This place is always a hit every time I'm in the area! The drinks are consistently delicious and crafted perfectly. I especially love their matcha selection they offer so many unique flavors to choose from. On my most recent visit, they were unfortunately out of the banana cream matcha even though it was still listed on the menu . My husband had been really looking forward to trying it, so that was a bit of a letdown. However, he ended up getting the mango matcha instead, and it was just as delicious, so it all worked out. The space itself is open and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. They also offer food, which I haven't tried yet, but I've heard great things especially about their waffle dessert that everyone seems to love. Definitely planning to try that next time! This boba shop is tucked away in a plaza right before the freeway, so I completely missed the entrance the first time and had to circle back. I also ended up going about 10 minutes before closing, which I normally try to avoid, but I didn't realize they closed at 9 PM. Ordering was super easy thanks to the self-service kiosk, and my drink was ready in less than two minutes. I ordered the crème brûlée brown sugar boba latte, and the crème brûlée topping was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The brown sugar milk latte itself was definitely on the sweeter side. I think I would've preferred it if it had been made with milk tea instead of just milk, since the tea would've helped balance out the richness and sweetness from both the brown sugar and the crème brûlée. Even so, it was still a tasty drink. The inside of the shop is really cute and very clean. I noticed a few people working on their laptops while I was there, and it seemed like a nice place to hang out for a while. They also don't blast music in the background, so it's easy to have a conversation or get some work done. This place was actually disappointing in terms of customer service and products. It was about 830am and empty with 2 employees. Neither one of them said good morning or hello..a couple customers came in after us and they didn't get greeted either. Just straight faced girls. They just stared. But I guess that's what happens when you hire young workers, they tend to not appreciate a job opportunity. Any who, I think the worst part was this was my first time trying a mom and pop coffee shop and it will now be my last . I wanted a sugar free coffee and was told they don't have sugar free syrups. How as a coffee shop do you not have sugar free? It literally made zero sense to me. I ended up getting nothing. My sister did get a coffee and was very disappointed with her drink. Cute little boba shop off the 405 freeway. Easy to find, easy to get to. The self ordering kiosk is very convenient. I liked how they have to option for "easy boba." And ofc you can make adjustments on your ice and sugar level. I ordered Jasmine milk tea with light boba and my boyfriend got the black milk tea with boba. I enjoyed my drink. Upon first sip, I got the taste of the Jasmine tea which was very distinct, which I liked. I also liked the texture of the boba. It wasn't too hard or too soft and had a good chew to it. When it comes to affordable coffee, tea, boba, etc. with pretty damn good quality; I dig Lotus Coffee & Tea Lounge. This place is wayyyyyy better than Blenders, IMO all in all in customer service to flavor of their drinks. The ladies who work here are always really helpful, patient and they give great recommendations even when it gets busy. It's always clean and such a nice vibe in their main area near the bar, register and even inside their restrooms. Parking is shared in a small strip mall, but it's FREE. My go-to drink is their warm chai, but their other drinks aren't bad at all and are better than many other spots. I stumbled upon this amazing coffee house today. The wood accents and plants gave it a soft, cozy, almost luxe tea lounge feel. I tried calling ahead to ask if they had bubble waffles and an avocado smoothie, but no one answered the phone. Based on previous Yelp photos and reviews showing both items, we decided to drive over anyway. Unfortunately when we arrived, they had neither, which was disappointing since that's mainly why we came. We ended up ordering a taho latte and a peach tea (less sweet). When we got our drinks, both were extremely sweet. The peach tea didn't taste "less sweet" at all, and the taho latte honestly didn't taste like taho. If you've had taho before, the tofu is usually very silky and soft, but this one was oddly tough and chewy. The boba also had a strange texture. Overall the drink tasted more like an overly sweet brown sugar milk tea. It was so sugary that I started feeling nauseous a few minutes after drinking it. My drink is still basically full and I'll probably end up throwing it away because it's just too sweet to finish. They have a rare Taho Milktea line that I felt I needed to try. The Taho Taro Latte is good, but I'm going to be very honest and say that it's not a "must" for me and I'm sure I will not be craving it or thinking about it again. I would rather get a taho from Grill City or wherever your local supplier may be. If you're Filipino or a Filipino food connoisseur, I'm pretty sure you already have a "go-to". Sorry to say, I don't personally recommend, but if you're in the area and you want to give it a try to decide for yourself, please do. The service is helpful and friendly--and the reason I don't feel comfortable giving them any lower than 3 stars. What I would definitely say you skip are the baos. They are pretty bad. First, they're super small for the price...not a good value. But the custard bao was hard...I was worried I would chip a tooth. The pork bao is not special at all and too small. Was in the area for a meet and wanted to get some coffee and this place was within walking distance so here we are. There were plenty of tables if you want to dine in but we took ours to go. They also have restroom available FYI. I ordered the ube coffee so I can get cheese foam with it. I'm not exactly sure what it is but while deciding what to get the girl helping us out gave us some samples for the cheese foam and let me tell you it's soooooo good!!!!! Heaven in my mouth good. The drink was good but I was disappointed that I felt it did not have enough cheese foam in it even though i requested extra. The only complaint I have is they display their cookies outside the casing, next to the register exposing them to the outside. I don't know if it was just when I went but I found it to be unsanitary. Two stars off for the lack of efficiency and long throughput. Visited on New Year's Day with my sister and bf. We were craving something sweet, so we decided to try this spot. Parking: They're located in a small plaza. Easy to find a spot. Free parking lot. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating and no outdoor seating. It's fairly new, so it's pretty clean. It was pretty busy when we visited around 3pm. Service: We self ordered via the kiosk since no one was at the register to take our order. We finished ordering at 3:06pm. I noticed there were at least 3-4 people in front of us still waiting for their drinks. Though, I also noticed 2 groups behind us received their drinks before us. At this point, it was already 3:33pm, and we were still waiting. The only interaction I had was with one of the workers at the counter. I told him we've been waiting almost 30 min for our drinks. Ironically the drinks appeared. He apologized for the wait. We didn't want to be there any longer, so we took the drinks and left. What we ordered: 1) Tiramisu Coffee - I ordered this. The coffee was actually strong. Didn't really taste the tiramisu, but the coffee was good. 2) Lychee Watermelon w/ lychee jelly - My sister ordered this. The drink was actually really refreshing. The lychee jelly was good and not too chewy. 3) Strawberry Banana Smoothie, less sugar - This tasted as expected. The strawberry and banana flavors came through. Pricing: Would I wait almost half an hour for these drinks again? Absolutely not. For the amount of workers present, throughput shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Very cute spot to grab some drinks and just hang out! They have quite a bit of indoor seating! The staff were great and I really enjoyed their vibe. We got their banana cream matcha and the taho milk tea. Taho is one of my FAVORITE Filipino desserts so I was so excited to try it. It definitely did not disappoint and the addition of the tofu in the drink I was not expecting at all, but it makes sense and really gave how true to it they were trying to be. The banana cream matcha was pretty good too. It leans more toward the banana flavor than the matcha so if thats what you're looking then you might like this one.
