The kids have quite the art supplies and were in need of a change of scenery! Greg was awesome and very welcoming! Both kids enjoyed their first time here, but this definitely won't be the last! Everyone was very welcoming. They do parties and private events. They sell art supplies as well as various artistic products throughout the store. Best part was the kids were able to bring in their supplies and use art space free of charge with no rush or pressure to buy anything or get in and get out, all because we had our own supplies! That is not listed anywhere on our contract we signed. We have reviewed the contract over and over and no mention of a $450-500 fee. (A hidden fee by this business). Also, she insists that the party bus with the Quinciañera and her court arriving early is not her fault and that's considered early arrival to the venue, granted it is not her fault, but we had a verbal agreement and permission to have them arrive early to her coffee shop next door. Our guest, the Quinciañera and her court were not inside the venue early as she keeps saying to justify her crooked actions. The only people who arrived at 5:20pm were my husband and I to set up the dessert table (which we could not set up the day before obviously) and also edible pieces on the main tables as party favors. Therefore, party hosts beware, if you book this venue, you will be charged extra time $500 to arrive even 40 minutes early, to do any finishing touches or set up last minute items. She agrees to your arrival but does not specify that it is considered additional time. All venues in my experience, allow the hosts time before the event starts, the day of, to do any last minute things. This venue will bill you by keeping your deposit, and not even let you know until you ask about your money. Again, nothing but dishonesty and a scam. My husband and I are honest people, who pay for all and any service we get, but this nightmare, has been nothing but a money grab with endless excuses and not a trustworthy business. Please do not book here and take your money elsewhere!

The retreat by Wedgewood was a typical country club vibe perched a top a mountain overlooking the corona area. The gated community was a beautiful as you drive up to the venue itself. I knew that the package deal was something that appealed to my best friend and her planning so I was curious to see what exactly that entailed. I remember her mentioning that being included catering, cake plus cutting, open bar, DJ, ceremony, and reception tables. The reception was set up on a grass area with plenty of chairs . The sound system worked well, and we were able to hear them say their vows as well which I really enjoyed. As for the reception space I saw it was mentioned that people didn't like how the layout was split up and I can't help but agree with that sentiment. Half of the party was on one side of the clubhouse building and the other half was on the other side. Space that looked like it would become the dance floor ended up just becoming dead space that was not used except for a first dance. Food from Catering was fairly decent and I was starving at the time so it probably tasted even better. There was notably enough food for people to go back and get seconds so no complaints there. Now, for the things that stood out to me as being less than ideal for the space is provided for the bridal party to get ready, felt very much like a closet shoved behind a locker room with horrible lighting. We took pictures in this space which felt a little bit tacky but not much you can do or work with. The photographer seemed nice, but probably not my first choice. I think this was provided by the venue. Another thing that stood out was the DJ. I'm not sure if he was in a rush to get through a playlist or what but honestly, it felt completely haphazard and next to no one ended up dancing because it's hard to get into a groove with only 15 seconds per song. I think that having the dining tables disconnected from the dance floor, broke up the party, and most people ended up standing awkwardly in the clubhouse area near the bar, talking rather than dancing since staff was already starting to clean up tables outside and made it seem like we were being rushed out the door. Overall, the wedding was lovely and I'm sure my best friend enjoyed herself. You get what you pay for and she got everything that she was looking for considering she was originally going to elope, but the parents wanted her to stay and have a full wedding. Would I come back or plan my own wedding here probably not ? Would I recommend it to someone? Maybe if they were looking for an all-encompassing but minimal frills experience. Not meant for dance for couples probably a better space for a quiet affair.

The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin.
