After the call, she sent the quote within 24 hrs. Due to weather restrictions, I requested to change from outdoor set-up to an indoor one. She even added an extra board to complete the backdrop because she thought it would make the whole picture look better with that extra little touch. The balloons were appreciated by the recipient and that's all I wanted! I will say the foil balloons could have had a little more helium because they weren't fully inflated- maybe it can be attributed to the heat, but I had the AC on... so idk.
