    Birthday table set up.

Birthday Party Review. I booked my son's birthday party several months ahead of time. The price was great! Ask them about the 'bonus 5' and they'll allow extra jumpers, extra pizza and lemonade. That was a nice perk! Make sure to call and confirm your party reservations. I just got an automated email. But if coarse had questions. Customer Service: The onsite team is nice. They try their best to assist you. They offer carts to take belongings to your vehicle. HELPFUL PARTY TIP: -PAY THE EXTRA MONEY to bring your own food! I got extra pizzas and sandwiches- thank goodness because the pizzas that are included w the party package don't arrive until an hour into your party! Imagine your guests hungry with nothing to snack on. Thank goodness we paid extra to bring our own food. This was a nice that they allowed outside food! -Send your guests the link to sign the waiver ahead of time. -Get Air only allows 15 min of set up time. -Bring your own table cloths. -Bring hand wipes. -Bring permanent marker to write names on cups. Improvements needed: The transition between parties was not that great. We had to gather our own tables for the cake and food. The party next to us was closing down their party, but didn't clean up until we asked to use their tables. Overall, my son and his friends enjoyed themselves. It was a nice experience.

We came across get air a few months back, I loved it because it was smaller and the air conditioning worked really well during the summers compared to sky zone. It was a better fit for toddlers. Never have any issues, sometimes it's not very clean, I never see the staff cleaning the jumping area or playground area. Anyway, fast forward to today. We planned a play date due to the advertisement of get air turning into the "mushroom kingdom" for Mario brothers! The advertisement encouraged kids to dress up, there was going to be games and "non stop fun." For an entire week my sons were so excited to dress up in their Mario and Luigi costumes they were telling everyone how they were going to go to the mushroom kingdom and play games. We arrived at 10:45am.. walk fully dressed up to see nothing. No games, (3) photos plastered on the walls one of princess peach, a pipe, and a power up box and a table with a few crayons and coloring pages of Mario and princess peach. The look on my son's faces (4) and (3) years old, made me so sad as a mom. I felt like a failed them taking them to a place that advertised this great day to walk into nothing. The women working stated that her manager decided not to purchase any decorations there's a few photos and the kids can still get a prize at the end. Very nice of her, but that didn't take away from the disappointment. Their little friend showed up in a Mario costume as well and ended up taking it off after we took pictures of them three because what was the point? I requested for the music to be the super Mario brothers movie soundtrack so that helped my sons get excited. Regardless, they had a blast playing with each other and their friend, but when my husband came home from work my son said "there was no mushroom kingdom I don't have pictures to show you" Honestly, if you're going to advertise this great day for these kids and have them dress up and some even spend money on a new costume, follow through and don't just put 3 pictures up on a wall and call it a day. We will still be coming to get air to jump, as we truly enjoy the space, but this was very disheartening.

Decided to tryout this new trampoline place at Dos Lagos. They had only been open for two hours when we arrived. This facility offers a large spacious play area with plenty of trampolines to include a 3 story climb & play. The birthday section is open with no dividers to separate various parties. They do offer snacks for sale including an ice cream machine that allows you to choose what you'd like. Restroom has several stalls. You will need to fill out a waiver which can be done on the computers that are to your left when entering. There is no-one checking people in or out so basically, anyone can walk in/out. As large & spacious this place is-I strongly believe they could do better. As I mentioned, we arrived 2 hours after they opened and it's unfortunate to see that they clearly do not clean. There is dust build up under & on numerous equipment. This in turn leads me to think that it wasn't even cleaned the night before. What does that then say about the trampoline play area? Walking areas around play & trampolines have quite a bit of crumbs on the floor. This could be a nice place however, they need staff to be more proactive and when able, walk around and disinfect & sweep areas. In the 2 hours I was here-no cleaning took place. Come on Get Air-do better!

Food crumbs Very dirty and sticky mats

I'm sorry but this place is a NOOO Absolutely disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened No workers to be found. ONLY At registers Bog kids jumping on little ones trapped in the foam pits. There needs to be employees making sure kids are taking turns and waiting for kids to get out of the foam pit. Big safety issue. The jungle gym party smells of urine and feet Chips and crumbs everywhere. Please do better Will not be returning.

    No changing table.

This place isn't even a year old and is already falling apart. We were the first ones in right at opening and the floors were still dirty. The more we went around the place, the more we saw wear and tear. I paid for 2 hours thinking that would be enough for my 7 year old and after 1 hour he was done. It's definitely more for toddlers all around. I would recommend an arcade/game area for older siblings. I gave it 2 stars because the employee that signed us in was very nice and mopping but mopping the floors while kids are running around is a hazard. The cleaning needs to happen after closing the night before.

Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

We came prepared with shoes and socks (highly recommend!) so we didn't have to purchase socks when we arrived. Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. We made sure to thank them because they absolutely deserved it! And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. It was a very effortless way to have an outdoor activity for kids. Highly recommend!

From the start, scheduling and putting down the deposit was very simple and straightforward. Nat reached out ahead of time to confirm timing, location, and all the details, which made everything feel easy and well organized. During the party, Nat did an amazing job showing the kids how everything worked, demonstrating some seriously impressive bubble skills, and most importantly were incredibly thoughtful about how to engage with each child. Some kids wanted hands-on support, others preferred to jump right in on their own, and Nat handled that balance perfectly. Nat also did a great job keeping the space tidy and ready for the next kid, which made the whole experience feel calm and well run. We received so many compliments from other parents. My 67-year-old dad said it was the best birthday party he's ever been to. Honestly, I don't know how we could have another party at a local park without Bubblemania. Truly incredible and worth every bit.
