Service was friendly and fast. I got the Salted Brown Butter Latte and it was alright. Inside is small but cozy. I've driven by a few times and have seen this place so I already knew roughly where it was located. Parking was easy to find.

Quaint Cafe is such a cute cafe! I love their vibe. I ordered the salted brown butter latte & unfortunately did not care for it. It was really milky and the flavors were too contrasting for me. It tasted a little nutty (like pistachio). I couldn't really enjoy my drink but understand they are a new business and know that they will fine tune things as they stay open!

A new QUAINT sized coffee shop in old Torrance... I love it!! Super duper cute and tiny ! It has public street parking, no private lot or anything. No restroom either just strictly a coffee shop. They have a very small bakery case at the cashiers, I believe it had banana bread, it was hard to tell with no labels and I didn't want a pastry so I didn't ask but it def looked like banana bread to me. They also have a case with spindrifts and pellegrino available. The menu is quite limited which I do not think is a bad thing as it allows them to perfect their drinks. I ended up ordering the Salted Brown Butter Latte that came out to $7.72. I waited about 10-15mins after 3 other customers to get my coffee. Not that bad. Service was very standard nothing special. Now let me tell you !!!!! If you ever had brown butter cookies or even smelled brown butter before, they NAILED it. This coffee tasted exactly like brown butter. Absolutely delicious. But now leeeet me tell you, that lid with all the cold foam? I went home for privacy.... That lid ended up looking new when I was done with it. BUT IT DOESNT STOP THERE. My back is so huge I grabbed a mini spatula to scrape all the last of the foam from the cup. Honestly. It looked like it was never used at the end. I left it spotless. The cold foam was salty. I looooooooooove salty stuff so it was in my alley. I was having a VERY intimate moment with this cold foam. I would def come back. 12/10. Delicious signature coffee. I haven't seen a salted brown butter latte before, only the generic brown sugar one and I prefer this one WAAAAAAAAAY more. They have a table outside otherwise not much space to enjoy. You can hot gurl walk with your cafecito!

    Salted brown butter latte, delicious.

What a brand new gem added to Torrance! Finally got to check it out today. The staff was super sweet! I was torn between ordering the salted brown butter latte or their banana cream latte. Ended up going with the salted brown butter latte and it was the perfect pick me up. Loved the blend of the drink, not too sweet, but just the perfect balance of what I was looking for. Also purchased their chocolate banana bread which was also delicious! The Quaint Cafe lives up to its name. An adorable small coffee shop for the perfect caffeine pick me up. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back to try their banana cream latte next!

*quick update! They are one of the few coffee shops who won't charge extra for swapping out milk types!! I think they used to charge during the soft opening so I super appreciate that adjustment!

The Quaint Cafe is small, but it's seriously charming. The workers were genuinely kind and patient. You can tell they care about what they're making, because they took their time to craft the perfect latte. I ordered the salted brown butter latte, and wow--it was really good. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with that "special treat" vibe in every sip. I'm already excited to come back and try the banana latte! Overall, this cute little coffee shop is definitely worth supporting, especially if you love great drinks and friendly service.

I was working in the area and found this place while searching on Google Maps. The name caught my attention right away, so I figured I'd give it a try. The shop itself is pretty small ... you order inside, and there's tables outside if you want to sit, but that's about it. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee, and it definitely hit the spot. Exactly what I needed to get through a long workday. Sometimes the best coffee shops are the simple ones, and this is one of them. If I'm back in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping by.

    Banana cream latte.

I was running errands in the neighborhood and I tried their banana cream latte. So glad I did! The latte is made with a housemate banana cream and was just the right level of sweet. They have chairs and little tables set up outside so you can enjoy your drink. The server was friendly and let me have a moment as I decided what I wanted.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into their food and drinks. As for the ambiance, it's perfect for those who want to hang out and catch up with friends/family or to study. When I visited, there were easily 5 other groups and individuals studying here. I have a big soft spot for banana flavored items. A BIG SOFT SPOT. Banana Cream Pie Latte - this one carries the biggest punch for banana lovers. Banana cream the entire way from start to finish. Not too sweet. Awesome foam top too. I highly recommend drinking these without the straw. Foam top drinks are best appreciated when you get a nice 50:50 ratio of the foam and drink. Banana Matcha Latte - the name speaks for itself. It's a nice mixture of both. So if you're looking to feel a little healthier with the matcha element, then go for it. This was probably the prettiest drink of the 3 that we had. Americano - delicious and got the job done here. I naturally enjoy Ethiopian and Colombian beans. I brew them often at home. I was definitely wide awake after these drinks lol Strawberrynana Waffle - If you LOVE belgian-style waffles like me, then you'll find yourself ordering this again and again. It wasn't too sweet but sweet enough to easily go through 2 or 3 of these plates if you're crazy enough. Banana Walnut Honey Bread - the best for last! I really loved eating brick toast growing up. There were so many stores back in the day that sold them, and now I can't find them as easily. In fact, Caffe Bene is the only place in the South Bay that I know that sells them. This one brought me back to the past and put a gigantic smile on my face. Delicious, perfectly sweet, balanced, and finished wanting more. Highly recommend!

Mont Blanc- honestly the only thing that was actually worth getting out of everything I tried. For $10 it's a bit pricey for the quality. I do know it's a lengthy process to make, but it's not even fresh. Upon opening the lid, there were some ice shards on the side of my cup. The chestnut part of it was extremely delicious but the cheesecake on the bottom was so stale and dry. Chestnut cookie - so small. Only contained a few pieces of chestnut. The cookie is dry. Chestnut donut- this is literally a cake version of the cookie. To my disappointment, this was not fresh. It was cold- like refrigerated cold. So dry and stale. Chestnut wheel cake- this was warm but the cake part of it is also soooo dry. Overall the chestnuts are delicious but the execution of the items is so poor. I was very disappointed because I loved the chestnuts. Maybe next time I will just get the roasted chestnuts.

I have gone with a few people many times and our favorites are: the Spanish latte, Mexican Chai, Chai Latte, and Mocha Latte. The Spanish latte is especially good, and the Chai latte is the best I have had in my life it's so well made. The Mexican Chai I can only describe as a cinnamon heaven with the best Chai base flavor ever. The Mocha latte is heavy in the best way possible, it's super strong and I love it. The best part I think for all the drinks is the baristas do not hold back on the coffee, and you always get your moneys worth. None of it is water down, and it's such a great pick me up. I can't really speak on the Matcha cause no one in my group has tried it since we aren't really big Matcha enjoyers. But I have been told that the strawberry Matcha is transcendent and absolutely fantastic. They have a bunch of Matcha flavor options as well, which would be amazing if I was a Matcha connoisseur, but unfortunately, I'm not . So I can't really speak well on that yet, but have only told fantastic things about it. The workers are all kind and work really fast so you get your drinks really quickly even though the line is pretty long. I will say the best time to go and get drinks is around in the morning when they open around 7:30 on the weekends. Again I have to restate wait is always 100% worth it for the amazing quality drinks you will get. I also forgot to mention the fact, you can customize your drinks to have different types of milk and they also have a bunch of other vegan food options as well. I think this is amazing even though my group doesn't really get those options, because I've been told even when people change out the milk, it taste the exact same, which I think is absolutely incredible. (Side note I may update this when I take a photo next time I go because I always forget to before I put on the top on and start drinking ) The experience is great. The drinks are absolutely incredible and the workers are very nice and very helpful.5/5 stars

Made with coconut, macadamia syrup, and oat milk by default, it had a perfectly balanced, tropical flavor--great for vegans or the lactose intolerant. However, it's not the best spot for working or studying. The WiFi was so slow that I had to use my personal hotspot, and the seating consists of benches and mini tables that aren't comfortable for long periods. There are a few outlets, but you have to cross the street to a food court to use the bathroom. They have a shared parking lot out front. I'll definitely be back for the Island Matcha, but not to get work done!

Unfortunately, my visit on July 25 was a completely different experience. The black sesame bingsu had a strong pepper-like taste, making it unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the taiyaki we ordered didn't arrive until about 30 minutes later, so we no longer had time to enjoy it at the restaurant and had to take it to-go. When we politely brought up the taste of the bingsu with an employee (a young man with glasses and shoulder-length hair), he became defensive, spoke to us rudely, and walked away in the middle of the conversation before we could finish explaining the issue. At that point, we weren't even complaining about the delayed taiyaki. We simply wanted to let them know something seemed wrong with the dessert. We did eventually receive an apology for the delayed taiyaki, but only after we asked about the reason for the delay. The employee explained that he had mixed up our order with another table. I've supported Okrumong for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Everyone makes mistakes, and a delayed order or a food quality issue can happen. What really stood out was how the situation was handled. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was far below the standard I've come to expect from Okrumong.
