This coffee bar is incredible, there is almost always a wait (especially during noon so prepare for that) but it's always 100% worth it. Their coffee is phenomenal. I have gone with a few people many times and our favorites are: the Spanish latte, Mexican Chai, Chai Latte, and Mocha Latte. The Spanish latte is especially good, and the Chai latte is the best I have had in my life it's so well made. The Mexican Chai I can only describe as a cinnamon heaven with the best Chai base flavor ever. The Mocha latte is heavy in the best way possible, it's super strong and I love it. The best part I think for all the drinks is the baristas do not hold back on the coffee, and you always get your moneys worth. None of it is water down, and it's such a great pick me up. I can't really speak on the Matcha cause no one in my group has tried it since we aren't really big Matcha enjoyers. But I have been told that the strawberry Matcha is transcendent and absolutely fantastic. They have a bunch of Matcha flavor options as well, which would be amazing if I was a Matcha connoisseur, but unfortunately, I'm not . So I can't really speak well on that yet, but have only told fantastic things about it. The workers are all kind and work really fast so you get your drinks really quickly even though the line is pretty long. I will say the best time to go and get drinks is around in the morning when they open around 7:30 on the weekends. Again I have to restate wait is always 100% worth it for the amazing quality drinks you will get. I also forgot to mention the fact, you can customize your drinks to have different types of milk and they also have a bunch of other vegan food options as well. Came on a Saturday around 10:20 AM and there was already a good line out the door. Waited about 15 minutes in line and another 10 minutes for the drinks to come out. All I can say is wow. Genuinely the most beautiful latte art I've seen in my life!!! You can tell how well they steam their milk because the consistency was perfect. The foam was stable, and the art didn't immediately dissolve or lose its shape when I picked up the cup. The barista's level of precision and control was seriously impressive , my goodnesssss The hot espresso by itself was yum too. The espresso had floral notes with hints of citrus and fruit coming through, and it's a really enjoyable cup even by itself. I also ordered the chaggachino. It was on the sweeter side for me (I don't like my drinks too sweet), but still very delicious. Creamy, rich, and comforting without completely overpowering the coffee flavors underneath. We also got the ham and cheese croissant, which was nicely warm, buttery and crisp on the outside and good proportion of cheese and ham. Every time I have been to The Enclave, this coffee bar has always been busy, with long lines out the door. Today it so happens there were no long lines so I decided to finally give them a try. It's been a year or two since I discovered that nook opened another location here at the enclave. it's still very trendy, with long lines out the door, despite the sudden outbreak of coffee shops appearing all along the South Bay. All the baristas are very friendly and sweet - some I talk to every time I visit. The drinks are of top quality. A co-worker I introduced this shop to, goes every week and the reason she kept coming back was that unlike Starbucks, she doesn't have to make any substitutions. The quality is consistent each and every single time she goes. I agree with her in that every time I go, whether its the honey lavender latte, lavender chai or the matcha - the consistency is the same and the espresso is strong yet smooth. There was luckily no line when I came, (~3 PM) and I easily enough put in my order for an iced chai latte with whole milk. The chai latte was delicious and sweet, the service was super quick and friendly and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes to say the least. The vibes in the area outside of the Nook Coffee bar are great also. There's a ping pong table, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating. OKAY, ITS GOOD. I came here a few times getting the wrong thing! It's all about the HONEY OAT LATTE. It's the right balance between coffee and a sweet treat. I kept coming here and getting the SPANISH LATTE and it just kept tasting like milk, kept having to add shots and there wasn't much to it. It might've been because of the rain, but I couldn't stay too long because of it. Noon Coffee Bar is located in the Encore plaza. There's plenty of parking along 190Th street as well as in the back. It has modern interior and a large entrance. They sell lots of various coffee drinks, matcha, and tea. I got the matcha latte and service was quick. Tastes like regular matcha, nothing mind blowing. TL:DR I fear this might be my go to regular spot now but only if you're not in a time crunch Decided to go test out my new work route and see what's around the area and get a feel for the location. This coffee spot is 4 minutes away from my building. There's a bunch of different spots to eat here at the Enclave but definitely get your caffeine fix from the Nook! I ordered a decaf vanilla latte with oat milk and it was delicious! Will definitely come back to try their various matcha drinks! Line was just at the corner where they put a post with the QR code for the menu when we got there at around 10:15am. Drinks took maybe 5 minutes so they're super fast! Once we left, the line was wrapped around and through the plaza. We even came back later that day because of the small business event they had in the front and the line was still long.
