I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn't want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn't afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment--and I'm so glad I did. At the time, we didn't have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn't pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food--and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table--such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair--much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake-cutting fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.

The venue is beautiful and spacious, our group was about 50 people so we were only occupying about half the space. The beautiful dance floor pops and stands out. The food was good and plentiful, they also had a fruit bar & coffee & pan dulce station for us. We opted for a cash bar but you can opt to pay for open bar as well. The Photo Booth was a great add on. Everything was great but it was the service and friendliness of the staff & owners that made our party a huge success.

She answered all our questions she accommodated all of our requests. The package that we went with was the most reasonable out of all the venues in Moreno Valley that we toured. Our package included food and service of the food and service of the cake that we brought. The inside decor we let Lulu know of our vision and we added our own personal touches like pictures and some of the things that were outside of the door, but Lulu let us pick our color theme and flowers, all of the centerpieces that you see on the table. They set it all up and cleaned up everything we just had to take our personal items. The bar was staffed with a bartender from the beginning to the end of our party. We of course supply the liquor, but they supply the bartender. He was great. The setup and their venue is absolutely beautiful very unassuming outside but once you get in, wow! My mom's party was epic and it went off without a hitch. Our guests were amazed at the set up and the venue were absolutely gorgeous. What stood out immediately was that she never tried to push or sell us on anything. At several other venues we visited, we felt pressured right away, but that was never the case here. Instead, she simply provided us with brochures, menus, and helpful information about packages and vendors and told us, "It's your day -- make it personal. You tell us what you want." That approach alone sold us. We booked the venue a year in advance, and throughout the planning process the team was incredibly supportive. Even when a few things changed along the way -- like DJ adjustments, officiant changes, and other small details -- they worked through everything with us and made the process feel manageable. We're truly grateful for that. We made several appointments with Elvia our decorator who is an absolute gem and went above and beyond ensuring that our colors and placements and every small detail was tended to and we were absolutely happy with how she put things together! We had our wedding last night, and we want to sincerely thank Desire, Josie, Elvia, Melissa and Nichole the floor captains, David the bartender, Desmond and his security team, and the busser Ryan.
