So filthy! You can see from the photos how dirty it is someone Stains the pads are absolutely filthy. You can see the dirt especially on the orange pads. It's big and spacious has great music and the kids love it. But if you're a germophobe stay away. I think this needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau or the health department. read more

Birthday Party Review. I booked my son's birthday party several months ahead of time. The price was great! Ask them about the 'bonus 5' and they'll allow extra jumpers, extra pizza and lemonade. That was a nice perk! Make sure to call and confirm your party reservations. I just got an automated email. But if coarse had questions. Customer Service: The onsite team is nice. They try their best to assist you. They offer carts to take belongings to your vehicle. HELPFUL PARTY TIP: -PAY THE EXTRA MONEY to bring your own food! I got extra pizzas and sandwiches- thank goodness because the pizzas that are included w the party package don't arrive until an hour into your party! Imagine your guests hungry with nothing to snack on. Thank goodness we paid extra to bring our own food. This was a nice that they allowed outside food! -Send your guests the link to sign the waiver ahead of time. -Get Air only allows 15 min of set up time. -Bring your own table cloths. -Bring hand wipes. -Bring permanent marker to write names on cups. Improvements needed: The transition between parties was not that great. We had to gather our own tables for the cake and food. We came across get air a few months back, I loved it because it was smaller and the air conditioning worked really well during the summers compared to sky zone. It was a better fit for toddlers. Never have any issues, sometimes it's not very clean, I never see the staff cleaning the jumping area or playground area. Anyway, fast forward to today. We planned a play date due to the advertisement of get air turning into the "mushroom kingdom" for Mario brothers! The advertisement encouraged kids to dress up, there was going to be games and "non stop fun." For an entire week my sons were so excited to dress up in their Mario and Luigi costumes they were telling everyone how they were going to go to the mushroom kingdom and play games. We arrived at 10:45am.. walk fully dressed up to see nothing. No games, (3) photos plastered on the walls one of princess peach, a pipe, and a power up box and a table with a few crayons and coloring pages of Mario and princess peach. The look on my son's faces (4) and (3) years old, made me so sad as a mom. I felt like a failed them taking them to a place that advertised this great day to walk into nothing. The women working stated that her manager decided not to purchase any decorations there's a few photos and the kids can still get a prize at the end. Very nice of her, but that didn't take away from the disappointment. Their little friend showed up in a Mario costume as well and ended up taking it off after we took pictures of them three because what was the point? I requested for the music to be the super Mario brothers movie soundtrack so that helped my sons get excited. Regardless, they had a blast playing with each other and their friend, but when my husband came home from work my son said "there was no mushroom kingdom I don't have pictures to show you" Honestly, if you're going to advertise this great day for these kids and have them dress up and some even spend money on a new costume, follow through and don't just put 3 pictures up on a wall and call it a day. We will still be coming to get air to jump, as we truly enjoy the space, but this was very disheartening. read more

Decided to tryout this new trampoline place at Dos Lagos. They had only been open for two hours when we arrived. This facility offers a large spacious play area with plenty of trampolines to include a 3 story climb & play. The birthday section is open with no dividers to separate various parties. They do offer snacks for sale including an ice cream machine that allows you to choose what you'd like. Restroom has several stalls. You will need to fill out a waiver which can be done on the computers that are to your left when entering. There is no-one checking people in or out so basically, anyone can walk in/out. As large & spacious this place is-I strongly believe they could do better. As I mentioned, we arrived 2 hours after they opened and it's unfortunate to see that they clearly do not clean. There is dust build up under & on numerous equipment. This in turn leads me to think that it wasn't even cleaned the night before. What does that then say about the trampoline play area? Walking areas around play & trampolines have quite a bit of crumbs on the floor. This could be a nice place however, they need staff to be more proactive and when able, walk around and disinfect & sweep areas. In the 2 hours I was here-no cleaning took place. It's a relatively new trampoline park. This is not our first visit to this chain, but was our first visit to this particular one. Know before you go: Everyone (even non participants) have to sign a waiver. Sign it online before you go to save yourself time. Also, if you have bought non slip socks before, bring them and save yourself some extra money. They make you promise to watch the safety video when you arrive, which takes about 5 minutes. The good: It was a fun hour for the kids, ages 9 and 13. This setup is definitely geared toward younger children aged 3-8. There is an indoor playground that's cool, but my big kid got hurt because she got stuck on one of the tunnels. The bad: It is not clean anywhere there. I'm sure the staff try, but it needs to be better cleaned... every surface had a layer of dust or dirt, including the trampolines. No biggie, kids like to get dirty. Just know before you go. The place can get crowded with birthday parties. There aren't enough staff working to accommodate the amount of parties and watch the rest of the place. They were super busy... I felt bad for them. The ugly: the women's restrooms were out of toilet paper and there are no paper towels anywhere to be found. No napkins to wipe up spills... think greasy pizza birthday party with no way to clean up. Also, how do you let bathrooms get to the point where they have no toilet paper less than an hour after opening? That's just inexcusable and poorly run. The line to get into the place was long and the employees were busy helping customers, so waiting in the line just to tell them they were out of toilet paper felt like a waste of time. The bathrooms were also so so dirty. My 12 year old daughter was bored after 30 minutes and she is the most easy going kiddo. Therefore, we didn't even go more than an hour. Overall, we won't be back. For what it is, it's just not appealing to enough ages. The three stars are because the staff were very friendly and because the place is easy to get to and provided some entertainment to the 9 year old. read more

If you have toddlers, avoid like the plague. This is playground rules and your kid better be good at standing up for themselves. I'd like to start by saying the staff was very kind and helpful. My wife wanted to try this place out, I was skeptical because our son is pretty young. We were told that there was an area for him which they were kind enough to clear out for us. We're all about new experiences but right off the bat my son wanted to play with a ball and play with the other kids or us. We couldn't play with him because we're not allowed. This all came to head when a 7 year old boy took the ball from our 2 year old and tossed it. We got the ball back just for that same kid to come in and do the same thing. My wife sternly told him to stop and I went in and grabbed him and we left. We know that this sounds like we're bias but our son is very well mannered and plays nice with other kids. I get that it's very hard to turn over a profit and have staff watching every area but if you have a designated area for younger kids, make sure you're enforcing it. If not, just don't allow younger kids to come. I would've preferred being turned away and saving money than dealing with all of this. read more

OMG! Please put a changing table in the woman's restroom where there has been a place ready for one to be installed since you opened. Where am I supposed to change my baby? On the benches where I see other people changing their children's diapers? It's a family establishment. Having a changing table in the men's room doesn't help me. I have also attended two parties here and both times it was a bad experience for the host. The one we attended today, the pizza and drinks weren't provided until 20 minutes before the party was scheduled to end. It's a 2 hour reservation, to bring food out 20 minutes before the end of a birthday party and expect people to eat pizza and cake in 20 minutes is unreasonable. There is also about 3' between your party table and the other surrounding 3 party tables. Lots of confusion about where to put food and gifts. I personally wouldn't recommend hosting a party here. read more

ONLY At registers Bog kids jumping on little ones trapped in the foam pits. There needs to be employees making sure kids are taking turns and waiting for kids to get out of the foam pit. I have been bringing a couple of our grandsons-toddlers to Get Air, Dos Lagos, since they opened. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the kids always have a great experience. Recently one of our grandsons had his BD party here. Everything went well and there were 2 BD parties going on at the same time, no problem. All the kids and many of us adults had a great time jumping too! More importantly, the toddlers had a blast! I highly recommend this facility for birthday parties or weekly visits. Our grandkids and grandparents love this place! The staff is always beyond rude. No one looks like they want to be there. If you're going to be working with kids and parents who came to have a good time PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. Manager seemed like a stick in the mud too. But they were probably upset we asked how often the place gets cleaned, The place is dirty. We tried early in the day thinking it would be cleaner but it was not, the same stains and mess. This place isn't even a year old and is already falling apart. We were the first ones in right at opening and the floors were still dirty. The more we went around the place, the more we saw wear and tear. I paid for 2 hours thinking that would be enough for my 7 year old and after 1 hour he was done. It's definitely more for toddlers all around. I would recommend an arcade/game area for older siblings. I gave it 2 stars because the employee that signed us in was very nice and mopping but mopping the floors while kids are running around is a hazard. We love it here at this get air location, Jamari Danielle, Hannah, and Sierra are all very kind hearted team members .. I can tell they also care about the families that visit here... and are supporting parents and tracking everyone for safety too, as well as offering warm support when needed I met Danielle first when we came here a few months ago, they were very welcoming and we were going through a hard move and they brightened my day with their presence and it meant a lot to me Jamari is very kind and my children really enjoyed joined him in picking up blocks and jumping to return them as a team :) Hannah has been very empathetic and I can tell she really cares about the well being of the children I just met Sierra and she is very kind too:) We have a membership here and I just really appreciate so much how the energy here is positive and playful and open and the kids are enjoying themselves in a safe and clean environment while I enjoy a space to myself, and at the same time I feel we are cared for and seen by the wonderful staff members here:) read more

My nephew had his party here and we definitely do not recommend it! Save your money and go somewhere else. We had a large group and came at the time that we were supposed to. I think we had our table reserved for about 2-3 hours. The kids had a great time, but the adults weren't very happy because all of the other parties that came after us received their drinks and pizza. We didn't get our food and drinks until 30 minutes before our party was supposed to be over. Luckily we had snacks and appetizers that we had brought for the party, but we were waiting for the pizza the entire time. You're allowed to bring appetizers, light snacks that Get Air doesn't offer which was a pretty nice option to be able to bring a few things. Service is terrible and slow. The employees are moody, rude and have an attitude. Horrible time management and they have no sense of urgency at all. The trash kept piling up because there were three different parties sharing one trash can. read more

Went last night for the first time and was very disappointed. First thing was the bathrooms were out of order and were told we needed to go down about 3 stores to find one. So if you have more than one child it isn't fun to get everyone's shoes and jackets on to make the trip. Also, this isn't like Big Air. There are no employees on the trampolines keeping things safe and orderly. It is rather small and the playground was extremely dark but it was during Club Air so I really hope that's not always the case. They have a basketball hoop which my son was excited about but you need to bring your own ball. They should post that on the website. So no basketball for him last night. The place is small and for the price I just wouldn't recommend and don't plan on going back. read more

I had my son's birthday party here and the kids had a great time. Hannah was our party coordinator and she was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The only problem was that she was there by herself and there was multiple parties going on. I felt so bad for her because she was trying to accommodate all the parties as well as check in jumpers and she had to clean everything up by herself. You definitely need more support staff when hosting multiple birthday parties. Also the restrooms were not working which is clearly unacceptable when hosting a party for kids read more

Definitely Don't Recommend for Parties!! Host was super sweet but unfortunately she was not available during party since she was helping in other areas. Also no party room or dividers so another party next to us had some of our birthday gifts on their table, their guests came and ate our food, also put their trash on our tables. Feedback was expressed to the onsite manager but sounds like not much can be done given the limited space they are trying to max to capacity. Would recommend as a Day Trip Only! If I could give no stars I would. But unfortunately I can only give 1 star. So in January we held a large event with over 70 plus kids and adults for a party. We booked this with Get Air with well more than a month in advance. The day of the event they were understaffed and the restrooms were completely out of order due to a plumbing issue. We were not informed of this until we showed up. The entire experience was a disappointment. But I can understand that these types of things are difficult and sometimes things just happen. So as frustrating as it was I put it behind me and moved forward. Today I show up to let my 4 kids jump plus my wife and myself jump. Just to come inside and apparently it's "Toddler Time" and my 7 year old kids were about an inch and a half taller than their sign. So the employee told us that my kids were not allowed to jump. We would have to come back at Noon to jump. And refused to make an exception because they were a smidge taller than their sign. These are 7 year old kids.... Not 15 or 12 etc. These are little kids as well.. The employees excuse was "someone could complain" if he let my kids jump. Well here's my complaint... You lost money on 6 people today. And we won't ever return here. Also, we will tell others to never come here as well... I hope that inch and a half was worth it. read more

Had my daughter's 6th birthday here. Was hesitant at first because we only went once on a Saturday before and it was crowded and didn't seem that clean. Had the party on a Monday and it was a completely different experience. The party host was very attentive (wish I could remember her name) and everything was clean and set up perfectly. When she wasn't helping our party I saw her around the facility wiping everything down and cleaning. Wasn't expecting much from the pizza included but it was from NYPD, a local favorite. First of all, they overcharged me by over $100 3 weeks ago and after numerous calls and emails showing my bank statement I still do not have my refund and now corporate tells me they have "done all they can" on their end even though my refund still hasn't come through and that I should contact my bank....what a joke! Second of all...I hosted my sons birthday party there on Sunday and it was just nice to show up with a cake and balloons and the kids have fun BUT it was 112° and Get Air does not store all the bottles of soda in the fridge and they do NOT have ice on site, nor do they have pitchers if you were to bring your own ice...again...what a joke. Warm soda...Really?! I paid $500 for the party and couldn't have cold soda lol. The kids had a blast jumping around and that's what mattered most to me but it's not surprising their reviews are mediocre at best. read more

*Please read entire review* We held my son's six birthday party at this location. when we first called to get more information about the party we reserved the person over. The initial person we spoke with on the phone was not pleasant to speak with. We almost wound up, canceling the entire event. A few days later we spoke with somebody else who wound up being the GM of the location in Dos Lagos. He let me know that the customer service number may route you to a call center that does not directly employ the agents at the actual location. This helped a little bit upfront clearing up some of the miscommunication and clarifying certain items we needed information on for example how many pizzas we would have and what the drink selections would be. Moving forward when we got to the location we actually got to meet the GM Chris . He's very pleasant and apologized for the other representative behavior which made us feel a ton better. The staff was very friendly. They help set up everything which made it easier for us to help just manage the children, we had a party for 20 children. The pizza was just enough for the children and they all enjoyed jumping around for nearly 2 hours. We had various staff members help us from beginning to end. Even though we got up to an extremely rocky start Chris and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that Dominic 's experience was perfect and it was. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate in your facility. This is a birthday, I'm sure he will never forget! My recommendation is if you want to throw a party that will give you some peace of mind as a parent and something fun for the kids to do,This is the ideal location! read more

For some reason no one has been talking about this online because I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. We have a membership for our daughter who is 2 years old and have been coming to this location since 2024. Up until new management recently stepped it, the place was fantastic. She's small so other kids may be too rough around her so I liked to accompany her while on the trampolines. Went in recently and new management there was unpersonable and rude. Essentially scolding me for accompanying a 2 year old on the trampoline. We typically attend early in the mornings when there aren't many people there on weekdays. We don't cause problems, keep to ourself and don't bring unnecessary attention our way when we attend. Too much of a sudden over correction that is going to drag business away. And it was done so in an unprofessional manner from the manager who scolded a grown adult for walking on a trampoline. We'll take our business elsewhere. read more

Staff is rude. For a new place, please do better. Parents shouldn't have to fill out a waiver to "be in the building" if they aren't jumping. The process to get out of line and fill out the waiver and get back in line is nonsense. There are a lot of these jumping places, so may need to look at your staffing to compete. read more

Please clean your restrooms and restock the supplies. Most importantly get an air freshener. Everything else was fine.

Smaller trampoline park compared to others I've been to. Horribly understaffed, there is zero supervision or help from staff when out jumping and doing the other activities so be prepared to pay to jump as well so you can be with your kids to make sure they're not getting slammed in the face from a foot away with a dodgeball from some teens (hence what happened during our visit). Future trampoline park visits will definitely be to somewhere like Skyzone or Big Air. Unfortunate! read more
