It's sad I had to create a yelp account to leave the first review I've ever left in my entire life at the age of 48 to inform people what an absolute nightmare it was bringing my two children to this horrific place. What do you say to your child, when they come to you out of a children's playground asking you "what is this daddy?" with a used syringe in their hand. I could not believe my eyes and after the first 20 minutes of being at this place it does not surprise me one bit. Please do not take your children to this place . After some extensive research, I now get why this place is on the brink of bankruptcy. If you have kids that are around five years old... this is the place. Big enough to keep them busy for at least 1.5 hours, if they have friends, add 1 hour. There are video games, snack bar, coffee bar, little kids/toddler area, and one of those giant three stories play structure, not sure what they are called, but they are great. Located in a strip mall, so the outside really hides this hidden gem. C Can get reallly loud and busy. Take a pair of socks, you will need it. Most importantly, Have fun. Indoor play ground- nice place to go for kids. If you have small children they'd probably have a blast. I guess anywhere before early teen they might have a great time there. It kinda stinks in there but that's to be expected with any indoor playground. They have padded ground all over. Whether you're playing or not you have to leave your shoes at the door. I didn't like that too much I wish the adult area would be okay without having to take your shoes of. They have tables where the adults can sit by their "luv 2 play cafe." They have food and drinks that are a little on the pricier side. The entry price is not that bad. Your kids can play as long as they want to. This place is so bad. They're extremely racist and have NO respect. My kids told me that they were calling them bad things and were telling them that they shouldn't be kicking the ball. When I went to check the rules on their website, it did not state anything about kicking ball. The racist staff kept auguring back. They kept talking away the balls from our kids and giving it to someone else when they got it first. The playground itself is VERY dirty; the food, musty. I absolutely loved this place what a friendly and safe environment. I took my daughter in August (in the middle of COVID). They did not have any food or coffee open however the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were constantly wiping down the play areas and you could smell the cleanliness as you walked in. Staff members were alert to what was going on and I saw a kid who was upset and the staff actually walk up to parent to make sure they were okay. The prices were perfect for me and my 3 girls we paid right around $25 for 3 hours of play! Highly recommend! read more

I have worked in customer service, retail and have done banquet serving and I have never been treated so horribly in an establishment that is getting paid a ridiculous amount of money to provide a service. There is no real arcade there is about 10 mediocre carnival games inside and something similar to a large Burger King play area. My 3 year old loved it! & I think it's fit for ages up to 11. Reminds me a DZ discovery zone & what Chuck E Cheese used to be with the slides & tunnels. The ONLY thing that was a pain was the fact I had to wipe down each stroller wheel with ONE wipe the give which doesn't do anything but spread dirt from wheel to wheel pointless! & you have to do waivers to everyone even if they are not playing even Babies lol And they have these depressed looking girls walking around with spray bottles I thought at least since they are walking around they would have seen some of those bad other kids running around throwing balls at each other hitting. Which I think is dangerous because it can hit someone in the damn head! But NO I see those depressed looking CIA agents are actually patrolling to catch ppl who have outside food. As they don't allowed no OUTSIDE FOOD. When I noticed them around I immediately thought they only walking around to catch ppl eating. What a fun time!! My kids had a blast. The prices were very fair. $30 for two kids for 2 hours. I liked how the weight limit was 250, which gave me the opportunity to be able to play with my kids on the playground. They have a big play area a little kid play area and also a baby play area. I liked how the bathrooms were clean and they even have sock covers! There are stools for the little kids to be able to reach the sinks. I also liked how the staff was on top of wiping things down and vacuuming. I'll definitely be back with my kiddos. I give four stars for the fact I didn't try the food and I think they need new foam blocks. read more

Luv 2 Play hosted my daughter's 5th birthday party and it was a wonderful experience. Marina was extremely communicative and flexible when planning and setting up everything. All i had to do was drop off decorations and the rest was done for me. We had plenty of food, drinks and snacks. Our party host, Liz, was also awesome. She helped things to run smoothly so that I didn't have to worry about any of the logistics and could enjoy hanging out with my daughter. We came here for the first time last week with our boys. Showed up Monday right as they opened and there were about 5 other families there right at opening time as well. The staff was great from our experience honestly. We were greated at the door, asked if we'd been there before, asked if we'd filled out the waiver and asked if we'd brought socks. We had a Groupon so they just scanned the barcode and asked for the names from the waivers. Pros: the place is good sized and spread out enough. There is plenty of seating for parents. The toddler area is separated enough to not peak bigger kids interest. It's actually all pretty clean too. While our youngest was in the toddler area the staff brought out several bags of freshly washed foam blocks for the kids to play with. They spent a good 15 minutes unloading those blocks into the play structure and man did that look like a workout! Thankful to see employees caring about things like that. There are also disposable booties to go over your socks for the bathroom and the bathrooms were all very clean. Cons: the food court area did not open until at least an hour into opening. I'm not sure if that's standard for them but it would have been nice to have it open right when we got there. My oldest kiddo did get bored after about an hour so I think the 2 hour play limit is plenty. **I do wish they'd have an employee walking around from time to time to check on kids and make sure they're playing nice. While we were there we had a few instances with a pair of kids who were not being so nice to our 2 year old (and of course no parent was in sight). Overall we'd probably come back again. read more

They set up everything so beautiful, they catered to us with no problems. Unfortunately I have to update my review. We went there again today and it seems that this place needs a lot of maintenance. We found many things broken like the ball guns not shooting, one of the cars in the toddler area was broken and they had already removed the second one, one of the tunnels was ripped, and more. It seems a lot more run down since we last visited and not much care when addressed with the unfriendly staff. Metal chairs were left inside the play areas as well. When we pointed it out to staff they said it's meant to keep the floor from bubbling. It's unfortunate because I was thinking of booking my son's party here but I will look at other options now. read more

This place gets pretty busy to the point where there is a set time limit. Some of the parents need to enforce the rules with their bigger kids because they can definitely get rough around the littles. Their toddler section was pretty weak and the big kid side was intense. The long slide isn't as fast to the point where adults will get stuck every time but I'm not opposed to coming back. We've been going here since my daughter turned 2, when her godmother bought her a 3 month membership! And so far she enjoys it so much that she continues with a membership every year. It's one of the cleanest indoor parks we visit, from their cleaning protocols to the plastic sock wraps they provide before entering the restroom. The park itself is big and has a variety of things for the kids to climb, slide and enjoy! They also serve a variety of inexpensive food that come in surprisingly hefty portions. Their arcade games are kept in working and clean condition too. The prizes for arcade tickets are decent and they also give you the option to pay for them if you don't have tickets which I thought was cool compared to most places where you need a ridiculous amount of tickets just to get a plastic ring. Nonetheless the owner is nice and welcoming. She obviously knows us as regulars now but in my opinion it's a well organized and clean facility for kiddos to run off some energy! read more

It has different sections for different ages, big slides and smaller slides. It's big enough for you join your toddler also. Tip: every new person or toddler the walks in, needs to fill out a waiver, which is filled out in a computer they have in the front. Sad to say, I had to wait in line to find out, and wait in line again after filling out waiver. ~~~WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW BEFORE HAND Also, I'm surprised there's a line when there's at least 5 female workers in the front and only one helping guest, and the worker named (Griselda) helping the guest was trying to do other assignments and also clean before helping me. Wanted to leave an updated review for anyone on here wondering if they are open. As of yesterday January 16th 2021 they were OPEN. We got there right at opening at 11 ( on Saturday ) & it was a lot of fun. They're doing a great job of keeping everything SUPER clean. You walk in and it smells wonderful & clean. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming and helpful and explained the two hour time limit, took our temperatures and got us all checked in. This use to be a really nice indoor playground that was reasonably affordable and felt welcoming. Granted it's been a while sense we've come but this is not the same place our kids begged to come to. The cafe closed two hours before the place closed today which seems like an inconvenience when the evening hours are the times more people can bring their kids. The staff had already turned the ice off on the machine again two hours prior which seems ridiculous, why would anyone buy a drink at $4 a pop and not have the option of ice. While kids are playing we hear the front desk call out a specific family to come to the front desk immediately with their wristbands as their time had expired. This is a smaller indoor park with staff walking around. How hard would it truly be to maybe walk around and courteously speak to them. At 5 exactly another heinous message about conduct and how we should "use the facilities" now because the place will be shutting down the restrooms at exactly 5:45. I do not understand the entitlement that is coming over the speaker to ensure that the staff doesn't have to be here one second past the closure time at the expense of the people coming. If it weren't for patrons there wouldn't be any paychecks and we will not be returning. If there was an option for a refund considering it's 2 hour time slots that are prepaid for (no one mentioned the facility was closing in 90 minutes either) I would absolutely ask for one so that we could go to another place and actually enjoy ourselves. Lovely condescending staff checked back in at 5:18 with their garbage inflection after each time to "remind us" that "once again we will be closing in 40 minutes *lip smack* and the arcades game are closing in 15 minutes *lip smack* Just so you know, the parents were actively mocking your condescension together and extremely annoyed at the attitude. read more

First time here with our 11 month old and honestly we had a good time. We paid online and signed the waiver online as well to save time. The facility is very big and clean. There's lots to do so you can never get bored. We spent most of our time in the baby area and our daughter had a blast. A worker also came around to sanitize the toys so that's definitely a plus. The bathrooms were very clean. The only con was that some older kids were coming to the baby area and playing a little too rough. We had to move our daughter so she wouldn't get stepped on at some points. The workers should definitely keep an eye on things like that. But overall the place was great and we'll definitely be purchasing the membership. read more

Really disappointed in how hot it was for my son's birthday party. Spent over 700 plus dollars to have my son's birthday in an indoor playground in the a/c and it was too hot. My son was sweating and all my guest were uncomfortable. They tried to put fans in our room but ended up causing dust to fall down on top of us. Luckily the kids were already done eating at that point. I ended up calling a few days later and she just said they did what they could. I wasn't expecting a full refund but something atleast. Great place to let my little one loose. The price was reasonable with two free adult. The price was for two hours (we didn't stay the entire two hours but was pretty close). We saw the staff walk around reasonable often to wipe things down and provide some assistance. The equipment was great fun to watch my son play. He was only four so I tried to keep him In the four and under area but he was still able to hang out in the older children area. The food court was surprisingly delicious. We had the corn dog and cheesy fries. We Didn't try the piazza, it didn't look great because it was thick so we assume there were more dough than we would like. My son and I finish our meal with ice cream. Don't go in for ice cream, there is not a lot of selections here. Although the selection were awful, it did make the trip to this place better and more enjoyable to my son. BTW - the three choices of ice cream were vanilla sandwich, plain vanilla in a cup and vanilla crush stick. Overall I would go again. read more
