My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here over the weekend and what a great experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure the room we rented looked amazing for my princess. I was a little worried in the beginning seeing as I always host my daughters parties myself bc I am so picky about decor but they really pulled it off and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The pizzas were hot and ready at the exact time of expectancy. My daughter was wearing a birthday shirt and the staff were sure to wish her happy birthday when seeing her and made her feel extra special on her day. We are locals and I just love that we have a place like this in our community to allow children to have a safe healthy environment to release energy and make some friends! I look forward to returning and am hoping to get a membership in the near future. read more

I came and brought my daughter's here and they absolutely loved it! They have 2 separate play areas (one for older kids and for toddler kids). The slides are so much fun! I couldn't help myself after seeing how much fun my daughter's were having! I love how staff are consistently cleaning and how attentive they are. This place is pretty Awesome! Please don't bring your child here if they are special needs or have a disability. Unfortunately the manager herself discriminate against my one year old. She forced me to feed my 1 year son outside in the waiting area and did not consider his needs. And yet somehow she wanted to charge me for him, of course I refused. I understand their food policy however it should not apply with a special needs/disable child. Not only did I advocate for my son and showed the manager he was in deed special needs, she kindly wanted to keep my sons food with her so I wouldn't be able to feed him in the table area. Again, this should not apply to him because of his needs. She was OK with me not feeding my special needs son. The lack of empathy shown towards him was disgusting. None of the other employees stood up to her and just watched. Can somebody please explain what this world is coming to? read more

Excellent place to take the kids and relax. I was able to get my homework done while my kids were playing in a safe and secured environment. The food was ok you really cant mess up nachos. We usually got to Romp-O-Rama but the all day play is unbeatable. read more

I am so pleased with this place! We came with a friend and I ended up getting the membership for both my girls, twice! The staff is SO kind and sweet. Bless their hearts for always cleaning up after our kids. I joke that's why I come here so I don't have to do it at my house! My four year old and 20 month old just love coming. The staff keeps it so extremely clean. They are constantly walking around cleaning the items. The activities are fun and my girls enjoy the big area just as much as the toddler area. The food is good too! I recommended the pizza or chicken strips. Wonderful service too and fairly priced. I'm so glad I got to bring my girls here for the summer to play. This is our first time here, we've been to L.O.L Kids club in Ontario, JumpN'Jamin in Moreno Valley, and High 5 in Redlands. Out of all three this is by far the best; we were regulars at JumpN'Jamin for the last three years as no other place could come close. Enter Luv 2 Play. They have everything and then s at a better price point, value, and commute (for us, we live in Riverside). The staff is by far the friendliest, the food is actually good, and there is actual SPACE for kids to play, adults to sit, and everyone to eat. This place is a gem, and this will now be our new spot going forward. ***** 6/21/20 Update since coming COVID-19 hit, they re-opened but aren't requiring face mask despite the Executive Order from the Governor. We emailed, and talked to the employees other guest and all agreed face mask would be nice - and are only effective if we all wear them. I asked for my money back and she agreed, and asked me to send an email and leave a review so that management would see and change (hopefully). Its sad, that they make you sign waivers (that arent enforceable) and take your temperature but don't require a face mask - like peeing in one section of the pool thinking that's sanitary #epicfail. read more

Great place for toddlers and kids! They will have a very fun time. Very affordable and I believe you can also celebrate birthdays in there. It's pretty spacious therefore there is a lot to do for them. It also has a few arcade machines they can play in. Only thing I noticed compared to other indoor play areas is I never saw the employees disinfect or clean. They also have a coffee shop and sell pizza, wings and other appetizers. They do take a very long time to prep your food and drinks however! We came to Riverside to visit afriend's family, and they suggested Lov 2 Play, since their kids came here before and loved it. We foundit to be the absolutely best indoor playground in Riverside, a big clean facility with a friendly and attentive staff, and plenty of free parking. After checking in, the kids couldn't wait to involve themselves in the many inviting varieties of activities. They were so excited and run everywhere and enjoying themselves. We, the adults came to the snack area to talk and relax. The eating area has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and relax. They have pizza and other snack food and soda kind of drinks. My understanding is that the facility does not allow outside food for allergy reasons that's pretty good I think. The facility also has a separate area for age 4 and under. I noticed a staff member kindly reminded an older child that she was in the little kids' section and requested her to return to the play area for bigger kids. I feel this is a safe facility. Staff will not let any kids leave the play area without an adult since there is always someone at the gate. They also have a separate coffee area and tea area called "Condron Brother Coffee". You have to try their coffee, absolutely the best. Loved it :-) Overall, such a fun place for kids (and adults too). We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the area. read more

So first off, toys are marked last sanitized Sunday, it's Wednesday. Guess they don't care. Second, and for me the worst part. It's literally me and my family of 4 and one other family. Me and my son who's shy are throwing the balls in the ball pit and the lady comes and tells us not to throw the balls. Really? He's having fun by the rules and you ask him to stop. Meanwhile I watch the other family have their kids eat in the play area?? Felt like she was bored and wanted to ruin our fun. We've come here a lot but this rubbed me the wrong way. As much as I'd love to give this place 5 stars, in good faith I cannot! My girls love this place! One even recently had their birthday party there and had a blast, BUT every time my girls have gone to play here, they have picked up hand foot and mouth, and this time the birthday girl got pink eye! Several guests also got sick. The fact that I've read several other reviews with similar outcomes makes me think that this place is not cleaned properly or often which is very disappointing. Ok so I love how versatile this place is, you can be here quite a while because they have a coffee shop and a foodcourt on opposed corners. Coffee is great and food is pleasantly good as well. I like that they have a 4yr & under section, even though my kid is 4 she enjoys that side just as much as the bigger side... buuuuut I would not come here without another parent/adult bc its hard to lose your younger kids in the bigger section of the jungle gym which makes it hard to order food/coffee. AND if you plan on going into the big side of the jungle gym with you kid/kids because you better believe it's big enough... ya might want to bring some kneepads! Lol It gets super packed on the Weekends too on top of people renting out rooms for birthday parties. We like coming on the weekdays. All in all a great place for your kids! read more

Went today and it was very clean (play area and bathroom). There's one large 3-4 tier play structure complete with slides, ball shooters, rock wall, and horse swing. A smaller enclosed one for toddlers is off to the side. There are also smaller spaces with building blocks/legos, bowling pins, and Radio Flyer carts and trikes. Lots of places for parents/caretakers to sit and watch kiddos. There's a cafe with simple food (pizza, hot dogs, fountain drinks...), and a second cafe dedicated to coffee and pastries. The coffee was pretty good - Giradelli syrups, and the barista serving me did foam art. There were about 2 or so birthday parties going on when we were there, but the place didn't feel crowded at all. There's an arcade area that I feel conflicted about. On one hand it offers some variety to what's already there. On the other hand, if you want your kids to be climbing, crawling, and getting their energy out, you might feel annoyed if all they want to do is play arcade games. My kid ignored them, but I can see where parents might hate spending admission only for their kids to veer right over to the arcade stuff - which isn't included in admission...you have to pay to play. We went here to inquire for birthday party. Right when I open the entrance door the smell of stinky carpet or stinky shoes punched on my face. Smells feet. We asked the party manager to give us information about birthday party, basically she just told us same thing on what's online , we asked if we can see the party rooms, she said No. I wonder how can you have a birthday party without seeing the party rooms. I absolutely love this place!! I took my boys ages 9 and 1 and they had so much fun!! I did as well. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. The menu and prices were displayed, and the employee was so nice and ready to answer any of my questions. I endeed up paying for just my socks total came out to 34 for 3 people and for 2 hours of play. They have cubbies for your shoes. They do sanitize between plays which is great. It's clean and nothing looks like it hasn't been cleaned. They do have a lunch area prices are very good not to high spent 24 dollars for 3 meals. They do have a few games where you can earn tickets and then cash them in for some prizes. You can also buy prizes which I thought was pretty cool. I definitely will be returning here. I don't usually write reviews but this place is horrible. The place was filthy, the slides smelled of what seemed to be old throw up, my socks were black after just going through the jungle gym once, and also the workers were very rude. I told workers about the throw up and dirty floor and they said they'd get on it. I watched from a far and they didn't do anything except sit there and gossip and be there on their phones. HORRIBLE service and giant cesspool of germs. I have to 2 young ones and I would rather bring them to the dentist for a root canal than to this place. If you want your kids to get lice and influenza, come here quick. RUDE WORKERS and MANAGEMENT. I hope they close down soon. I was afraid an hour in the party room wasn't going to be enough but it was. The kids wanted to eat pizza, cake and go PLAY. The hostess was difficult to get ahold of sometimes but help was easy to find and for the most part, the workers are pleasant. I found myself having to find the hostess to switch pizzas out, bring out utensils, to initiate birthday cake etc but overall found it easier than having a party at home with no to minimal assistance. The food is mediocre. The salad is almost $20 and it's literally bag salad you get at the dollar store. But again, for the convenience, I suppose it's worth it. Not having to decorate myself was also a perk, I dropped my decorations off and they made it cute with what I had. Although a lot of mask mandates have been lifted this place is not covid cautious at all. The place is packed and they don't require masks for any age. There is not enough staff supervision, even if kid's parents are there I think there should also be staff supervision. Their are older kids playing in the baby section which isn't safe and the babies get knocked over. I won't be coming back to this location. I have been to other indoor playgrounds that are much more clean and less crowded. read more

I had some appointments in the area yesterday, so we decided to stop and let the boys play. We thought we would be super bored... like you get at most places like this. But, we were pleasantly surprised. This place is big, the children had a blast and we got a break!. They have a large play structure for the children, an area for crawling babies, an area for toddlers, a little basketball area, arcade area, snack bar more like a restaurant and my favorite a cafe...they also have seating throughout the building, you can sit and watch your children play. The children and adults can only exit by the employees opening the gate... so it is very safe. We let the children run wild while my husband and I hung out and had some pizza and then coffe. We also played with them for a bit on the structure, very fun. I definitely recommend luv 2 play to every parent who needs a real break. Plus not only do the children have fun, you have access the entire day and this place is very clean. We will be back! read more

Apparently there is a 2 hour window of play that was not communicated to us until our name was announced over the loudspeaker. I was confused but told my son to finish his tower since we had to leave. Not 30 seconds after the loudspeaker announcement the manager physically walked over and told us we needed to check out. When I got to the front and stated my confusion I was told that it states it online, and that there used to be a sign on the door but they took it down. I asked how I would know if I didn't go on their website before coming and then was told it's on the main sign. I asked where and the manager searched and couldn't find it, and had to ask an employee who showed her where it said 2 hour admission. I pointed out that if the manager of the location couldn't find the sign, it's pretty strange to expect customers to notice it. Then she stated that they tell you when you check in. I said I was not told, nor was I told last time I was here in March when I also was certainly not kicked out after 2 hours. She said the check in girl probably didn't tell me because I had been there before and already should have known. Also worth mentioning, they shut down the ENTIRE main play area and kicked all the kids out for over 30 minutes to clean up pee. Obviously a good choice to shut down for clean up, but basically too bad so sad for everyone that got one fourth of their play window cut? The manager also mentioned that they started the policy due to covid capacity limitations. Fair enough, but those capacity limitations are no longer in place and there were probably 10 families max in this enormous building. Awful policy, awful lack of communication. Doubly awful to enforce it when the place is practically empty, and also awful to enforce by calling your name over the loudspeaker and then hunting you down after 30 seconds. Absolutely will never return, especially since the CHINO LOCATION offers ALL DAY play for the same price. The cherry on top- parts of the climbing area were roped off due to broken/ripped nets. Any of the padded climbing areas were so worn down that the sharp underpiece dug into your shins so we are all bruised up. 3 out of 4 of the air ball guns were broken. The toddler area ball pit was almost empty of balls so impossible to jump in. Based on their inability to afford upkeep of their equipment and how empty it was, I don't foresee them staying in business much longer. read more

Do not pick Luv 2 Play Riverside for your child's party and do not go there to play with the intent to eat from their menu. Five weeks prior to the event, my wife and I inquired about having our son's birthday party there. We requested that Natalie price the party sandwiches at Walmart because they were a huge hit at the last 2 parties. She said she would, but that would include a 10-15% surcharge. We agreed on this and the finer details and went our separate ways. Two days before the party, we received messages that our $32 sandwiches would cost $80 from Luv 2 Play (2 6ft sandwiches @$80EA = $160). They told me Walmart's price went up to $40 and the surcharge was 100%! They also denied our request to have them make the sandwiches in their kitchen because their staff was not trained to make them(???). We panicked for a while until we settled on a plan and moved forward to make sure our son would enjoy his day. This 100% surcharge that at first was explained as a "corporate" decision was obviously a way for them to force us to order their sub-par pizza for our guests. Frankly, their pizza is the kind just barely good enough for the average kid to eat (unevenly cooked and very little flavor). This surcharge was also explained as making up for the time it takes their employee to order, pick-up and serve the sandwiches. Drive time both ways is 20min, time in store is 5 minutes, bringing the pre-cut sandwiches to the table might take another 5. Do you pay your employees $80/hour? The same woman who booked the party with us was very snarky with my wife during the arrangement. At the time, we looked past this because we thought this was the best place for our son. Interactions like the one below were not uncommon: My wife mentioned that we have a lot of guest families made up of 1 child and 2 parents. She said that was weird and not normal. My wife said "ummm excuse me I have one kid." She then pointed at my son and niece and said "no you have 2 kids." My wife responded with "that is my niece that I watch during the week." She never apologized... During the party, my guests reported that an employee that day pulled the boy that they knew to be autistic non-verbal down by the ankle to get him to stop walking up the slide. They need to train their employees on how to handle delicate situations (ex: I think autistic non-verbal children should never be touched by a stranger, even a tap on the back). Two individual-size bags of Takis spicy chips were in our large bag that had all the goodie bags in it. They were serving as goodie bags for my slightly older nieces instead of miscellaneous small dino toys. There was no employee to help host, but some member of the staff walked in and took them out of the goodie bag container and only returned them after an inquiry and explanation. No, we were not trying to sneak 200 calories worth of food into your establishment. Luv 2 Play Riverside would do well to be 100% upfront with prospective party guests, work on politeness/customer service, improve their pizza, and train their staff thoroughly. read more

Great fun play place for all younger kids. Has been a decent indoor play option when it's too hot outside. A little pricey, with higher weekend prices (including Fridays). They now have arcade games, which distract kids from physically active play time. I don't like them, especially the Jurassic Park one that shoots the dinosaurs (not appropriate for kids, especially small children) and think these should go. Don't know if I'll choose to return simply because of the arcade distractions. read more
