We ordered the Galleta latte and Bacon Egg and cheese bagel this time, but we have also tried the chocolate banana latte and iced hot chocolate. They have such creative flavors and they are really good about substitutions if you need something made a certain way. I got the Fresa Latte and was a little disappointed. The drink was ok. I already knew by the color, it wasn't going to be good and I was right. The cream top was also a let down. I didn't think there was such a thing as a bad cream top. Service was great but the drink, imo wasn't as great. There was a line when I went. There were a lot of people inside and a few people hanging out outside or I should say standing outside. Parking is a nice size lot. Attended their grand opening and the line was out the door! The menu is extensive with matcha, espresso and decaffeinated options. They also sell breakfast items like bagels. I ordered two plain croissants, one iced americano with two extra shots and an iced matcha latte with honey. The croissants were OK. I enjoyed the matcha latte and how it wasn't overly sweet! The total cost was $30.43 including tax and tip. The service was welcoming and they did an awesome job given the full house! The cafe is spacious and has plenty of seating. When I walked in it was pretty crowded, it didn't feel like there was any AC running so it was kinda warm and musty inside. Service was nice and friendly although they messed up on my friends order, but they were quick to fix it. My Sea Salt cream matcha was delicious. I loved it cause it was a newer unique flavor to me and the matcha wasn't bitter. They had WiFi which was great for working. I've been waiting for FEB Coffee to open! I originally discovered them on Instagram when they were still doing pop-ups and told my daughter we had to go try their coffee and matcha. We never made it to a pop-up, so when I saw they were opening a brick-and-mortar directly across from El Camino College, I knew I was going opening day. I was so serious I set THREE alarms because I wanted to get there before the 8 AM opening. Well, that didn't happen. We arrived a few minutes after 8 and there were already about 20-25 people ahead of us! Thankfully, the line moved pretty quickly. I ordered the matcha with banana cream top and 2% milk, and it was smooth and delicious. I usually hesitate to change my milk because I don't want it to affect the taste or consistency, but this was perfect. My daughter ordered the Spanish latte with sea salt cream top and loved hers too. The shop itself is BEAUTIFUL. Warm wood, great lighting, plenty of seating, high tops and outlets throughout, making it a great spot to sit and get some work done. You can tell a lot of thought went into the entire space, even down to the little spotlight where they place the finished drinks for the perfect photo. Customer service was excellent too. Even with the opening-day crowd, the cashier was smiling, sweet and genuinely friendly. By the time we were leaving, the entire shop was packed and the line outside was even longer. FEB Coffee already feels like a neighborhood gem, and I know El Camino students are going to be happy to have a quality coffee and matcha shop right across the street. Found a new Latina-owned coffee shop in Gardena right across from El Camino & their matcha is GOOD! Just be prepared for a wait because this place gets busy! The shop is super cute with cozy lighting + adorable little details everywhere. We tried the Banana Matcha and Sea Salt Cream Matcha, and both were delicious! I ordered my matcha with oat milk and kept everything else as-is, and the matcha itself was SO well balanced. Not bitter, and definitely not overly sweet. Plus, the portion size is perfect! I'm so excited for this new addition to the South Bay coffee scene! I purchased the Choco Banano Latte with less milk extra ice, and I'm very happy the baristas were able to accommodate my request. The banana foam was phenomenal! The drinks leaned on the more sweet side so I will adjust on my next visit. Parking was a pain, but that didn't take away from my overall experience. Found this place through instagram. Saw the progress and how the shop was coming along. I plan to open a coffee shop one day so I'm always looking for inspiration. I was very impressed at how smooth everything was running. Especially considering they've only been open for a short time. The place was packed but the drinks were delicious and came out fairly quick. Has a very nice coffee shop feel to it and everybody is friendly. There are a lot of coffee shops that I've checked once and never went back because they were just "ok". Was so excited to come try Feb Coffee after opening their brick and mortar shop! Location is directly across from elco and the parking lot was not full upon arrival. Once inside, the place was very clean, lots of staff working and plenty of seating. I was most excited to try the galleta latte (cookie butter) but unfortunately, it was sold out. I opted to try the choco banana latte and also ordered a jalapeño croissant. The latte itself came out fairly quickly, a bit on the lighter end but the cream on top had a subtle banana flavor to it. I received my pastry shortly after and unfortunately, there was ham and cheese inside of it. As someone who does not eat meat (pescatarian), I was pretty disappointed that I bit into a whole piece of ham and could not enjoy the pastry. For those of us who do not eat meat, we often see ham and cheese croissants and try to find the non-meat options. The pastry signage only says "jalapeño croissant", with no mention of cheese nor ham being inside. It would have been nice to mention there is meat inside on their pastry signage for others so that this doesn't happen to another person. read more

I will say they moved pretty quickly and the cashier was sweet. I will say she seemed like she was rushing us as they did have a lengthy line. However, the only menus I saw was at the register so kind of hard to get ahead of what you want to order. The cookie one was also sold out when I went and said it would be available the next day. I ordered a Spanish latte iced and hot. My mom enjoyed the hot one and said it was tasty. For the iced one I will say it was mid nothing to separate it from other coffees I've had in the past. The 2 other drinks were the Choco ones which tasted a bit like chocolate milk. The other person said they were okay also nothing to rave about. My daughter and I went today. She wanted to use her coffee cup instead of plastic cups. They would not accommodate that. Also I ordered a decaf Americano. Came with no milk. I asked for hot milk. They did not accommodate. The barista said they don't serve hot drinks. Like what? The coffee was ok. But we won't be going back. I wish this place all the best. I hope they find their footing.
