I'm convinced, Dara consulted with me more times than any other party planner and helped me decide what activities made sense for my guests, what type of food, she even helped me determine who I should invite! She helped me sneak certain things behind my husband's back and helped coordinate with the party rental company to get it all set up. My husband was surprised even though he almost ruined our set up plans because he left extremely late which sent me into a frenzy! After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. As an attempt to get in communication with the company to get a quote after hours I used the "book now" feature on their website. The book now feature did work. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

When I decided to do a gender reveal party for my last baby, it was important to me that I would find out what the gender was with my family and friends at the SAME time - which is why I wanted to go with the balloon popping route... Even though it was going to be costly (Melissa quoted me $140), I decided to go with Melissa because she was the only vendor who said that an ivory balloon was doable (all other vendors I asked said they could only do black because the pink or blue confetti/mini balloons inside would be see through). So when I asked Melissa about an ivory balloon and she said that was doable, I trusted her... I even asked her once before I sealed the deal (out of hesitation and my gut from all of the other vendors saying they could only do a black balloon) if the confetti inside would be see-through and she reassured me it wouldn't be. I regret trusting her and should've followed my gut. Melissa comes on the day of my gender reveal party, with the ivory balloon, which is totally see-through. The blue inside couldn't be more obvious. What sucked was as soon as everyone walked through my door, the first comment they made was "we can see the blue inside..." - so to say my gender reveal party, which is supposed to be a special, sweet, and truly once in a lifetime moment was ruined by Melissa and her ignorance.. is an understatement. This place opened up 6 months ago. I had no idea we had a balloon shop right in the heart of Torrance. It's hard to miss them too, as they put a lot of their own balloons for display right outside the store. Inside is very clean and very organized. We purchased a bundle of balloons for our kid's birthday and she LOVED them. Went to bed with them in fact! Unfortunately the big bluey started losing helium after the first night. We took a chance and called them in case they were able to help us fill it back up. They encouraged me to come on in and were VERY apologetic about the balloon. They re-inflated the balloon and tried to find the source of the leak for free. And for my troubles of driving back in, they offered to give me a free balloon. I declined initially but they were very insistent. It was so awesome of them to do that! Will be coming back again!
