One of the many indoor play sections
    Katie V.

Love the variety of different sections both little and big kids can enjoy throughout the facility. It's very spacious inside the A/C was not on so it got pretty hot within the first hour of being here. They do have industrial fans located throughout the play areas but considering we're in the summer months A/C would be nice lol Overall nice place. We didn't try any of the food here because we already had lunch plans but there is a spacious lunch area with plenty of tables and chairs. My kids had fun and that's the most important part.

Giant slide, smooth landing on the bottom...yes!

3 solid stars Lost 1 star for way too hot for a cool down play area for kids. Would not come back again if it's hot inside again, kids don't seem to mind however not going to let my littles sweat profusely bc they are running with excitement. Myself included, extremely hot. It's 100 degrees, need a cool down area please. Nice location, helpful staff and productive wiping things down, cleaning up after children. Parents be responsible too, don't let them liter when you give them sweets. Love that they wipe things down continuously. Hand sanitizers everywhere! Blue covers for you to use the restrooms, yes!!!! Bathrooms could be cleaner, step stools Nice big structures TONS of things to do for all. Mommy and Daddys, family can play too, baby and toddler area. It's a maze! Soft, gated play area for babies and toddlers. Equipment very much needs attention and maintenance, Another star lost: The air pump shooters, way cool... but only 2 out of the 8 worked, only 6 balls available to play with. Play houses in the toddler area, doors cracked and accidents waiting to happen for fingers to get caught. Air ball sensory play does not hold the balls up as it should. Not deal breakers, but everything either in working order or have a maintenence sticker acknowledgement that you know it's in need. Check in is very easy, socks are available, lots of seating and area to eat with the available Cafe. Pizza's popcorn your typical junk food for a good time. Ticket redemption games, prizes are knick knacks, not worth or easy to get especially higher priced ones. It's baby, toddler and big kid. Feel like there needs to be an adjustment in prizes and ticket worth. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to play for an hour, burn off energy. There's a limit to help with crowds and they match kids with wrist bands with parents. No escaping children. I recommend with the pros and cons. Places like these can always be cleaner imo, I'd be happier to see employees inside the structures wiping things down. Best of luck parents, be responsible and respectful too. Happy trails

This place is nice for kids to play for a few hours. The floors need some serious deep cleaning

Luv 2 play is one of our favorite indoor playgrounds in the inland Empire. It is really big and I especially like the pizza lol I really like how they have a crawling area for the babies but a lot of bigger kids do go in there too because some of the parents don't really watch them. what I don't like about indoor playgrounds I think in general is one older kids kind of bully our kids or they just don't know how to play with younger kids and other parents are just on their phone and not really watching their kids so that's just a pet peeve of mine The indoor playground itself is not as clean as I thought it would be, but they do try to keep it clean The hours of the indoor playground goes from 11 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 7 PM to depending on which day you go. I would recommend going early in the morning on a weekday because after 3 PM it seems to get busy because school ends and a lot of bigger kids come around that time for prices, it's kids 12 and under is $19.95 and crawler 0 to 12 months is free. you also have to bring or wear your socks or they sell it there for a low price as well. overall, we had an OK experience. It's just really hard dealing with other kids behaviors and when I went last time, there was three little boys throwing balls at me and the parent just said oh they're just being boys so that kind of made me not really want to come back to another indoor playground for a while maybe it will be better when the kids are a little older

The staff is so nice and the price is right to play in the AC! The kids are thrilled to arrive and are having fun the ENTIRE time we're there. We come about every 4 months so it's always pretty "new" and fresh. Today ice cream was only $1!!!! We got 2 Sunny Delights, a water and 2 ice creams and it was less than $7!

Review update! Sadly it's not a good update. I went to this place recently with my little guy and the cleanliness really tanked over the year. We entered the lobby and it smelt really bad, like stinky feet bad. Granted, this was on Presidents week and on Friday to be fair. The structures were still safe, food cafe was clean enough, and kids were everywhere. This place has potential but I can't send my little dude to an unclean place. I expect some dirt, but not quite like this.

My kids absolutely loved this place. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and we came here for a birthday party. They have 4 different areas, a play gym, a toddler gym, small basketball courts and an arcade area. We spent most of our time in the play gym. It was awesome. It had multiple big slides as well as a foam pit with a trampoline on the side. I was able to go in the whole gym with them and play with them inside. The birthday party was from 4pm-7pm and they closed at 7pm on Sunday. They weight limit was 250lbs. Also, you need to bring socks or else they make you buy socks, even if you aren't going to play. Its about $3.99 for a pair. Once you arrive you have to fill out a waiver pretty much saying that you're responsible for yourself. To save time you can prefill this on their website or you can fill it out when you get there. Everyone that is entering needs to have a waiver. Even our 2 month baby needed a waiver.. overall it was a great experience and I had a lot of fun playing with my kids.

Protective covers provided to put over your socks when you use the bathroom. It's right in front of the mens & girls bathroom 3.11.23

Is the coffee place inside back open?

    No, it permanently shut down.

    Are you open?

Yes they are open 11AM to 5PM

Can mom and dad get in free with their 1 child?

Yes , parents are always free.

I have sent an email and I have called multiple times over the last couple of weeks and their voicemail isn't set up, nor have I received a response via email. I wanted to book my daughters birthday party. Do I really need to go in to book it? Ugh

How much is it? There's no prices on the website

$13.50 per child and adults are free

    Are adults free?

Yes they are! 1 per child!

Is there an information sheet somewhere with prices for having birthday parties here? I looked on the website but it only says information coming soon

Hi Grace! I'd love to get you the party info. We are waiting for corporate to update our website and in the mean time are booking parties via phone or in person. I can send you the information if you reach out to us. party@luv2playriverside.com or… Read more

Is this a good excursion for 12 & 13 year olds?

My ten year old enjoyed it! He made friends and they played tag throughout the whole area.

Would be really helpful to have a koala chair in the restrooms so single parents can place their child there, any chance that will happen?

Can you send us a link? Sounds like a great idea

It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. This just happens to be a customer that is known to frequent this establishment PLEASE be very careful with the husband of the wife who may come with her from time to time. He does NOT have patience and allows his baby (toddler younger than 3) to B U L L Y -and then screams at other peoples children. I did not get a great pic but this is their license. The mother also allows the child to block other children, without consequence, from entering the play areas. The husband or maybe boyfriend, deliberately went into an Autistic child's face and cursed her out. I hope there are cameras at the establishment so they can possibly ban this man. It was disrespectful, uncalled for and disgusting. The man THOUGHT the father of the child was alone with the mother and he decided to try and pick a fight. The man cursed in Spanish and did not realize the man came with a WHOLE family for an event. The man kept telling the father of the autistic little girl to come outside and fight.... Beyond NOT classy. He was very lucky the family did not all come out to throw him to his car. What happened ..... The autistic girl said excuse me to the little toddler, the toddler blocked the entrance. The autistic little 4 year old made her way around the girls hand and said excuse me while doing it and the bullying toddler ran to her dad. The mom and grandma sat and watched the entire thing chuckling. The enraged dad (boyfriend/sancho; whatever he was) ran through kids to get to the little girl to grab her and scream. The parents of the special needs girl, grabbed her away really quick as they were with her the entire time. Another special needs mom told the man what was his problem and not to scream at children and that there are four autistic children that he's acting crazy in front of. The mother instigated as saying to the mother of the little girl to go outside and fight and the man did as well. We felt safe here once the man left. Therefore this place is very safe. I just say if you see this lic plate, BEWARE. Stick up for your child and don't back down. Beware of this man ANYWHERE in the Corona/Riverside/Norco/Eastvale area *************** GREAT EXPERIENCE: the owner is a lovely Person. In no way did she encourage this behavior by her "usual customers". The establishment went on to promote love and hugs which they did incredibly. The establishment is great. Very clean. The staff is overwhelmingly nice. The owner definitely decorates with passion. Everything was lovely. I had to start with the tiny hiccup as that man should NOT be allowed near children. I can just imagine what he does behind closed doors. Prices are very reasonable. Toy area was very clean. Party area was clean and roomy. Music was fun. Restrooms were clean. This place is a delight. Ample parking. Clean, clean, clean!!!! Place is safe. Lots of areas for kids to run and enjoy. Parents.... It's OKAY to teach yours kids the word "NO". Kids will be kids so everyone should be mindful of that and not get crazy at a child for being a kid. If you're not okay with kids being kids and some kids not knowing not to run all over the place, maybe places with children around are not for you. Luv n Huggs goes over and beyond to make sure your kids are safe and don't run out. I cannot express how much love that the owner puts into making each party experience a great one. Her touch to each decoration is spectacular.

The experience is a guided creative tour with about 4 hands‑on DIY stations where kids (and adults!) can make your own markers and crayons, paint, and craft fun projects like a windmill -- and you get to take everything home! It's about $18.99 per ticket for both adults and kids over age 2 (children under 2 are free but don't get materials) and includes the guided activities. We got to make our own markers, our cute crayons, paint a windmill, and everyone walked away with pieces we really loved -- and the goodie bag was a fun bonus. Unfortunately, it was a bit tough with 4 little ones, because many of the activities actually needed adult help, so it wasn't as independent as we expected. Bathrooms and seating felt a little cramped when there were lots of kids around. Also the parking outside didn't feel very comfortable -- the lot looked a bit rough and I wasn't super at ease leaving the car for long. The whole adventure runs in timed slots (about 1.5-2 hours total) that start every hour, so you'll want to show up early to check in and sign waivers before your session begins. Overall: A fun and educational experience that gets kids hands‑on with art and creativity, and definitely special for a birthday celebration -- but be ready to help your littles through the activities, and know that the location/parking may not be the most pleasant part of the day. Still worth it for the smiles and crafts!

As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.
