    Iced Egg Coffee (25% sweet)
    Brooke I.

A super cute coffee and boba shop with ample seating and outlets. A perfect place to work remotely. The service was super friendly and fast. They let me know the egg coffee was pretty sweet at baseline, so I was able to edit the sweetness down to 25% - it was perfect. Strong Vietnamese coffee with a sweet cream on top. 10/10, would order again.

This place rivals (and may even beat) Da Vien for me. I went on a Friday morning, plenty of parking and seating, great for studying if needed. Super clean on the inside and well decorated to pay homage to Vietnam All the staff were kind and helpful. Let me take my time to look over the menu and ask questions. Ordered the Vietnamese Marble Coffee, regular sweetness. It's incredible. Absolutely divine. So happy to no longer have to drive to Long Beach for marble coffee. Will come back as much as I can and will happily recommend to anyone ready to start their coffee addiction.

Cute coffee place! I needed a matcha and was in the area so I gave DOL a try. I ordered the Oreo Brûlée Matcha Latte. It's sweet but good. The only non dairy option they had was oat milk. There were some booths when I went with activities of some sort. This place is big with a good amount of seating. I saw people with their laptops and homework. It's inside a plaza with plenty of parking. They have some interesting decor on the walls. They didn't have any food or snack options, only drinks. My drink came out super fast and the woman who took my order was both helpful and nice.

This might be one of my new favorite Boba shops!! The shop is very large with a lot of seating. Workers are friendly as well. I got the strawberry cloud, which is a strawberry blended drink with a cheese foam swirl around the drink. It was so tasty! Very refreshing. I liked how the creaminess of the cheese foam balanced well with the sweetness of the strawberry blended drink. Kind of reminded me of an Italian iced dessert with the custard on top. Would 1000% recommend. Definitely coming back!!

Truly my home away from home. It's about 5 minutes from my house, and I'm always here studying. I like their matcha and teas. Coffee is definitely great too if you want strong coffee and need to stay awake. Get the Vietnamese coffee if you want a kick. I try to memorize every worker's name, and I think I'm about 90 percent! Really happy they've opened up a second location. I'm always impressed how clean everything is. I appreciate that they reorganize the chairs and tables after every night so that when you come the next morning, everything is set up. I notice the energy, care, and the attention to detail. Makes all the difference.

I wish I lived closer because this would become my new weekly coffee spot. Service is outstanding. Every staff member is so damn kind and friendly and they walk out every order to the customer. The menu has a good variety and staff is able to adjust mix ins, sweetness, etc. The whole place is clean, vibrant, and relaxing. I ordered the sea salt Vietnamese coffee with half sweetness, and it was delicious! The only thing I don't like are the chairs, they're so uncomfortable especially with no back support. But I'm happy to swing by again if I'm in the area

Dol is such an underrated boba shop! Their strawberry cloud is similar to the OMOMO strawberry tornado but less of a cheese taste. I got their lychee green tea too and it's definitely great quality!

This Cafe is very cute and welcoming. Very open and modern .It was still decorated for Christmas which I thought was really nice. Open seating with plenty of space to catch up with friends and whip out your laptop and work. Employees were very nice and made a recommendation about the sweetness level, asking how I typically enjoy my beverages and adjusted for my preference , which I really appreciated. Their Matcha was balanced with both grassy and sweet notes .

This drink was delicious. Actually tasted like mango and had just the right amount of sweetness

Just tried the Vietnamese egg coffee and it was great. Just the right amount of sweetness and the creamy egg topping just makes it so smooth. A word of warning. This drink has some serious kick so if you're sensitive to caffeine, be warned. This is no lightweight coffee drink.

Cute spot, stopped by for pickup only though, but would definitely come back to chill here, had the egg Vietnamese coffee, at full sweetness level (I have a sweet tooth). The egg topping was a little salty which balanced it out nicely, it was very creamy and I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying other items. Update: came back for the banana coffee 100% sweetness 10/10 so good ‍ Cashier was very patient with me when I took my older neighbor to try Vietnamese coffee for the first time and she wasn't sure what she wanted so we kept making him update the order before placing it and he was so chill. The drinks came out really fast and the barista personally brings them out to us and hands them to us before we even realize they're ready. Have and will continue to come back ‍

Ca phe trung (Viet. Egg coffee) by the sticker station!

Stopped by here omw to a festival and ordered the ca phe trung aka Vietnamese Egg Coffee for $7.00. Service was prompt, friendly, and helpful! They recommended less ice and to get it cold if I didn't plan to finish it all immediately. It came in the clutch after the festival when I was driving home. I didn't know they were having a Kpop Demon Hunter Cup Sleeve event when I went. It was my first time seeing a cup sleeve event in person. They had a photo pop up corner with some cosplayers, a mini art market, a table set up with PC sleeves and stickers to decorate them with, and you get a cup sleeve for your drink! It was pretty cool. I ended up spending some time working on my PC sleeve and went late to my festival lmao. I did zoom through the art market and it was a lot of anime and kpop demon hunter fanart with some original fanart. The people giving out the cup sleeves were friendly and explained what was happening. The cup sleeve was cute but definitely the highlight was the PC card protector and decorating them. It was so fun! This place looks like a chill area to hangout in or do some work. The cafe had large tables and plenty of seating. There's a parking lot out front too. The Vietnamese Egg coffee was the bomb, even hours later. I would come again.

Matcha me please! Came here for the first time as recommended by the fams, and walking in, I was surprised how big the space was, nice, open and modern. Seems like a nice spot to chill and get some work done or hang with some friends. The staff was very patient and helpful as it was our first time and we had a few questions. I ultimately went with the brulee matcha freeze. It was good, but I feel it could have had more flavor, it was a bit bland, and not sweet at all. All in all, my experience was still good, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing for me, but I'd be open to go back if I'm in the area to try something else. Also they have a cute little photo op area that was fun! Happy eats, loves! ^_^

I'd rate matcha is 9/10 and service was top of the notch, it tastes so umami and kinda similar to Airoma imp. Coffee was good as always, my husband really liked it- he's big fan of strong coffee Highly recommended

I would imagine a nice spot to get some work done or have a nice chat. I got their signature latte and it was very good. It was on the sweeter side for me but that was just me that day. Some days I prefer sweeter! I also go a few pastries: Cream Cheese garlic bread, jalapeño spam croissant, and a chestnut mochi. I brought them home and heated them up to share and it was a hit with everyone. I assume they would also heat it up by request if you stay there but not sure. I didn't get their names but the two people that served me that day (11/19/25) were very nice and quick. I didn't feel rushed while I was choosing at all. Definitely a solid option for anyone looking for a sweet treat.

The service wasn't great and only one drink was good or correct. I'm still not 100% sure one of…read morethem was the correct drink. I ordered 2 drinks through the app yesterday, the Honey Bori Latte (seasonal) and the Banana Milk Latte. The Banana Milk Latte was delicious once everything was mixed well, but the Honey Bori Latte was just bitter and then less bitter when mixed. It was already half melted, there was no salted honey cold foam or Jolly Pong which is supposed to be part of the drink. I got the order to go, so I didn't notice that my drink was wrong until I got home, so I couldn't even get it corrected. I didn't realize the drink was wrong at first. I thought it was just a flavor I didn't like even though I noted that I couldn't taste Barley at all. Then half way throught it, I decided to look at the description on the app to remember what it was supposed to taste like because it tasted like an ordinary flavorless latte. The description said there's barley milk, salted honey cold foam and Jolly Pong. That's when it hit me that I either got the wrong drink or someone didn't make it right because there was no flavor of salted honey and definitely no Jolly Pong in my drink. It didn't even look like I had cold foam topping my drink, but maybe that's because it was melting already. Overall, I was very upset and disappointed with my drink, but was happy my mom's drink was fine. Now this is only a part of why I was dissapointed with yesterday's experience. The other reason was the app and workers. Maybe the workers aren't used to working with the Smoking Tiger app yet? Or maybe the app still needs work, but the drinks I ordered through the app took forever to be marked ready even though my drinks had been ready for some time which was obvious because my Honey Bori Latte was already half mixed because the layers of ingredients were melting into each other. I arrived at the cafe about 5 minutes after ordering, but the app's estimated wait time was another 10 minutes which wasn't a problem for me, especially since I saw a person waiting for his order and some people inside the cafe, although it wasn't full like usual. I just assumed some people ordered before me, so I just have to wait a bit, which again was fine with me especially since I was waiting for my mom to arrive. At some point after the one person waiting for their drink left, I realized the 2 girls at the counter were just talking and not making any drinks. I checked the app and it still said my order was being prepared. After 2 more people ordered their drinks and received them immediately, I went up to the counter, by this point it had been the app's estimated 10 minute wait. I told the girl with glasses my name and showed her the order on my phone. Then she walked toward the fridge and got my drinks, put them in a drink carrier, passed them to me and then turned around while looking at the receipt paper that was with the drinks. That was it. She didn't tell me which drink was which and they were not labeled, so my mom and I just had taste them to figure out which was which. At most places, they let you know which drink is which, so I was just confused with the service I received, especially when the place wasn't busy. And to top it all off, my order was marked completed 10 minutes after I received my order which again just left me in confusion. I usually love this place and was saddened when they got rid of their Choco Mugwort drink, but I'm always looking forward to their seasonal drinks and baked goods. This time though, I don't think I was even able to taste one of their new seasonal drinks because it tasted like a regular latte with milk. I want to try their other current seasonal drinks, but I'm also worried about what I will receive in the future and I'm not ready for another disappointing coffee any time soon.

Today was mother's day and the Enclave was busy with a lot of people. They were busy too but the time I came, the line was not to the outside window as usual and stayed indoors so it was a steady type of busy. I ordered my island matcha and sat to wait with my dog, until I just noticed the people behind me just getting their drinks first, then another, then another.. A family came in and got greeted, that was cute, probably regulars, their orders were taken and promptly made. Nice. But then the next ones also were getting made--huh? Where's mine? I thought they might have had some online orders? I was still sitting patiently in front of the pick up counter because I didn't want to bother the obviously busy lady that's super locked in. I worked in food before too, so sometimes I get that some tickets go in front of others and the steady locked in flow of the line was really cool to observe but this was a little bit too weird since--oh another one got his drink right after ordering. My husband finally regrouped with me inside because we also had ordered from the Fish grill, the order was done from fish grill, but I was still there wondering what happened to my drink from Nook--maybe syrups needed to be refilled? Maybe steeping tea?? Idk but at this point I was getting sad since I just saw another walk away with their drinks after just ordering. I sigh, my husband asks me what's wrong. I show him my phone showing the receipt of when I ordered and he noticed it's been a while and he also saw another walk away who just ordered with a drink in hand already. So he goes up to ask them if the island matcha came out. A guy from the line sees the order number, goes to their ticket tablet and makes my matcha drink in less than 5 seconds (I mean it, they're super quick). My husband beckons me to grab my matcha and I come up silently to grab it and leave with another sigh. Drink tastes great. Though the just making the drink quickly and not acknowledging/apologizing that something went wrong was kind of sad since I already felt disregarded in the first place. As I walked away I heard that my ticket just somehow didn't show up but sigh. I wish someone checked on me if I was waiting on anything. I know it's on me too for not speaking up, but I trusted the process. I thought they didn't forget about me. I was wrong. I burnt my favorite mixing bowl today, we got turned away from my fav restaurant for lunch because they were full and we just happened to be the one behind the last queue that got accepted today. I made yucky bitter matcha today. Went here to make my day better but it added more fuel to the fire. :C Sigh. See you in a while Nook. Me sad. Happy Mother's day to all moms today though.

I also noticed manyyyyy complaints about how their cup isn't filled up because they ask for no ice. Not that I am biased, but.. if they either (a) add more water; it dilutes the flavor. Then they'll start complaining that it tastes "watery". Or (b), adding more tea, it can make it taste too strong or bitter. Adding extra of (a)/(b) to compensate for the missing ice would mess up the flavor. They are not being stingy, they are just maintaining consistent quality. Other people might say that they ask for no ice at Starbucks, and their cup is always filled up. They are prioritizing customer satisfaction by filling up the cup, even if it changes the drink's intended taste very SLIGHTLY. To me, I see that this boba shop prioritizes maintaining the tea's quality over simply filling the cup to the brim. They're ensuring the taste is consistent with what's expected. They also switched to self ordering instead of them taking your order. Makes it easier but I prefer an employee taking my order. Also, the boba quality is different compared from years ago. But I don't add boba to my drinks anymore so it's whatever! They also used to make drinks really quick, it takes quite awhile now. Still a 10/10 boba shop!

With several boba/tea shops in the same plaza, I'm guessing they're trying to capitalize on the high foot traffic from Tokyo Central & Main supermarket, & their competitors ("boba clusters")? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ On my first visit, I wasn't sure what to order & saw someone exit with a bright green drink; the cashier said it's one of their more popular refreshers: Passionfruit Green Apple Refresher, & ordered it with lychee jelly. It's basically a slushy with passionfruit & green apple, but the flavor isn't as sharp, though it paired well with the jelly. I love peach, & their Peach Jasmine Tea is perfect for the summer... light, refreshing, & aromatically alluring with the combo of jasmine & peach. I prefer the Peach Refresher with Crystal Boba, which I claimed for my Local By Toast (LBT) $5 birthday reward. This slush has a notable peach flavor & crystal boba tastes better in this icy drink because it maintains its soft, chewy texture whereas tapioca pearls usually hardens & becomes tough after longer icy exposure. The menu is compact, consisting of: milk & flavored teas, non-caffeinated drinks, swirls, refreshers, crema (milk smoothies), coffees & coffee lattes, & tea lattes, with moderate prices in this competitive neighborhood. It's a decent selection but nothing that I considered unique enough for dedicated loyalty with other options in this center. Not the friendliest of service, but they are fast. The cafe is quite spacious with tables & chairs lining around the perimeter... with free WiFi, there's usually a crowd hanging out, particularly during the weekend evenings. If they provided board games, would that be additional entertainment to entice customers to stay a little longer & have a few more drinks? Hmmm... Cafe Pruvia uses LBT for their loyalty rewards, & program rules allows you to earn 1 point for every $1 spent, & earning 165 points for a $5 discount (or 3%). I'm not a frequent patron so I haven't checked my rewards status in a while... I came back recently when they dropped a $5 birthday reward. That's when I checked my account & saw that I only tallied 3 points after multiple trips; their tracking system is glitchy & I don't plan to fix it since there's no way I'll spend enough to earn the next $5 reward. Opened during the pandemic lockdown for nearly 6 years, Cafe Pruvia announced that they will be permanently closing on Sunday, 05/24/26, but will maintain next door sister, Pruvia Coffee Bar. If you're a fan of their teas & smoothies, this is your last chance to say goodbye.
