You can order on-line, pick up at the curb, you're all set. So what are we looking at? There's so much to choose from, I won't even try to cover it all or even most of it. I planned to snap a Pic of my sandwich but before I knew it, I only had about 4 or 5 bites remaining. The service was so good. They greeted us immediately, engaged us in conversation and walked us thru the ordering process. And, in this way-too expensive world we're living in, I definitely got my money's worth. Found this place on tik tok and Stopped by this sandwich shop and was really impressed. The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavor. I went here on a Saturday after doing a search on Yelp for a good sandwich. When I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly owner. I asked what he recommended. He said the pastrami never disappoints. So I got that for my husband with double meat. Since I prefer poultry, I got myself a Western chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious. What a hidden gem! Came in after running errands for lunch, and they were so nice. The sandwiches are BOMB!! We had the #3 and #9. Let me tell just from the bread alone these are the best sandwiches in town. The ingredients are fresh and the crew working there are still incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Yo Way Eatery makes hands-down the best sandwiches I've ever had. My favorite is the Blazing Cajun, and when I add pastrami it takes it over the top. I usually get it on squaw bread, but today I switched it up and tried the cranberry walnut, and it blew me away. The flavors worked together perfectly. My mother & I drove from Anaheim to try this place!!! WOW this place is AMAZING!!! First of all, the vibe was very welcoming. We were greeted by staff when we entered and instructed on how to order. By the way, I love the ordering process! They use top quality meats, and fresh veggies on their sandwiches! The cookies in front were also bomb and fresh! I loveee a good sandwich. This place would definitely put all these big sandwich corporations out of business!!! Come and support this small business!!! The whole time we were there... people were coming in to order. My terrible picture doesn't do this sandwich the justice it deserves. 10/10. You can find Yo Way located at the end of a small little strip mall in a very unassuming locale. The workers were so helpful and friendly and delivered great quality food in a timely manner. To order you just pop in, grab one of the reusable menus and a marker and either choose a premade sandwich you want and customize it by crossing out what you don't, and adding what you do, OR you can totally customize one using the other sheet. You can also get a salad and smoothies too. I definitely plan on going back and trying other sandwiches and the Mango Smoothie too! read more

I think this is my new favorite sandwich shop! Not only was it 10 mins away from the house the gentleman making the sandwiches was so friendly & he hooked these sandwiches up! Ordering was unique, you grab a menu and an expo marked and mark away. Several sandwich options OR you can make your own. I went with the options and just asked for no mayo. My favorite was the Blazin Cajun! The sandwiches WERE HUGE! I had one half for dinner and then the other half the following day. I do advise eating them same day though bread was a wee bit soggy the following day (but I didn't mind). They had a bunch of chip and drink options. My parents and sis also go in on the sandwich action, they enjoy it as well. Definitely recommend 20/10! read more

Unfortunately, the sandwich I got yesterday was given with moldy bread. It's too bad that whoever assembled this sandwich overlooked the bread like that. I've come here multiple times and never had an issue with the quality of the ingredients. In fact, everything is so fresh and that's why I like the sandwiches. My boyfriend had picked up the sandwich for me and dropped it off to me where I work in Downey so I couldn't return to ask for it to be remade or anything. Today, we ordered the Sal The Big Sal comes with Eleasro Marble Rye Bread, Provolone and Swiss Cheese, Cajun Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Oil and Vinegar, Turkey, Ham, and Bacon, Tomato, Cucumber, Pickle, Spinach, Lettuce, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Sprouts, Banana Peppers, Black Olives, Jalapeno, and Avocado. We like to order our sandwiches with squaw bread as well. So tasty. This place is immaculately clean. The service is great. They are super friendly and fast. Our other favorite is POPS ITALIAN. It comes with Marble Rye Bread, Provolone Cheese, Havarti Cheese, Spicy Mustard, Cajun Mayo, Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola, Bacon, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Pickles, Lettuce, Spinach, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, Banana Peppers, Avocado, and Olive Tapenade. This place is definitely one of those hidden gems that you want to tell everyone about, but the fear of it getting too popular and making a line is always there, but I have to share so that the masses know what a truly amazing sandwich is like and should be. My nephew told me about this place on a recent trip to Carson, California. Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Seriously, when I make that statement, it's more of a declaration that I want to go on the roof and shout it out! The menu and selection is amazing. Super friendly service and food is definitely prepared with love because you can see the passion and freshness of the ingredients. Staff is engaging, and eager to make sure the experience is what it is. What really stood out was not only the assortment of meats and cheeses but also the choice of bread's they offered. I opted for the marble rye bread, which I rarely find these days. It was so soft and flavorful! Sandwich consisted of pastrami, Cajun Turkey, tomato, spinach, onion, avocado, lettuce and grilled on a panini press. In front of the location they have raises grow beds that included tomatoes, mint, etc.; I'm sure some of the vegetables they use come from their own garden because the freshness was definitely there! Sandwiches are definitely large enough to share, but you can for sure finish it yourself, just be warned than you will be VERY, VERY FULL! It's for sure one of those places that is a must visit when I'm in town. Good....no, GREAT sandwiches are hard to come by these days and this places does it right. There's a sense of nostalgia filling out a form, submitting it, and waiting for your name to be called out to retrieve your sandwich. I opted for the Blazin' Cajun sandwich without cucumbers. Everything about the sandwich was perfect. The bread was hearty, earthy, and surprisingly fluffy. The meat and vegetables were balanced well, and the sauce was neither overbearing nor light. The matcha chia seed putting was my favorite. There was something in my bowl, I'm guessing their matcha powder, that had a really funky flavor. It was 10 dollars for their smallest size which is a 12 ounce. It's so so for the pricing I think. Overall, I don't think I liked how I built the bowl so I'd try again to see if it was just me or the ingredients.

After waiting more than 15 minutes and watching several customers who ordered after us receive their food first, I had to ask about the status of my order. We discover our order was just sitting there on a side table. No one had announced our order whatsoever. What made the delay even more frustrating was that we had frozen groceries in the car that needed to be taken home. Despite living less than half a mile away, we'll gladly make the longer drive to another Beach Bowls location in the future for better service and a more enjoyable experience.

The tea flavor manages to shine through the fruitiness, and overall the flavors pair well with one another. The Jasmine Frost Iced Tea is very aromatic and brewed to really highlight the Jasmine. My boyfriend normally gets the mochi mango which has soft chunks of mochi mixed, and tart/sweet mango puree. I appreciate how the smoothie is never icy, and has a creamy texture. There are plenty of seating options for people, whether it's socializing or studying. It gets pretty busy and wait-times can vary greatly; I would recommend ordering ahead of time. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The only issue I have with the spot is that the drinks do tend to be on the more expensive side, with drinks ranging from $7-9. The matcha drinks are also not the highest quality, and often the matcha tastes quite diluted. Overall a solid spot!
