Granted, this was on Presidents week and on Friday to be fair. The structures were still safe, food cafe was clean enough, and kids were everywhere. This place has potential but I can't send my little dude to an unclean place. My kids absolutely loved this place. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and we came here for a birthday party. They have 4 different areas, a play gym, a toddler gym, small basketball courts and an arcade area. We spent most of our time in the play gym. It was awesome. It had multiple big slides as well as a foam pit with a trampoline on the side. I was able to go in the whole gym with them and play with them inside. The birthday party was from 4pm-7pm and they closed at 7pm on Sunday. They weight limit was 250lbs. Also, you need to bring socks or else they make you buy socks, even if you aren't going to play. Its about $3.99 for a pair. Once you arrive you have to fill out a waiver pretty much saying that you're responsible for yourself. To save time you can prefill this on their website or you can fill it out when you get there. Everyone that is entering needs to have a waiver. Even our 2 month baby needed a waiver.. overall it was a great experience and I had a lot of fun playing with my kids. read more

1st timer attending my nephews 5th Birthday Party. We signed the waiver online to save on time located on their website. There's a separate line for party check in. Remove shoes and put into shoes cubicle and it buzzed into the play area. This indoor playground is pretty clean. I saw staffs making their rounds and spraying down w sanitizer constantly. It's also pretty big, with foam pits, wall climbing. Even have a toddler play crawl area. We are in the play area for an hour. Than the 2nd hour. We go into the party room for 1 hour to eat, blow cakes and possibly can open up gifts if wanted to. There seems to be 2 party room. The party room we were in was a ocean theme room. Looks like the other room was a greenery hill w a rainbow. There were bar table w stool height table along w 2 kids size tables. They had Yummy different topping pizza & wings. Wings are pretty good and tender. It's plain and Offers different varieties of sauces to w your wings. Drinks in pitcher, lemonade & coke soda. There's a cafe for snacks, drinks & pizza for purchase. Went here on Thursday to let the kids get some energy out. It was $17 for play time for my kid and they charge 3% more for credit cards. I've been to play places before, so I figured there was a waiver to sign online before hand, so I went ahead and did that so we were good to go. The security door, in my opinion, is placed way too far away from the counter. The ladies working had to walk over and buzz people in/out every 5 seconds and they couldn't really see who was coming in and with who. My son snuck back in after we were trying to put our shoes on (there was a few of us there with our kids) and I was trying to let another kid go in and find my son but the lady said an adult had to go in with a child. So how did my kid end up in there without me? Doesn't make sense. Anyway, the kids were thirsty/hungry and the food counter was closed. Looks like they have all the equipment to make tons of money on food but it was all shut down. I got 2 large drinks and it was almost $9. The place was fine, kids had a good time. Every so often the ladies working would come over and yell at them telling them not to do whatever they were doing. The chairs around the play area were like roller chairs because none of them were stable or held in place anymore as they were very worn. I had to try to find a chair that didn't wobble all over the place. The counter of the play area was dirty and didn't seem to have been cleaned in a while. Some of the arcade machines were down and not working. I don't understand their hours of operation. I feel that they could benefit if they were open longer as it took 30 minutes to get here from corona in traffic and then they closed 2 hours later. Whoever owns this place, please coach those ladies who was working today in the afternoon on 4/9/2024. They need to speak to customers better. I always go to the chino one because they offer law enforcement and military discount. I always go there with my friends and their kids. Today I wanted to try this place out since the location is same distance as the chino one. When asked about the military discount, the ladies gave a dirty look and said "we don't offer such thing". Play place is great. It's really big, there's several different stations so the kids aren't all clumped up I'm one part of the building. There's room to run and move, there's an arcade and basketball. The arcade is small, but it exists. There's just a lot for the kids to choose from. I wanted my 9 year grandson to take my granddaughter a charger out to the car. We were parked right in front and the desk clerk said I had to walk out with him to the car.
