It was my first time taking my toddler, I went as soon as it opened at 9AM. I think it's OK for what it costs and if you need time to spend with your kid along with friends. But GO EARLY. My time was from 9-12PM and around 11AM... kids start rolling in, parents don't watch their kids... it gets RIDICULOUS. PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS. THERE WERE KIDS THAT WERE CHAOTIC and even GRABBED my child. Unless it's empty, I highly recommend that your child is somewhat walking at least to come to this place. When it gets packed - kids just run around everywhere/bumping each other/etc. - Check in - I already filled out a waiver online and gave them my number when I was purchasing entry tickets in person. $25 for child and $5 for adult. It was our first time here, so had no idea on what to do/expect, and it wasn't really explained to me. I think the employee assumed I've been there before, so he didn't really explain. You do need to put your shoes in the front and wear socks inside. Kids need to have GRIPPY socks and adults, any socks will do. - Seating - They have lots of seats open for you to put your bags down. I was able to bring my snacks in for my kid. They were not strict about that. They do have a cafe, which I did see a lot of the parents order from. I didn't, but it seems relatively good for the foods I did see others order. They also have drinks. - Cleanliness - It was good, but could be better. I went when it opened, and I still saw lots of hairs on the ground, crumbs, lots of finger marks on the windows, and even saw a coffee cup high up in a play area. I just ensured I wiped my kid's hands before we left and did a full shower. I recommend long pants at least because there is a slide and I think it bothered my kid a bit, he was in shorts. Toys were all organized and put in place. By the time kids started to roll in... toys were EVERYWHERE. - GO EARLY - Oh my goodness, it gets VERY chaotic. And the amount of kids there are, along with PARENTS NOT WATCHING THEIR CHILD(REN) is ridiculous. Yes, I know it can be a space for them to do their work... but it was VERY SAD to see a (child) older sister, control and maintain her younger brother's tantrums. She came running every time he was upset/showed any sounds/expression of dissatisfaction - as he would kick the toys and even GRABBED my child at one point to take back a toy. I didn't even see the parent come deal with her son... Very sad thing to see.
First time here and its okay for a place to kill some time with your littles. They have a cafe and bar area to order food/drinks which is pretty convenient but overall pricy for what you get. We got some drinks, macarons, and a pizza. All were decent but nothing to rave about. Kiosk doesn't text you when order is ready like stated and the staff doesn't announce when an order is ready. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest as well as some of the toys/play stuff but the tables and dining areas seem somewhat kept up with. I love the different play areas, dress up options, slides, and ball pit. Definitely keeps the kiddos busy and having fun.
Looma Space is a fun, clean indoor playground that's perfect for young kids. The space is bright and clean, with a colorful ball pit that little ones love. The café was a pleasant surprise too -- the food is overall pretty good (such as the chicken pesto panini, chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries). It's a great spot to spend two hours to let your little one burn off some energy.
This place used to be a go to for us and our kids. But after today it looks like they're really not tending to it like they had in the past. We spent $60 on admission and $75 on food for my mom, myself, my daughter, and nephew. The food used to be soooooo good and now it's just okay- not bad but not great like it used to be. The toys & areas had ripped books, chipped paint, was just not in goood condition/ which for the cost, it absolutely should be better. The thing that really got to me was the fact that we picked the 4-7 pm slot. As soon as it hit 6 pm, they turned the music completely off and turned off some of the lights... it was so dreary that I assumed it was almost 7, but to my surprise barely six! It's a quiet "I'm done with the day so please leave" and honestly 100% the reason we will not be back. If I paid for a 3 hour experience that cost an arm and a leg/ don't make us feel uncomfortable for the last hour. It was awkward and rude and I could see the employee in the corner just waiting for us to leave. Such a bummer because we have been going since it opened- literally was one of the first people to go. We recently had a baby and wanted to wait for her to get her vaccines before taking her to kids spaces, we got my daughter so excited to go today and just felt so bad when we left. Like a disappointment for her & a waste of money for us There's also exposed cords & outlets which is not safe. The outlets alongside the seats are very easy for babies to dig into. The cords above the ball pit seems like a huge liability??
Meet up with family here and my 1 yr old enjoyed it! I didn't take much pictures to respect parents/kids privacy. They have a cafe with a lot of food/beverages options than I expected. From coffee to alcoholic drinks and all types of snacks for the kiddos! The place was kept very clean which I loved. They have a play area for babies and then a big kid area but you see all of them roaming around together. This was a no shoe area and the kids get a prize at the end! The staff were very friendly and were seen cleaning up after the kids to keep the area as clean and neat as you possibly could. Would definitely recommend and come here again!!
It was such a fun time. My 5 year old enjoyed playing dress up and pretend play with the kitchen scene and the grocery store. She worked her social skills and made friends (which was a first at an indoor playground). It was nice to see parents truly there for their kids. I like that there are cameras in every blind spot. One can watch their child from the cafe table area on the screen. The cafe was such a treat! It was nice to grab a bite to take a break from play time. The kids pancake breakfast and was hearty like we made it at home, with the minnie pancakes, eggs and bacon. I had the spam musubi and it was so good paired with my vanilla latte. I also had an americano and it was sooo good! The service was great and it was an overall enjoyable experience.
This cafe and play space is an absolute dream! Open daily at 9am, Looma Space offers 2 hour play times that you can reserve or walk-in every hour. It's impeccably clean and has more play options than you can think of. They have bigger climbing spaces, dress up, a huge kitchen/grocery store area, building, cars, and more. Then, on the other side are comfy seats and a cafe for families. The food and drink opens right away, which I appreciate as a coffee lover. They actually had a huge menu of food, from kid classics to more upscale options. I got PSL and it was sooo delicious. For all the coffee options, you can choose your sweetness levels and ice/cream levels. I also got avocado toast, which was pretty good. My friends got a charcuterie board and liked it. I came here for a birthday party. Everything was decorated beautifully. I liked that in there was additional seating area outside of the private room so you can sit and eat while watching the kids play. They have tv of camera footage as well so you can keep an eye on kids. The play area had cute toys and different activities to do. Such a cute play place. The coffee was tasty and they offer a decent food menu. My son enjoyed it and already is asking to come back.
Really cool spot for kids to play indoors when outside isn't ideal. $25 for kids and $5 for adults. Plenty of parking in the plaza. They clean a good amount. They use the spray sanitizer. There are TVs with the camera footage of the play area. They have drinks for adults, so that's a nice option. Draft beers were $10. Mimosas were $12. There's a good amount of food options, as well. Have to have socks to be inside. They have some if you don't have any. They have slippers for you to use in the bathrooms. They provide lots of items for you to borrow, if needed. They give you stickers for which kid you came in with to make sure you leave with the correct kid. There is a selfie booth type thing by the bathroom. Plenty of things for your kids to do. Would recommend for kids and adults.
Great place to keep youngster occupied with its many activities, especially dyeing inclement weather. Pleasantly surprised on how delicious their snacks and drinks were. That definitely was something unexpected. Had an enjoyable time watching the kiddos having a blast,
Wow this place removes lots of bad reviews , I wonder how they able to do it ? Here was my review from a year ago , I had to repost it , because other parents told me their reviews also gone ! I recently visited Looma and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the staff. While I understand the importance of enforcing rules for safety, the behavior of the staffs was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. During my visit , I was shocked to be yelled by a staff named Amornia that she said my son pushed a kid and throw toys, even though I was watching my son play and I didn't see him have any inappropriate behaviors , I still on my way to correct him right away after she yelled and looking for the parent. I just want to make sure the house rule what type of toy could not throw since there were couple ball pits there too. But Amornia kept yelling at me and told me :" of course you can not throw any toy ! the rule is on the wall and you signed the wavier include the rule also this is common sense!!! " I was shock to comment by a staff that I didn't have common sense to ask a question...... I went to slide and talked to my son for couple times , then he stopped play at that area. then I read the rule on wall, i was surprised not find the rule Amornia lectured me loudly in the public at all. But later the other staff admitted that Amornia made up the rule ..... So I came back try to talk to her again but there is another lady told me she would took over the conversation meanwhile a parent came over and said my son pushed her daughter earlier , I apologized to her and told her I would ask my son to apologized to her daughter too, she walked away and soon she left with her daughter. At the same time while I talked to the other staff and the parent, Amornia gossiped me LOUDLY to other parents and repeat that " this is just common sense !!!" my friends was over heard their conversation while I was talking the other staff. After I got the email of the place and the staff's name, I sit back , 5 mins later, the other staff came over and asked me to leave because this is their another house rule . I am very confused for the following reason: 1) why the staff can made up a rule without any apologize even it find out she was wrong to present the house rule within 10 mins she yelling at me. 2) why the staff can yelled at a customer and answer the question with " this is common sense" 3) I didn't have confrontation with other parent , I apologized , why I still get kick out after the parent already left with her kid. 4) I wrote a email to the owner since she was not on the site, an email replied with no name and just gave me an lecture with no apology and stated that they have to asked me leave because : they offered both parties to leave to avoid any additional confrontation.( I put the email in the picture) 5) is that normal for a business replied an email but not put any name on? I emailed again asked who is the person reply this email behalf this business but no one replied. it has been 4 days. 6) their email did say that they work extremely hard to make sure that they keep their standards high, so is that normal high standard for the staff to present the wrong house rule with that attitude? 7) if a confrontation happen, should the staff try to de-escalate or should she gossiped on the site with a very load voice ? this action was high standard ? or just unprofessional...... 8) I would think the owner care her business so maybe it is a good idea have an email address provided to the customer that the owner actually could read. 9) I came here before with my husband and his two friends, we were treated different. I feel like they treat customers with different standard, I wondering why... 10) if they want to update their new house rules to : not throw any toys. should they remove the ball pit ? I saw kids threw balls everywhere. they have two ball pits.
If you're planning on coming here make sure you have a reservation. I didn't but luckily it was empty and they accommodated us. I paid around $25 for 3hrs of play ( We only stayed one hour). My nephew wasn't wearing grip socks so I had to purchase some. It's a no shoe policy so you must leave your shoes upon entering. Super fun kid play area and since my nephew is 3, he still made the cut. There is also a coffee shop and sitting areas where you can order food and drinks. The wooden slide was a little concerning. I would like to see more padding at the end of the slide. The padding that is there doesn't seem to absorb the shock as much as I'd hope for especially for a 3yr old whose legs are landing fast into it. I've been coming to Looma for years and perhaps that's the problem. I remember what this place felt like when I first discovered it. It was genuinely impressive. Someone had clearly thought about the experience. A beautiful indoor space, imaginative little environments, places for parents to sit, decent coffee and food and enough visual restraint that you didn't feel like you'd voluntarily locked yourself inside a plastic primary colored migraine for two hours. With small children, this is no minor achievement. There still aren't many places like it in the South Bay. Which is probably why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, Looma today feels less like a premium children's space and more like the aging remains of one. You begin noticing the little things because there are so many of them. The projector by the ball pit stopped working ages ago. Other play features are broken or simply gone. Toys and foam blocks migrate around the building and apparently establish permanent residency wherever they land. Some surfaces are sticky. Vents and edges look like they haven't met a cleaning cloth in quite some time. Rooms sit unused and closed off. On our latest visit, even the bathroom was rough. None of these things individually ruins a children's playground. Kids are extraordinarily talented at destroying civilization. I have two. I understand. But maintenance is the business. If you sell a premium environment for children, the product isn't the slide you installed three years ago. The product is the slide today. The clean bathroom today. The working toy today. The stocked refrigerator today. The employee who appears mildly pleased that you've entered the building today. That last part has always been Looma's strangest weakness. Service ranges from indifferent to occasionally miserable. There have been exceptions the woman I've repeatedly encountered handling the cafe has always been genuinely sweet and helpful. But overall there's very little hospitality in a business ostensibly built around families spending time there. And when the place is crowded, all of these little failures compound. Our latest visit felt badly oversold. Not enough seating, exhausted parents orbiting tables waiting for somewhere to land, children everywhere, broken or neglected equipment and a staff seemingly resigned to surviving the shift. Then you remember what you're paying. Once admission for two children, food and drinks enter the equation, this stops being some scrappy neighborhood playroom where you forgive the duct tape and missing Lego pieces. Looma calls itself an upscale indoor playground. Fair enough. But "upscale" creates an obligation. It means someone has to care obsessively about the boring things after the beautiful launch photos have been taken. That's what frustrates me most. The bones are still good. The original idea was good. Even the food is surprisingly decent for an indoor playground, with some Korean options mixed into the usual kid fare. My children can still have a great time here. But children having fun is an extraordinarily forgiving metric. Give them a cardboard box and seventeen minutes and they'll establish a functioning municipality. Adults notice the rest. Looma doesn't need another attraction or themed event. It needs somebody to walk through the building slowly, look at every surface, every broken feature, every empty refrigerator shelf, every neglected corner and start caring about the details again read more

It was such a fun time. My 5 year old enjoyed playing dress up and pretend play with the kitchen scene and the grocery store. A bit disappointed, especially given the price and reservation policy. We were excited to try this place for the first time--my kids were thrilled--but the experience didn't meet our expectations. For over $60 just to get in, I expected better organization. The place was completely packed, and when we tried to order food, there were no available tables or chairs. Many tables were being "reserved" by bags or jackets, even though no one was actually using them to eat, which was really frustrating. Strollers were also randomly placed around the area, blocking pathways and making it hard to navigate. While I will say the place was clean and they did offer slippers outside the restrooms (a nice touch), the bathrooms themselves looked outdated compared to the renovated play space. Overall, it was a stressful experience. It would really help if the reservation included a table for families planning to eat, and maybe a separate area with just chairs for parents who are there to supervise would make things flow more smoothly. Sadly, we don't plan to return anytime soon. read more
I had heard so many great things from other mom friends about this place and how it's supposed to be better than other indoor playgrounds. Well, it was not. It was dirty and messy and the bathrooms were super run down and toilet paper everywhere. Please get a shoe rack outside of the bathroom for the slippers you provide to go into bathroom. Do better. The poor front desk girl (who was lovely) had to pick up all the mess and try to clean up as much as she could. She was the only looma employee I saw except the kitchen people. It was insane! And gross. I didn't see anybody disinfecting like other places I've been to. Another parent and I were helping clean up because everything was such a mess... The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because they sell alcohol and have an expansive food menu for both adults and kids. I will not be going back. What a disappointment read more
My kids are 3 and 5 and had a decent time, so if your kids are older than 8, I don't think it would be enjoyable. Came on Memorial Day and when I first walked in I noticed an odor that seems to be coming from the restroom. The restrooms weren't renovated like the play area so thankfully they offer slippers for the restrooms, cause I wouldn't go in there with just my socks on. The play area looks larger in photos, but it's actually pretty small. If your child likes to pretend play, they would enjoy it. In the middle by the seating area, there is a small section for babies to play. Sometimes there isn't any staff members at the front. While I was there for my two hours, I noticed one mom who was trying to leave, but had to go find a staff member to help let her out. & When you do leave, there is a prize cart where your child can redeem a prize before leaving with the $1 Looma Dollar you get when you first come in. They offer decent meals and snacks at the cafe, but we had lunch before arriving so didn't get a chance to try the cafe food. I did order 2 coffee (vanilla latte and a dalgona) but drinks were 3/5. Accidentally ended up in a kids cafe lol. But their strawberry matcha is sooo good!! Looks like a fun spot for kids, an indoor playground of sorts - $25 for kids and $5 for adults. I'll definitely come back with my nieces! read more

I came two months ago and came back again, but there were no toys then, and there are still none now ! they're all broken or don't work. They said they would fix it and they didn't keep it. It's such a waste of money read more
What a fun indoor playground! It's modern and nicely decorated, but I think my favorite part is the full cafe and food menu. We didn't get to order since we planned to grab dinner after but it's such a great option for parents and families! We booked ahead online for a 2-hour play session on a Saturday afternoon. Make sure to book ahead and sign waivers ahead of time so your kid isn't waiting around too long in the lobby while you check in. L The place was packed when we walked in! There were no tables available in sight so we just parked our friends stroller and stood around the play area with the kids. They have a small area for the smaller babies which is nice if they can't move around too much or if you don't want them trampled by bigger kids. It would be nice if they have a younger age only session available (i.e. under age 5) so they can safely maneuver the activities. There is one slide but at check in they recommended that it's only for ages 4 and up. It's a bit steep but it's all wood so not really the best if the kid leans back onto it while sliding. Overall super cute place, I saw they had a pizza making class for older kids while we were there. There is even a fun Photo Booth in the corner and you can email the photos to yourself for free. The themed areas were cute but low on toys or they were just not put back in place, for example the kitchen barely had any food toys... maybe they just didn't have the staff to roam around and put things back often like I've seen at other play places. My favorite part though is the toy money they give the kids at check-in (each kid gets $1) and you get to redeem it for a prize before you leave. This is super genius because it's a good way for parents to be able to get the kids out the door! If you're a parent you know how difficult it can be to leave a fun place. We come here every time they have characters come in! My son always has a blast! Everything is always so clean and organized. Staff is constantly putting toys back, cleaning up and making sure the kids are in the correct play areas. Such a treat every time ! I haven't had their food yet but I've had plenty of lattes which are superb ! Can't wait to plan my sons 5th birthday party here in a couple of years read more
A very bright and clean playspace for young children. It's got a ball room with a projector video game, a huge play castle with slides and easy climbing, and dozens of educational activities like a spelling board and play kitchens. People who come here tend to be very nice and interested in giving children a nice place to play. The staff is pretty fairly good and help you check in easily and run the area well. Another huge draw is the waiting/dining area for adults and families. It has cameras which allow you to monitor your child in normally hard to see areas. What's more there's a fairly nice kitchen which has a wide range of fresh choices as well as espresso and many other beverages (wine/beer too). You do need to book in advance to guarantee entry and the food can be a bit pricey. The play time itself is a little expensive too, but honestly it's worth it for all the great, clean, well-maintained play spaces. It's much better than similar play spaces like Dig-IT or shelling out big money at a theme park. It's also weather-proof, which gives it a leg up over the typical park or outdoor playspace. read more
