I had my baby shower at Adventure Onn and it was a wonderful experience! The venue was clean, spacious, and provided plenty of room for our guests to comfortably celebrate. Parking was also very convenient. The parking is in the back and shared with other retail shops. My sister and best friend planned the shower and worked closely with Chantell. Chantell understood my vision for the balloon arch and brought it to life beautifully. It turned out even better than I imagined! I'm so happy to have a venue like this in our community. I rented this space for my twins can't have one without the other milk and cookies 1st birthday. She truely brought the cookie theme to life making it one sweet part for our little sweet ones :-). She was very kind and helpful, her space is spacious, very cleaned and well maintained. They even had a changing table for the little ones. We enjoyed the space and so did our guest. All I had to do was the table settings, bring the food, drinks and goodies. It was an epic party with great memories that we will charish forever. Chantell the owner, is the best and super easy to communicate with. She also is so willing to help with the ideas on theme and how to make the space feel unique and special for your party! The owner Chantelle brooks is very snappy, seems like she has on a lot on her plate and doesn't deliver. Arriving to the venue there were no table or chairs set up. Her husband was there just waiting had no clue what was happening when Chantelle had agreed for table set up.. At the end of the day it seems like she picks and chooses who she wants to deal with. Do your research, she only provided three trash bags for all of the trash. She was not very helpful through this process and tried to blame my daughter for having a bad day when she's the owner providing a service. She failed to collect the deposit before the day of the event and then was harassing my daughter during the event for the $500. Threatened to come during our event time when it was already paid for made the environment uncomfortable.. I myself I'm a business owner. I know what it takes to fully commit to customer service and she is not it. Regardless this was our experience. I wanna share for everybody to know I would never come back here again nor would I recommend this place ever again . She preferred to communicate through text messages, but my daughter was smarter than that and had everything through email had all the proof of her messages . She literally brought a bag of tablecloths and we had to try to sort them out. Imagine trying to set up for your event not knowing what's what, which ones are for the round tables, or the square tables as if we don't have a lot of work to do ourselves for the day of the event. She "graciously" provided us with table runners, not even enough for all of the tables, and some of them were dirty with food on them. She could care less about your event. She only wants her money and she provides poor customer service. She provides no set up time. Again, another reflection of her bad customer service.. read more

I booked Adventure Onn in October for my son's 1st birthday in July and it was everything! The owner, Chantell is very helpful and her communication skills were amazing! Adventure Onn offers packages that fits every budget! It was a fun event for both adults and children. It gave the adults a sense of freedom because the kids were able to play and parents were able to watch their children at any angle. Throughout the months we kept in touch and offered her assistance with any ideas I had. She has other vendors who are able to help make your party/event dream comes true! The location was perfect- easy to get to, plenty of parking and space, and the venue itself held about 100 or more people. There's even a grocery store across the street if you need anything! Amazing space and service!! I initially had my own decorator for my baby shower and I was dealing with communication difficulties. Chantel was more than excellent with communication and bringing my vision to life. I can only respect a woman's hussle when she's an executor. I am a busy businesswomen/ student/ mom and I didn't have time for any one who was lagging on communication. My Babyshower was amazingly beautiful and I wished we could pick it up and dump it in my home. The drapery, the decor, the colors, the set up, AMAZING! Everyone can't stop calling me about the venue and the way it was set up. My family even booked this space for our thanksgiving party because they loved it so much! I have to respond, Chantelle. There is no way I would knowingly ever pay $1642.00 to anyone to drop off food and leave. I would not do that Ever. I certainly wouldn't pay them $1900.00 to a caterer to drop off food and leave. I could have bought food myself for far less than $1642.00 and just set it out. Again ,remember I bought 48 pieces of fried chicken which just cost me $53.00 and some change. I transferred this chicken to foil covered deep aluminum' pans. The chicken tasted better and was warmer than the caterer's food. To continue to act as if this caterer did me a favor by staying five hours is outrageous to say the least. I did not know I was responsible for serving food or else I would have purchased food heating devices. I find it odd that you keep claiming she was not going to serve food when it was agreed that food was to be served at 4:00 pm.The food was cold.Why did the caterer feed obligated to stay 5 hours?! That price amounts to over $32.00 per person. You vouched for this caterer wholeheartedly before this event. I could have bought hard cheap rolls in a bag. I had no direct contact with this caterer.you handled everything. I do not even know the caterer's . I do not know the name of the caterer's company. Let's move on. Cute, trendy & clean indoor playground in the heart of Carson near city hall/ihop/green door coffee! We attended a St Patrick's themed Paw Patrol hosted event. Toooo adorable. My son is obsessed and these are the best kind of playgrounds when it's too chilly outside, but you want your little ones to get their energy out. My Retirement Party was held at this venue recently. The decorations and space was beautifully done. The space is also air conditioned. But the recommended catering was a rip off. I paid $1900.00 for catering for 50 people. The recommended catering hired by the owner was not good. First of all, the caterer did not have enough food for 50 people. I was surprised when I saw the small amount of food. The food was served in cheap aluminum thin pans- not deep cheap aluminum pans but thin shallow aluminum pans. Nothing was used to keep the food warm during service of the food and keeping the food warm throughout service. What is even worse is that the owner did not have any way to keep the food hot. The caterer did not have heating devices to keep the food warm. The food was cold! The caterer had food warmer cabinet that was meant to keep the food during transport only not when the food is served. The food warmer cabinet does not work very well for cheap aluminum pans. The food warmer works for stainless steel pans. The cheap hard inedible rolls were not up to par. The butter was placed in a tub. The salad was placed in a large cheap aluminum pan. There was only one flavor of salad dressing!!! It was not the popular ranch dressing. It was an Italian dressing (big cheap bottle) that most people do not like. I repeat it was not ranch dressing!!!!!! The gold paper plates were small and flimsy. But worst of all the small amount of roast beef was very tough and difficult to eat! There was no way that was enough roast beef for 50 people. If you use these venue DO NOT LET THE OWNER HIRE YOUR CATERER. The caterer did not bring or supply ice for the lemonade and sweet tea. The lemonade and sweet tea was just above room temperature. The caterer bought a cheap bottle of water. The owner of the venue provided the containers to hold the liquids. The was no liquid dispenser for water. It would have been nice if 3 drink dispenser had been suppled- one for water, one for lemonade and one for the ice tea. I thought I would get two fresh pots of coffee instead there was Keurig cups for guest to make their own coffee. I am moving on. But $1900.00. read more

How am I the first review?!? This indoor play deserves all the stars. I brought my twins to one of their hosted events today which included a meet and greet with a paw patrol character, arts & crafts, open play, live story time with the author of the featured book, AND a pizza lunch for the kiddos. The facility was clean, staff were so accommodating, and the entire event was well organized. We try to visit all of the local indoor play facilities and this is at the top. Keep in mind there is an age recommendation of 1-5, so sadly my boys will outgrow the area in a year, but they had a blast. We will definitely be back. The owner of the location went above and beyond checking in on the kids and the parents. There is a ball pit, jumper, soft play toys, and kid sized tables and chairs for a group. Lots of seating was also available for the parents. The owner clearly takes pride in her business as she told us that she disinfects every ball in that ball pit by HAND!! For parents who get anxious about cleanliness, they ensure a safe environment for all of the kids. They do a great job of limiting the space so it doesn't get overcrowded and the kids can enjoy everything inside. It is located in the same plaza where the iHop is and parking is free inside of the structure. Book your event here and make sure you ask about the vendors she partners with. wow! amazing! The best! just a couple words that come to mind when describing the party we had at Adventure Onn. We had originally planned our daughter's 4th birthday outside at a park and 3 days before the party there was 75% chance of rain in the forecast. Needless to say I was running around like crazy trying to find a fun, safe, indoor space for the patry. I legit called 15 places and finally found Adventure Onn! i spoke with Chantell and she invited me to come over to view the space. It was even more perfect in person! Such a calm and neutral aesthetic and most importantly a safe and fun place for the kids! With so many options available, we were able to get the space with the soft play and bounce house, as well as dessert cart, children's table and chairs and adult tables and chairs too. Chantell was a dream to work with! She was very responsive and helped make planning everything for such a last minute party a breeze. On the day of the party she even helped us set up!! Now talk about service! we were able to bring our own food and decorations and truly make the party come to life as we had pictured. I can literally say this was one of the best parties we have had! Our guests were raving about the space and enjoyed themselves. And not to mention the birthday girl! She had such a blast! She kept saying this is the best day Mommy! As a mama, knowing that your children are safe and having fun is the absolute best. It allowed me to actually enjoy the party myself. Would highly recommend Adventure Onn, 10 out of 10!!! read more
