Once I got there to ask about my order, the girl told me someone was working on it. Entire line goes by, I'm waiting 15 minutes by now. So, I ask about my order again and am told they'll check on it. Another girl comes, I tell her the name for my order, and she pulls it from the freezer. It's my first time, so I thought the text updates would notify me when it's ready, or a team member would call my name since one already knew I was there. Hospitality needs work, no one greets or acknowledges you upon entrance. Not much sense of urgency either as you'll be waiting on the side to talk to someone without a "Be right with you," or any acknowledgment at all until you approach them first. Hubby and I have been on an Açaí bowl binge lately and was searching for a place that would be open past 9pm. Pur Bowls caught our attention by default simply because they're open until 1am. We pulled up to the building and found that they have a lot of customers at 9pm.
