We had our wedding last night at R Banquet Hall and I truly cannot put into words how phenomenal everything was. From the very beginning, the owners were so hands on, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always patient and genuinely caring about bringing our vision to life. What made this experience even more amazing is that they provided everything, from decorations, DJ, bartender, food, cake, and even a photobooth area! Which took so much stress off of us, and they executed every detail beautifully. They truly take whatever vision you have and transform it into your dream wedding. The DJ deserves a special shoutout as well, he had the challenge of mixing music from three different cultures and absolutely nailed it, keeping the dance floor alive all night long. My church, New Day Christian Fellowship, had a Mother's Day celebration here on Saturday. Wow! This place is amazing. They decorated beautifully and the service was fantastic. Food was delicious. I am not surprised at the low reviews for this place. It is a joke how overpriced it is and the quote I got was ridiculous for what you get. The owner is sleazy salesperson type who overhypes and sounds irritated when customer is asking valid questions. I attended a birthday party here and thought it would be very reasonable price because it look abandoned so thought I could do reasonable price event for 16th birthday but delusional owner thinks this is 5-star venue worthy of thousands of dollars to rent and they don't even have high end decor (except chandeliers which look nice but anyone can buy those same ones from China). Their carpet is basic as is outdated stage and cheap looking entry with black tacky tile. Scheduled an appointment to tour this event space for 6pm. Arrived to a closed and abandoned looking location. I contacted the phone number listed on the website and the person who answered stated that I scheduled my appointment for 4 pm and that I never arrived. Untrue, as I specifically stated I was not off work until after 4:30pm. Also, never received a call around 4pm to let me know they were waiting. Customer service was unacceptable right off the bat and I haven't even viewed the inside! The outside of the building looked abandoned with graffiti and trash all around even though I was told it's been open for business already. Huge red flag. I would steer clear of locations like this especially if you are investing a lot of money for a service. read more

I would give them 0 stars seeing as how this company was blatantly racist. There coordinator Eddie was unprofessional and rude and was obviously discriminating against me due to the color of my skin. I was refused a tour as well as a quote for no reason. I went over the reviews that were positive and it was obvious to me that these positive reviews came from people with similar cultural back grounds. This was extremely disappointing to me and of course I would never fight to give my money to a company who would treat me so poorly. Normally I would move on and say nothing but that would not open the eyes of a company that acts in this way and does not give them the opportunity to grow and be held responsible for this behavior. Because this truly does hurt people. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone because supporting this behavior fuels are fire for hate. read more
