Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

We were on the second floor and to get to the top you could take the elevator or take the spiral staircase. Not much seating upstairs outside of the actual conference rooms. Downstairs have about 15 seats in the foyer to do some quick work. The room we had was super spacious. It was only about 100 of us in the room and it felt like we could have fit 500 easily. Another great perk, there was a lot of stalls to use in the male bathroom which is typically not the case. So that was nice.
