This place was cool! Unfortunately the matcha wasn't that good (as you can tell by the picture) but my friend really liked her coffee! This place is awesome though - it's such a cool building with lots of areas to work. The vibe was great and the service was good as well!

Tasty drinks! Cool vibe inside the cafe. It would be a solid place to study/work. I really enjoyed the rich flavor or my Ube matcha. My sis enjoyed the Ube latte. I'm curious to try some of their other drinks. The service was fine. I got there near closing time so they were preoccupied trying to close everything out. Completely understandable. I would visit again if I were in the area.

Super cute very relaxing lots of outlets everywhere (for devices) plenty of space. The food and coffee came out quick. They're doing a great job here.

Been driving past this establishment for a few years now. My daughter who recently got her drivers license wanted to check this place out and said she was going so I tagged along. Looks are deceiving because from the outside it appears to be small. But upon entering, it is quite a large space. Tables and couches all around mostly filled by students studying by themselves or collaborating with others. My daughter loved the vibes - thought the music matched her own tastes and the volume was just right. We ordered 3 drinks: Coconut matcha with banana foam top, Ube matcha with banana foam top and a mocha. Good, but a little too sweet for our tastes. My daughter says she wants to have to do a study session there with her friends soon.

Love love love this place! their matcha is to die for Such a great place I come here regularly for a pick me up before I start my college class. Such a great environment to study in as well, everyone is always very respectful of their space. The service is always great here.

We finally tried this coffee shop after driving by for years and not knowing what it was. The Spanish latte was good, but the cereal latte was mediocre. It just tasted like a regular iced coffee, I couldn't tell what made it "cereal." The almond croissant was excellent though and my husband liked his matcha pistachio croissant. There are little things for sale, like clothes and accessories and plant things. Seating is plentiful, though it was crowded when we went. There are tables for working and little pods that can be reserved if you need privacy. There's also an outdoor patio in the back, and a small parking lot.

The good: What a huge and beautiful, fun, and functional space! We found street parking outside easily. We loved the couch nook area with the kids play kitchen and books. I liked the various types of seating options. They had a fun metal ring on a string hook game too. The menu had many fun and punny seasonal drink options. We got the matchastein drink (white chocolate and pistachio) and the Santa's nutty list coffee we well as a caramel steamer for the kids and a grilled cheese sandwich. They sold cool sweaters inside and had nice art. The flavors listed for the drinks really shined and were apparent in each drink. The drinks are on the sweeter side. The bad: My husband wished the matcha and coffee were served hotter. The interesting: They had giant and delicious-looking croissants.

Stopped by for a quick pick-me-up before a walk and ended up staying longer than planned because the space is super work-friendly. Vibe / Interior: Warm, calm, and thoughtfully designed -- it feels like a café + coworking hybrid. There are reservable seating options (booths/tables) if you want privacy, plus plenty of open seating if you're more casual about it. It's also very family-friendly. What I Ordered: Spanish Latte & Cereal Latte. Both were good, but not must-repeat for me. Next time I'd probably go for one of their more unique drinks (their ube + matcha combos seem to be what people rave about). Service: Pretty transactional -- not rude, just minimal. Totally fine if you want a no-frills coffee run. Good For: Remote work / studying (especially if you want a reservable spot). Parents with kids (there's space for families). Small meet-ups or casual collab sessions Price / Value: ~$6-7 per drink which feels standard for LA/South Bay coffee these days. Parking: Street parking + there's also customer parking nearby, which is always a win. Pro Tips: Reserve your seating ahead of time if you want privacy -- they offer an actual booking setup (not just "good luck finding a corner").

STAY FAR AWAY . The owner needs to check their employees and hire people who actually want to WORK and have a more welcoming demeanor and owner should look into investing more in the quality AND quantity of their matcha as well as learning from other small businesses that when a customer is unhappy with their order it would go a long way to offer a re-make or something else. As a small business owner, I understand customer service is EVERYTHING but clearly this business does not. Charged me $10 for a matcha latte( i paid extra for extra matcha ) and it tasted like they skimped out on quantity and i simply asked for a re-make or an alternative and they said sorry we already used product cant "waste more" so cant offer you anything and the barista was incredibly rude and lacked empathy. Sometimes you have to "waste" product to achieve customer satisfaction and if you understood running a business you would understand its not wasting, its investing in returning customers. Bc guess what you just lost a new customer who could have been a returning regular customer had you "wasted product", had the decency to simply offer a re-make or alternative drink and showed empathy like every other cafe would. The owner needs to learn how to run a small business and this barista needs to get fired along with all the other unfriendly workers who create an unwelcoming environment.

Friendly service. Food was good. I ordered a muffin (I think it was a banana muffin). It was a muffin and a good one at that. The drinks were good too. There is ample amounts of space. It's also a working communal area. For an hourly charge you can rent a corner space or a cubical like quiet area. Oh, they also sell some jewelry, plants, books, pet tags, and coffee accessories.

    Original Silvania
    Jessica G.

The spot gave that coworking space vibe, but more on the casual side as it did accommodate those who wanna 'work' work, but also those who just chilled but got some things done; including those coming with kids and needed space to play! Interestingly there were some individual seats that were bit cornered, giving some space for those who wanna focus. Making it complete, they did serve some uncommon bites and drinks. I got their Original Silvania, basically frozen version of Filipino's iconic Sans Rival cake (IYKYK), so yes kinda like ice cream sandwich but lighter, making it perfect companion to my coffee. It's soft yet crumbly with butterscotch-flavored cream stuffing. MUST NOT BE SKIPPED! I got their fall special Toffee Latte for my coffee as the house made toffee intrigued me. The coffee was okay, but I'd say the toffee was tad too subtle. Nonetheless, won't be a stopper for me to come back as I could tell this space was a perfect 'office away from office'.

    Iced ube latte
    Carina B.

I initially gave Corridor Flow 4 stars, but after trying them out again this morning, I was even more impressed. I got the ube latte again but this time I got it iced, iced version is even better than the hot one I loved before, super creamy, just the right amount of ube flavor without tasting artificial, and still nicely coffee-forward. I swapped in oat milk, which made it extra creamy, and the price still came out under seven bucks including tip, really amazing for what you get. They were quick with my order, parking was easy, and honestly, they're just super consistent. So, here's that extra star, I'll definitely be back!

    Very spacious

What a pleasant surprise! Accidentally found a super cute coffee shop in the neighborhood. It was very spacious inside and drinks were pretty good. The only downside is finding a parking space. This is a place I would like to try again.

When I visited, there were easily 5 other groups and individuals studying here. I have a big soft spot for banana flavored items. A BIG SOFT SPOT. Banana Cream Pie Latte - this one carries the biggest punch for banana lovers. Banana cream the entire way from start to finish. Not too sweet. Awesome foam top too. I highly recommend drinking these without the straw. Foam top drinks are best appreciated when you get a nice 50:50 ratio of the foam and drink. Banana Matcha Latte - the name speaks for itself. It's a nice mixture of both. So if you're looking to feel a little healthier with the matcha element, then go for it. This was probably the prettiest drink of the 3 that we had. Americano - delicious and got the job done here. I naturally enjoy Ethiopian and Colombian beans. I brew them often at home. I was definitely wide awake after these drinks lol Strawberrynana Waffle - If you LOVE belgian-style waffles like me, then you'll find yourself ordering this again and again. It wasn't too sweet but sweet enough to easily go through 2 or 3 of these plates if you're crazy enough. Banana Walnut Honey Bread - the best for last! I really loved eating brick toast growing up. This coffee bar is incredible, there is almost always a wait (especially during noon so prepare for…read morethat) but it's always 100% worth it. Their coffee is phenomenal. I have gone with a few people many times and our favorites are: the Spanish latte, Mexican Chai, Chai Latte, and Mocha Latte. The Spanish latte is especially good, and the Chai latte is the best I have had in my life it's so well made. The Mexican Chai I can only describe as a cinnamon heaven with the best Chai base flavor ever. The Mocha latte is heavy in the best way possible, it's super strong and I love it. The best part I think for all the drinks is the baristas do not hold back on the coffee, and you always get your moneys worth. None of it is water down, and it's such a great pick me up. I can't really speak on the Matcha cause no one in my group has tried it since we aren't really big Matcha enjoyers. But I have been told that the strawberry Matcha is transcendent and absolutely fantastic. They have a bunch of Matcha flavor options as well, which would be amazing if I was a Matcha connoisseur, but unfortunately, I'm not . So I can't really speak well on that yet, but have only told fantastic things about it. The workers are all kind and work really fast so you get your drinks really quickly even though the line is pretty long. I will say the best time to go and get drinks is around in the morning when they open around 7:30 on the weekends. Again I have to restate wait is always 100% worth it for the amazing quality drinks you will get. I also forgot to mention the fact, you can customize your drinks to have different types of milk and they also have a bunch of other vegan food options as well. I think this is amazing even though my group doesn't really get those options, because I've been told even when people change out the milk, it taste the exact same, which I think is absolutely incredible. (Side note I may update this when I take a photo next time I go because I always forget to before I put on the top on and start drinking ) The experience is great. The drinks are absolutely incredible and the workers are very nice and very helpful.5/5 stars

Unfortunately, my visit on July 25 was a completely different experience. The black sesame bingsu had a strong pepper-like taste, making it unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the taiyaki we ordered didn't arrive until about 30 minutes later, so we no longer had time to enjoy it at the restaurant and had to take it to-go. When we politely brought up the taste of the bingsu with an employee (a young man with glasses and shoulder-length hair), he became defensive, spoke to us rudely, and walked away in the middle of the conversation before we could finish explaining the issue. At that point, we weren't even complaining about the delayed taiyaki. We simply wanted to let them know something seemed wrong with the dessert. We did eventually receive an apology for the delayed taiyaki, but only after we asked about the reason for the delay. The employee explained that he had mixed up our order with another table. I've supported Okrumong for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Everyone makes mistakes, and a delayed order or a food quality issue can happen. What really stood out was how the situation was handled. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was far below the standard I've come to expect from Okrumong.
